We operate a flagship three-day music festival, Home Farm festival, which has grown significantly in recent years. 2026 will be Home Farm Festivals 19th year and having started as a small one stage event it has now grown in profile and numbers, attracting nearly 5000 people on site for the weekend with 100’s of local bands performing, supported by nearly 200 volunteers.

Building on this success, we are now looking to diversify and expand our event portfolio to increase income and reach new audiences. The Event Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our events programme, leading on the management of the existing festival and developing, planning, and executing a wider range of events – from concerts and community initiatives to potential new commercial ventures. 

The role requires a creative, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded individual with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. We are looking for someone with Event Management experience and excellent team and volunteer engagement knowledge. Head of Individual Giving

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Head of Individual Giving to lead and grow our individual giving programme.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll shape and deliver our individual giving strategy, overseeing the recruitment, retention and development of individual supporters. You’ll lead on our major appeals, including an annual national campaign to Catholic parishes across the UK.

You’ll also play a key role in developing new fundraising products, optimising donor journeys, and ensuring our CRM and data systems support excellent stewardship and insight-driven decision making. This is a senior position with significant scope to shape the programme and make your mark.

About You

We’re looking for a confident and strategic fundraiser with a strong grasp of individual giving and a collaborative approach. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering successful individual giving or direct marketing campaigns in the charity sector
• Strong skills in supporter stewardship and donor retention
• Experience of managing budgets, teams and external suppliers
• A creative, data-driven approach to growing income
• Excellent communication skills

The Role

The HR Manager will operate across the full range of HR generalist functions spanning the staff hire to retire cycle, supporting members of the team who lead specialisms within this (such as recruitment, onboarding, reward and learning and development) to ensure seamless service design and delivery. As a key contact for all HTB Group Entity COOs, Heads of Department (HoDs) and Line Managers, the HR Manager will consult and agree, in liaison with the Head of People appropriate action and support for entity leaders and their teams in all operational HR matters. They will work alongside other senior members of the People Team to provide advice and support that is pragmatic and culturally appropriate while remaining at all times fully legally compliant. The HR Manager is likely to line manage one or two members of the team and will take the lead in certain areas, skill set dependent.

The Key Responsibilities

• Build healthy, dynamic relationships with entity leaders and managers to continually develop ways of working that fit entity-specific requirements in line with core HTB Group policies and procedures.
• Maintain a knowledge of best practice compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements to support appropriate risk management relating to staff employment and personnel management.
• Oversee complex employee relations cases, ensuring resolution aligns with organisational values and legal compliance.

• Ensure the appropriate and comprehensive documentation of key meetings and discussions between staff, line managers and the People Team regarding HR issues.
• Assist all levels of management with the performance management process, disciplinary and redundancy processes, and probationary period responsibilities.

The Right Candidate

• Significant expertise in generalist HR practice, including operating at HR Manager level, with a proven ability to lead and influence across both strategic and operational HR functions.
• CIPD qualified Level 5 or equivalent qualification. Chartered Member of the CIPD.
• Credibility with line managers and excellent relationship building skills; a strongly people-focussed stance with the ability to maintain a practical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and case-handling.
• The highest integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.

WAST’s current priorities include delivering wellbeing activities (with a focus on trauma-informed approaches), running asylum information workshops, and strengthening our campaigning group. As Project Coordinator, you will help develop and manage initiatives that support these priorities. About WAST

Women Asylum Seekers Together (WAST) is a grassroots Manchester-based charity led by and for women who are seeking asylum and currently has around 170 members. WAST was founded in 2005 by one of WAST’s current board members, whilst fighting her own anti-deportation campaign, and became a constituted charity in 2014.

We provide a safe, supportive space where women can come together to build community, gain confidence, access peer support, and advocate for their rights. Women are at the sharp end of the ‘hostile environment’ with punitive government immigration policies and practice. WAST enables a process of empowerment through which women gain the confidence and strength to voice their experience and campaign for justice.

WAST is a place of hope and belonging with its core values of compassion, respect, inclusion and empowerment and its continuous development of its trauma informed peer support approach. WAST is proud of its pioneering work giving a voice to women seeking asylum and inspiring other women around the country to set up similar groups. WAST has been at the forefront of national campaigning against detention, has published three books and created two plays, giving voice to women’s experiences.

WAST runs weekly skill-building and wellbeing activities, a weekly drop-in session where women can access signposting and referrals to services, and a variety of external events throughout the year. Activities are identified and led by the WAST Management Group, elected by the membership and supported by WAST staff. WAST’s current priorities, as identified by the management group, include developing asylum information workshops, a range of wellbeing trauma informed activities, and advancing the campaign group.

Flexible and Hybrid Working

Our office base is located in central London. The 15hours per week can be worked flexibly across Monday to Thursday, with a preference for them to include at least part of Monday and Tuesday to accommodate our weekly team meetings (Monday mornings) and Board Meetings which occur quarterly (Tuesday afternoons)..

As our Corporate Partnerships Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Single Homeless Project’s (SHP) partnerships with businesses across London and beyond. We're seeking a part time Scheme Manager to join our Specialist Housing team!

Scheme Manager (Part Time)
Salary: £9,232.79 per annum actual (£26,929 per annum FTE)

Our places are leasehold schemes where residents live independently and Midland Heart manage housing/property related services.

As a Scheme Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of Oswestry Road, a leasehold Retirement Living Scheme for over 55s comprising of 26 bungalows residing in the picturesque town of Ellesmere, Shropshire.

As a Scheme Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering an excellent housing management service by ensuring that repairs, grounds maintenance and environmental services are coordinated effectively and delivered to a high standard.
• Ensuring the scheme is safe for residents by completing regular compliance checks including health & safety, building safety & fire safety, in line with regulatory requirements.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our residents, interacting with them regularly to ensure their needs are understood and key messages are delivered.

This is a part time role, working 12 hours per week over a minimum of 2 days between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. We're happy to discuss the days of work / specific hours with the successful candidate to ensure it works for all.
