The MSF UK Digital Team is made up of 10 specialist staff who act as an internal agency and provide expertise, project management, training and support to all other departments. The position ensures the Guide is produced to a high standard and effectively disseminated to its target audience. 

The role is responsible for ensuring the effective dissemination and understanding of the organisation’s handbook by leading communications around updates and coordinating the development and facilitation of training sessions. About the job role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Support Administrator in our First Contact Team at St Joseph’s Hospice. We are looking for someone who has experience in administration and working in a healthcare environment.

The First Contact Team is a dynamic one-stop service that transforms the way patients and referral agencies access the Hospice’s services. An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administrator to join the First Contact Team. If you are a successful applicant, you will be part of the team that acts as the first point of contact for the Hospice’s services. You will answer telephone calls from people who may be in difficult and stressful situations, provide advice and signpost to other services or agencies. You will also undertake associated administration and data entry.

The service operates 24 hours over seven days a week for advice, whilst referrals will be taken mainly in daytime hours. You will work 37.5 hours every week. Shift patterns will vary, and you will be expected to cover shifts from Monday through Friday, 8.00 am to 9.00 pm, plus occasional weekends according to the rota.

The successful candidate will provide advice and casework to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in South East London on matters relating to housing and homelessness, welfare benefits, NRPF support, community care and asylum support. The Café – Nourishing Food, Nurturing Community

Serving seasonal, plant-based meals prepared in-house, the café champions women-led enterprises and affordable, healthy food. It hosts many of our wellbeing and creative programmes, and through initiatives like the Pay-What-You-Can Supper Club, supports emerging women chefs and builds everyday acts of care and solidarity. The café has the opportunity to not only advances our mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing but also generates vital trading income and partnership opportunities.

While it currently operates at a deficit, it plays a vital role in advancing our wellbeing and community objectives. We are now focused on realising its full commercial potential. A feasibility study is underway to explore a range of operational and business models that will transition the café into a sustainable, profit-making enterprise. Plans include expanding income-generating opportunities through hosting more events, developing an external catering offer, and maximising use of the space for private hire and functions during weekends. The Role

As our Operations Assistant, you will support a seamless customer journey at the Hyde Park and The Regents Park Tennis venues, from arrival through to departure.

Acting as a first point of contact, you’ll engage with customers across our facilities, responding to enquiries, encouraging repeat bookings, and escalating complaints when needed, while consistently delivering a high standard of customer service.

About the team

As Fundraising Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement strategies.
