We are super excited to be working with a wonderful charity as they are seeking a warm and ambitious Customer Services and Central Admin Officer to join their customer services team. This role will play a crucial role in providing excellent supporter care and stewardship, being the first point of contact for supporters and ensuring that their interactions are positive and memorable.
As a part of this role, you will oversee tasks such as donation processing, acknowledgement of donations and gift aid, including creating thank you letters and recording information and interactions with donors accurately on the fundraising database. You will also manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders monitoring their performance through KPIs and SLAs. As an excellent Customer Services and Central Admin Officer, you will need:
- Strong income processing knowledge and experience
- Track record of providing excellent and outstanding customer service to donors
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills including ability to liaise with external stakeholders
- Ability to work as a team player and independently with proven track record of working on own initiative

You will lead and cultivate stewardship plans and exercise excellent proposal writing skills. You don’t need line management experience for this role as they are willing to train people!

We are excited to be working with a fantastic international charity to recruit an experienced Data Engineer within their established team, creating and developing integrations and contributing to the build and development of their warehousing, you will work in a warm and collaborative team.
As the Data Engineer, you will use your skills to define strategies for extracting data from the business systems and build optimised data pipelines for the expanding warehouse. You will be responsible for the development of centralised data solutions and work effectively with business users, analysts and internal colleagues to understand and identify requirements and the impact of changes to the data pipelines. We’re working with a wonderful health charity who are looking for an Events Administrator to join their events and community team. You’ll speak to supporters over the phone, via email and social media and be the first point of contact for enquiries. You’ll work on the supporter-led fundraising team portfolio, including challenge events, community fundraising and fundraising products, providing administrative support.
This is an important role for the team as you will be the first point of contact for speaking with participants and maintaining accurate data entry, you will also send out communications and event packs to supporters as well as focusing on 3rd party events programmes. As the next general election approaches, this is an exciting time to join the to join their Fundraising Team and play a vital role as they prepare for the election, which is likely to see a shift in the political landscape.
As a key part of the Major Donor Fundraising Team, you will develop the successful Legacy Programme through targeted marketing activities via digital & physical outreach. This role will have a focus on increasing the number of legacy donors via marketing & outreach, email campaigns, postal mailers, as well as the management of a free-will writing service. You will also lead engagement with legacy programme donors and the processing of legacy donations.
