About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
Following a recent departmental restructure, we’re entering an exciting period for the newly formed content team. This shift in the team structure highlights our commitment to making best in sector content - all in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for delivering our holistic content strategy over the next year. You’ll oversee the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels, and in house paid campaign activations. You will help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts our key audience of 18 - 24 year olds, as well as our supplementary audiences, across website, email and social channels.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation. You will report to the Marketing Director and line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, and you will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.
This is a fixed term contract for 13 months.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working.
- Deliver the holistic content strategy across digital and social channels (including website, email, search, owned social, content creators and gaming) that will enhance the annual marketing strategy and drive awareness of CoppaFeel! and our mission amongst 18 - 24 year olds.
- Responsible for overseeing a team creating and producing innovative content that’s insight driven and market leading.
- Oversee production plans delivering our year round ‘always on’ organic content (web, email, social).
- Lead and inspire creativity across the organisation with a view to becoming social first in everything we do.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to develop and deliver a content optimisation test and learn programme.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise CoppaFeel!’s website and third party agencies to research, plan and execute Search Engine Optimisation and Paid Search strategies.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the annual Website and Email content plan, including an optimisation plan.
- Work with the Social Media Manager to produce social first content year round, in line with the social media and content strategy.
- Oversee in house paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with support from the Social Media Manager. Deliver training to the Social Media Manager to help them work towards activating these independently.
- Oversee delivery of workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, including producing, distributing, measuring, and retiring content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Oversee capacity of the Content Team.
- Line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.
- Ownership of the Content Team budget and quarterly re-forecasting.
- Contribute to quarterly all staff team meetings.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 5 year’s experience working in a management level content focused role, for example a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing or Head of Content.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and prioritising cross departmental content requests.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing strategic content plans.
- Demonstrable experience of producing creative content.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will join a small and high-performing Corporate Partnerships team, taking over a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects at our ‘consortium’ partner level, ranging from £10k-£50k per annum.
You will identify, engage, secure, and steward corporate partner prospects from sectors that include law, construction, manufacturing and logistics, as well as supporting other team members across different sectors as the need arises. The existing portfolio of partners are primarily legal firms who also engage with our impactful programmes, and you will also have personal and team new business targets and support senior team members to steward our flagship partners.
We are looking for a fundraiser who is keen to develop their corporate fundraising skills, especially building relationships with delivery partners, strategic funders, and corporate foundations. Our ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, a confident communicator, and able to work independently under their own initiative as well as within the team.
The role will be line managed by the Head of Corporate Partnerships, working closely with other members of the Corporate Partnerships team, and collaboratively across the wider Development team and Employability Programmes team.
Main duties
New business
- Personally scope, develop and secure new corporate partnerships at consortium level (£10k-£50k), aiming for a robust portfolio of partners in assigned sectors with multi-year commitments, working with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and other relevant stakeholders to appropriately to secure and steward.
- Support the Head of Corporate Partnerships to engage in proactive new business development within the corporate sector, including support for network mapping with senior volunteers.
- Manage writing and submission of reports and proposals for grants to corporate foundations, working alongside other Development team and wider organisation members to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Alongside team members, manage the shared Development inbox to ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt, consistent, and friendly manner.
- Follow all relevant policies and processes to ensure due diligence is completed for all prospective donors, account management plans are kept up to date, and corporate partners receive high-quality stewardship.
Account Management and Development
- Manage and grow the portfolio of ‘consortium’ level corporate partnerships, including leveraging existing relationships to maximise financial income and partnership longevity.
- Support senior team members on designated high-value partnerships, including specific administrative and project tasks, e.g. coordinating meetings and webinars, attending programme visits, event invites, and volunteering opportunities.
- Write and deliver engaging and high-quality partnership proposals and reports for new and existing ‘consortium’ level funders, working with the wider Development team and relevant other Sutton Trust teams as appropriate.

Fundraising, Finance and Reporting
- Act as an ambassador for the Trust with external audiences in the corporate space, representing the Trust with confidence and enthusiasm to secure major gifts and develop relationships.
- Ensure the Trust’s CRM (Salesforce), account management plans, and all relevant income pipeline documents are kept appropriately up to date with activity from corporate partners, including accurate income forecasting.

Terms of Appointment

- Office location: The Sutton Trust, 9th Floor, Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP. Our home working policy gives staff the option to work from home for up to 60% of the time, with approval from their line manager.
- Hours: The standard working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role is likely to also be required to attend events / meetings outside of normal working hours during weekday evenings and occasionally at weekends, in line with organisational policies.

This year we launch a new three-year programme to achieve one of those key aims – raising the status of the early education profession, and we need a Campaign & Programme Manager to help us drive that work.
About the role

Although we work remotely with a team that is spread nationwide, this role does require someone based in or close to London in order to deliver our Westminster programme of activities.
We work flexibly and it won’t come as a surprise to you that we understand the challenge of caring commitments. We trust you to manage your time, but we do expect that most of your hours are worked during standard office hours so that we can collaborate as a team and engage with our coalition partners. Our core working day is a Thursday. As a fully remote team this helps us to stay in touch and connect.

For the last two years, the Coalition has been incubated by the Women’s Budget Group, the UK’s leading feminist economic think tank. Our growth means that we are now ready to spin out into a separate and independent legal entity. That means that your employment contract will initially be with WBG on behalf of the Coalition but will then transfer across to the newly constituted organisation. About you

With the support of our Head of Advocacy & Communications, you will grow our network of supporters, securing the backing of organisations from across civil society, the business community and the public sector for our shared aims.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of the challenges facing the sector and a good understanding of key influencers in this space including think tanks, MPs and journalists.
You will be a confident communicator with strong writing skills and an eye for detail. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a small team where we all muck-in and benefit from each other’s skills.

About the role
As our Health & Safety Manager, you will handle the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our Health & Safety systems. You will act as the organisation’s competent person, providing expert advice and guidance, ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and related legislation.
You will monitor changes in legislation and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. This includes regularly reviewing and updating Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments. You will offer practical, accessible advice to colleagues and support them in embedding safe working practices into their day-to-day activities.
In addition, you will develop and deliver mandatory training programmes, as well as tailored sessions to meet emerging needs. You will manage all incident reporting processes, including RIDDOR notifications to the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), and ensure thorough follow-up. You will also produce regular reports and briefings for senior leadership and Trustees to keep them informed of key issues, trends, and compliance levels.
This role will require travel and work at locations as necessary on behalf of Sustrans.
About you
You should hold a NEBOSH qualification or another recognised Health & Safety certification, with proven experience in managing a system for Health & Safety within an organisation. A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and supporting regulations is essential, along with specific knowledge of Health & Safety considerations within the construction sector.
You will be confident in managing Health & Safety incidents, responding calmly and effectively to ensure appropriate actions are taken, and escalating to senior colleagues when necessary. Strong decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent analytical and report writing abilities are required, as well as the confidence to present information clearly and effectively to a range of audiences, both in person and virtually.

We are seeking a dynamic creative Content and Campaigns Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our programme content across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

At the Motability Foundation we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. We oversee the Motability Scheme and provide grants to help people use it, providing access to transport to hundreds of thousands of people a year. We award grants to other charities and organisations who provide different types of transport, or work towards making transport accessible. We also carry out ongoing research, in partnership with disabled people and key stakeholders in the industry, to inspire innovations that continue to champion accessible transport for all.
This role is an exciting new opportunity to shape and deliver on Motability Foundation’s aims to become more insights led and to systematically involve disabled people in our decision making. You will support the Head of Insight and Evaluation in providing the organisation with insight drawn from existing research, primary research, business data and through user insight. The role will lead development of a user insight approach and clear mechanisms to involve disabled people in the Foundation’s decisions systematically. The role will establish a user insight research community (akin to a customer panel but broader in scope), which the organisation can draw from for user insight.
The role is also responsible for delivering a strategic research and insight plan for the organisation to inform operational and strategic decisions, including feeding into our strategy mid-term review. Others in the organisations will also carry out research and hence this function has a role in setting standards for quality research, a coordinating role in ensuring a cross-organisational understanding of ongoing research to avoid duplication, and to draw insights and disseminate these to relevant internal and external audiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the head of team by developing a strategic insight research plan.

JOB PURPOSE: The Public Affairs Manager will manage the implementation of ParalympicsGB’s policy & public affairs strategy, including managing a targeted contact programme with politicians, civil servants and stakeholder organisations. The role will also play a key role in supporting the organisation’s approach to influencing public policy in sport, disability and education and deliver Games’ time guest programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage the implementation of the public affairs strategy, with support from the Head of Social Impact and Director of Communications & Social Impact, reporting back to the Senior Leadership Group on the outcomes achieved.

Job Description
The Senior Service Manager (SSM) provides strategic oversight of Redthread Services (currently working with 9 hospitals in London and Birmingham) providing line management to ensure high quality delivery that improves outcomes for children and young people and be successful in seeking opportunities for further growth. The SSM will work with the YPF SMT and will take a lead role in implementing our YPF strategy in this area, including taking and making opportunities to grow our services, and supporting new service implementation as need requires.
The role can be home based, but time spent in each of the services alongside travel across the UK will be required in order to support delivery and growth of services across the Hub. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering and managing similar services and the right mix of leadership, passion and energy, and an innovative nature. A proven track record in engaging with positive relationships with commissioners and securing new business is essential. The role will involve promoting, connecting and building services in order to impact the lives of vulnerable young people with complex needs.
Duties and accountabilities are split into two core areas, management and development of Redthread service delivery, including direct management and coordination ensuring high performance that improves outcomes for children and young peopleand supporting implementation of the YPF growth strategy
- Line management of service managers and operational oversight of service contracts.
- Supporting the implementation of the YPF strategy, including making opportunities for organic and new growth. Management Role
· Based on the policies of the charity as defined by the Trustees Board (created Oct 2022 AGM), manage the affairs of the charity with due respect for its heritage, status and independence.

CAFOD’s mission in the Catholic community of England and Wales is to inspire and equip Catholics to actively engage in the Church’s efforts to overcome poverty and injustice. The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and communications support to the Community Participation Coordinators across England and Wales, with a focus on the West & Wales region as the first point of contact. This role can be based anywhere in the UK including our head office in London, working from home, from one of CAFOD’s Volunteer Centres, or a combination of both.
