The post holder will be based at our Ashton Gate office with weekend work on a Bristol City matchday.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Robins Lotto and coordinate regular member engagement activities.
• Lead on matchday fundraising, including the 50/50 draw, scratch cards, and bucket collections.
• Develop and deliver successful fundraising campaigns and supporter events (e.g. Tough Mudder, charity runs, corporate events).
• Coordinate fundraising content with the Communications team, including newsletters and digital campaigns.
• Steward relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Ensure that all fundraising activities are compliant with charity law and best practices.
• Utilise CRM systems to efficiently manage donor and supporter data.
• Work in partnership with Bristol Sport Foundation to maximise joint fundraising projects, including planning, recruiting and delivering on all events.

You will have:

• Experience in fundraising, sponsorship, or corporate partnerships (charity or sports sector desirable).
• Knowledge of event planning and supporter engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Community & Events Fundraising Officer role:

The Public Fundraising team are responsible for recruiting and stewarding new supporters in order to secure long-term income and growth. The Community & Events Fundraising Team sit within the Public fundraising team with the aim of raising essential funds for Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) by organising various fundraising initiatives to engage fundraisers, raise awareness, and support the mission of RVS.

About the Role

This role is focused on delivering established communications strategies and plans over a 12-month fixed-term period. There is scope for the Communications Officer to work autonomously and creatively across teams, helping deliver engaging content and campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver content and copy for digital channels, including social media, email communications and the website.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Officer will meet data needs relating to the management and delivery of supporter and engagement products. The Role

The Partnerships Lead will act as Project Manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, a five-year National Lottery-funded programme supporting grassroots climate action across Devon. Working in close partnership with Libraries Unlimited, you will coordinate delivery across libraries and grassroots groups, supporting communities to develop practical climate initiatives and helping libraries become active sustainability hubs.
