This role is responsible for providing high-level support, managing complex projects and engaging with a wide variety of people on behalf of the Chief Network Officer. A pilot project - the first of its kind - has been running in London for around 18 months. It seeks to create mechanisms and opportunities for families to be heard and influence how healthcare services are delivered and developed.
The service listens to the views and experiences of families, feeds that back to the NHS and providers, makes recommendations about where improvements could be made, and works with them to co-produce solutions with people who have lived experience.
This role holder will set up a similar pilot project in four prisons in the South East – HMPs Elmley, Downview, Huntercombe and Aylesbury. This is an opportunity for someone to join and shape the delivery of the project from the day one.

- Previous experience in shift leading, supervising team members in the absence of the Registered Manager / Assistant Manager, including contribution to assessment and appraisal of the team.
- Have a sound knowledge around the safeguarding of the young people that we support.
- A good standard of written English and IT skills would be essential, you will be writing reports and keeping record of the Children and Young Peoples progress.
- Transporting children / young people to an activity or school is a requirement. A driving licence that has been held for 12 months would be desirable.

Our Finance Department works as a team of experts to safeguard resources and support decision making across Shelter. We strive to ensure Shelter is financially sustainable in order to achieve our vision of a home for everyone. This particular role sits within the Financial Planning and Analysis team. We support the charity through financial reporting, analysis, and expert advice, and enable collaboration to support managers in making effective business decisions.
About the role
Joining a finance team that collaborates and communicates effectively to help us deliver our mission and vision, making vital business decisions that are driven by expert knowledge and financial acumen will be key to your success here. As part of the role, you’ll engage regularly with our Assistant Directors and their leadership teams to ensure that financial results and key messages are shared and you’ll support stakeholders in engaging with fully available financial insight and reporting. About the Team
Amongst other key systems, the ALM team supports two critical CRM solutions which underpin our engagement with both our clients and supporters. We’re also part of the Business Enablement team within Shelter’s Technology & Data (T&D) Department. T&D consists of 30+ people based across the country, with bases in London, Sheffield and Edinburgh and is accountable for developing and leading Shelter’s technology and data strategic priorities and providing a secure infrastructure. The management of data and insight to underpin strategic outcomes, delivery of technology change projects, data governance and provision of support for a range of software, systems and platform tools also fall under T&D’s remit.
About the role
Working as part of a team with a diverse portfolio of skills, as a Dynamics Support Analyst you’ll have plenty of opportunity to deepen your knowledge of our CRM systems, as well as expand into other areas. You’ll be the first point of contact for users seeking assistant with our CRM systems to ensure that they have a seamless experience with troubleshooting, problem resolution and system guidance.
As part of the role, you will also be monitoring and managing the support ticketing system (Zoho ManageEngine), to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries, at times co-ordinating with other teams and taking ownership to deliver a positive outcome for users. You’ll become an expert user of Shelter’s implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, assisting in basic configuration and customisation tasks.

About you
To succeed, you’ll need a strong understanding of enterprise-level software (ideally CRM) processes, workflows and data management and the ability to provide first level support to end users. You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms as a system administrator or expert user. You’ll also need to be detail-oriented ,with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
