• We are seeking a proactive, experienced professional who will work with the CEO to drive the implementation of our People and Culture strategy across the charity;

The Global Information Services (GIS) team vision is to support the MSI mission with effective value for money for our digital technologies.  We partner with the 37 MSI country programmes to deliver a portfolio of high quality digital and technology products and services, which compliment local technologies.

About the Role

As a Finance Application Analyst at MSI Reproductive Choices, you will be a key member of a three-person finance applications team, instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Your primary responsibilities include providing hands-on support for Infor SUN systems and associated applications, resolving user issues, and collaborating with third-party partners. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead the successful delivery of MSI’s global finance and supply chain transformation programme. This programme will transform our capabilities and delivery across MSI’s 37 Country Programmes and Global Support Office (GSO) with the introduction of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology, driving us forward to deliver our vital mission.

The Director will shape the overall programme from the outset, so that it is set up for success. The successful candidate will need deep transformation and ERP experience, delivering full ERP programme lifecycles in complex organisations like MSI. For the programme to be successful, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across MSI’s Country Programmes, Regional and Global Support Offices will be crucial.

The transformation programme has been approved and is currently at the inception stage, giving the ERP Programme Director the opportunity to make key strategic decisions that will shape the programme; such as the selection of an ERP technology solution best suited to MSI’s business requirements, appointing and onboarding a third-party implementation partner and to design and recruit the internal project team required to ensure success of the programme.

We anticipate a 3-year programme cycle with occasional international travel to MSI country programmes as required for the successful delivery of the programme.

Ambitious for the future and conscious that there are just 1,069 mountain gorillas left in the world, this new role will add significant capacity to the existing team, helping us to deliver on our annual business plan, driving our income generating activities, monitoring our performance and impact, delivering value to our donors, stakeholders, and the communities we serve, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

The role is responsible for leading the team to support the organisation to ensure alignment of strategic ambitions with the Corporate Plan and associated corporate processes.  The team provide expertise in business planning, corporate planning and oversight and governance to the organisations strategic programme of projects.       

Responsibilities include:
You will provide oversight of the governance and reporting to SMT of the strategic transformation projects and support the team in the monitoring, tracking and reporting of the delivery plan projects to senior stakeholders 

You will have accountability for providing strategic analysis to our Senior Management Team and subcommittees to enable robust operational and strategic decisions. 

You will lead a dispersed team to coordinate and mature the organisations strategy management; business planning processes: corporate plan: programme/project management.

You will drive a high performing culture, inspiring, coaching and empowering your team.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and teams and have strong stakeholder management to build relationships across the organisation. 

You will use your expertise to partner with key stakeholders to champion our corporate processes and enhance our strategic maturity level to support our strategic ambitions.

Essential criteria

•  Experience of leading and developing dispersed, high performing team to deliver excellent service to internal stakeholders
• Significant experience of delivering the key elements of the strategy management system, and the ability to provide professionally presented strategic analysis to senior audiences 
• Demonstrable experience of program/project management and relevant qualification i.e. PgM, Prince 2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner

Chief Operating Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Operating Officer to join the team in this hybrid-working role.

About the Role

Our team currently consists of 8 dedicated staff members and is led by our CEO, Anne Bishop. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a new role for BAUS. It will be a key part of our Senior Leadership Team, playing a vital part in the development and implementation of our strategy and deputising for the Chief Executive.
