The role

We’re seeking an Individual Giving and Legacy Officer to join our growing Individual Giving and Legacy team! 

This is a brand-new role, and you will have the chance to develop your knowledge across both areas of fundraising. In this role, you’ll deliver multi-channel campaigns that recruit supporters and you will develop our stewardship journeys, so supporters have a great experience.

This is an exciting time to join Pancreatic Cancer UK as we have an ambitious 5-year strategy to double our income and double survival rates, and this role is integral to that.

We’re working towards a world where everyone with pancreatic cancer lives long and well, but we can’t do it alone. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering legacy campaigns across email, print and social media to acquire new legacy supporters.
• Delivering individual giving campaigns across regular giving, in memory, lottery, cash and our online shop.
• Developing and optimising stewardship journeys across digital, print and phone.

• You will have experience supporting on projects across a range of channels, for example direct mail, email, telemarketing or social media

Approved Premises (APs) work with high-risk people released from prison, providing a vital element in public protection arrangements. APs offer a level of contact, support and supervision within the community that is unique within the Criminal Justice System. This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated, enthusiastic staff team at our male Approved Premises in Battersea, playing a key role in pro-social modelling, rehabilitation and community reintegration for those ready to make positive choices.

Working closely with Probation Officers and other community services such as police, health, housing and substance misuse, we provide a stepping stone from prison into the community.

As a member of the Approved Premises team, you will model pro-social behavior and foster a positive, respectful culture with both clients and colleagues. You will actively engage with residents, supporting communal activities such as meal preparation, and contribute to the delivery of individual sentence plans in collaboration with probation officers, police, and external agencies.

Your role will involve providing administrative and practical support, ensuring daily tasks are completed, and following all operational protocols. You will encourage compliance and enforce rules relating to curfews and drug and alcohol testing as required. Keeping colleagues, multi-agency partners, and management informed is essential.

You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health, safety, security, cleanliness, and well-being of the premises and residents, utilizing tools such as CCTV, observation, and direct personal contact. Accurate, timely record-keeping and appropriate information sharing with respect for confidentiality are critical components of this role.

Using your initiative, you will identify and address additional tasks or emerging issues, working within the service to maintain an enabling environment. Adherence to the Approved Premises Manual, Hestia policies, and relevant justice service requirements is expected, alongside consistently demonstrating The Hestia Approach.

This role involves working closely with high-risk offenders transitioning from prison to community life, providing a unique level of daily support, supervision, and tailored interventions. You will empower residents to take responsibility for themselves while maintaining appropriate boundaries and supervision. The position operates on a rolling rota covering early, late, weekend, and night shifts to ensure continuous support and public protection.

Finance Coordinator is a new role to support our expanding services.

This newly created role will form part of our Finance Team. As a member of a small but dynamic team, you will work closely with the Senior Finance Officer and Head of Finance. Your role will be critical to our success, with your principal responsibilities including:

• processing purchase ledger invoices
• inputting bank and all financial transactions onto the Xero accounting system
• recording donations to Xero accounting system
• reconciling donations, stewardship and CAF transactions with Xero

This role will see you as a key member of the Finance team, working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner to deliver robust financially planning and advice to our Fundraising directorate, supporting budget holders, Heads of Departments and Directors across this area.

You will have similar experience in finance and management accounting obtained in a complex organisation, and knowledge of a variety of accounting systems and financial reporting approaches. Experience working within the sector advantageous, but not essential.

As an accountancy qualification isn’t an essential requirement for this role, we would be open to funding elements of a professional accountancy qualification, pending the completion of a probationary period.
You will be contracted to our London, Haig House, Hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the Hub (one day must be a Tuesday) and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our busy London offices will be welcoming a group of new interns to be part of the world's leading global sports and entertainment agency. This is an incredible opportunity to take part in our paid full-time 12-week programme which will run between Monday 12th January – Thursday 30th July 2026. This practical programme will help interns to develop their career in an industry they are passionate about.

Our Foundation Intern is required to work 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday, 10am-6pm, for the duration of the programme at one of our London offices and will support a variety of projects within their assigned department. Projects may include but will not be limited to; conducting research, providing general support for the Foundation Executive, admin and data entry tasks. We are looking for proactive self-starters with an enthusiasm for building a career in the entertainment and non-profit space. 

Strong admin, communication and organisational skills are a must, as well as a proven passion for and knowledge of both entertainment/sports culture and the charitable sector.

Direct Reports: Puppy Training Volunteers
 
You will be part of the ambitious puppy team, developing, coordinating, and supporting the puppy training programme. You will have the opportunity to work with and train volunteers in the appropriate care and training of Canine Partners’ puppies. You will work with puppies from eight-weeks to approximately 15-months old, ensuring they receive appropriate socialisation and training before entering our assistance dog training, giving them the foundations to learn how to be life-changing assistance dogs, bringing greater independence and quality of life to people with physical disabilities. A proactive approach is key to maintaining the welfare and behavioural standards for the puppies. All training at Canine Partners follows best practice, positive reinforcement methods and this role is an ambassador for this approach.
 
About you:

• Experience of working with puppies.

This includes accompanying clients to appointments, meetings, or community activities where additional support is needed. Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills are required, along with basic IT proficiency; skills in Microsoft Office or additional languages are a plus. About the role:

To provide front-line support services to Motability, Warwick House and Stadium Way ensuring high levels of customer service.The role is a diverse role with an ever-changing environment, workload and demand so the ability to work under pressure and with a variety of priorities is essential.

As part of this role there is a requirement to work out of hours, in the evening, weekends and bank holidays as required, In addition you will be on call 24 hours a day on a 4-weekly rota.

What you will be doing:

Helpdesk and Building Management System (BMS) Usage 

• Use the Helpdesk system to monitor, input, respond and react to jobs logged.

• Utilise the BMS to control and adapt settings of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Identify and act on fault alerts within the system and identify the correct course of remedial action. 

• Be the main point of contact for any plant room issues. Take and record monthly utility readings. 

 Vehicles and Driving Duties 

• Safely drive the company minibus when required. 

• In accordance with the departments pre planned maintenance schedule, co-ordinate the MOTs, servicing, Road Fund License applications and tail lift services for the company vehicles. 

• Keep the pool vehicles and minibus in good condition to ensure roadworthiness. Record mileage, maintain logbook records. Prepare and maintain user guides for all company pool cars.

• Prepare Motability Foundation vehicles for end of lease return in a timely fashion and as to limit any penalties. 

• Receive in from suppliers and provide handover of hire vehicles and pool cars to staff including instructions on safe use and record damage, fuel levels etc. 

 Maintenance and Health and Safety Duties 

• Provide light maintenance as applicable.

• Ensure that all access and egress areas are kept clear and risk free.
• Provide retrieval, storage, and distribution of items to and from our storage locations.

• Ensure that all health and safety paperwork and logbooks are maintained.

• Conduct Health and Safety Walk Rounds for all new starters.

• Provide management information in line with the PUWER regulations. 

• Move, relocate, and reassemble meeting room furniture to suit desired layouts.

• Check the condition of the Warwick House roof in line with PPM ensuring correct safety process is followed.

• Undertake working at height duties in line with the Motability Foundations risk assessment and PASMA tower training.

 Audio Visual and Technical Support  

• Be the first point of contact for any Audio-Visual queries, trouble shoot the system and resolve any issues.

• Design, arrange and deliver training for end users on how to use the equipment. 

Security and Disaster Recovery Duties 

• As required program the pass control cards for staff.

• Undertake the new starter and leaver process.

• Utilise the organisations CCTV system as appropriate in accordance with the security policy.

• Act as a key holder in the opening of the building daily.

• On a roster basis, act as a key holder for alarm activation call outs during the working week, out of hours and at weekends including public holidays. 

• Investigate any potential security issues that may occur during the day.

• Play a vital role in the recovery of the business in case of service failure or systems loss.
