Job description

Kisharon is a charity that offers a broad range of education and support for children and adults with learning disabilities and special needs.

Our vision: To see people with learning disabilities and autism live in a world of equal rights and opportunities.

And to facilitate this, our mission is: To realise ambitious and personalised education and support together with people with learning disabilities and autism, enabling a good life where people are valued contributors within the community.

We are looking for a well organised, creative and strategic thinker with experience in quality assurance/governance to fill this vital new position in Kisharon’s Adult Services.

With strong analytical skills and a full understanding of CQC standards, you will:

  • ensure statutory/legal standards are met and exceeded by identifying and sharing best practice
  • identify risks to safeguarding and quality of support and implement measures to mitigate these
  • work alongside service managers and operations manager developing and implementing an audit programme.
