Children North East is a growing charity, working to ensure that all babies, children and young people have the opportunity to grow up happy and healthy. The current Operations Director has now been appointed internally as the Operations Development Director, this role will focus on system change including research, data, growth and further our development on specific pieces of work. • CNE voice work – supporting babies children and young people to have a voice in the work that we do at CNE.

The Role

New Horizon Youth Centre has been commissioned by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as part of an Alliance with Safer London, St Giles Trust and the Anna Freud Centre to deliver on their Children and Young People’s Violence and Exploitation and Reduction support service. The commission will run from June 2024 for three years. As part of this, an additional service will be set up within the NHYC Youth Justice team specifically to deliver on the Alliance contract.
