The Royal Marsden offers hybrid working, with a requirement of 2 days per week based at their Chelsea or Sutton site, with occasional working from Chelsea or Sutton site. Salary for this role is between £40-44k per year.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery, and measurement of defined marketing campaigns, seeking efficiencies and development opportunities for growth. They will implement insight driven test and learn programmes and work to identify new marketing opportunities and audiences.

We are looking for a passionate and proficient marketer with experience of driving the development and delivery of complex integrated campaigns, someone who is a confident communicator and has strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Successfully manage the strategy development and delivery of key defined marketing campaigns such as The Banham Marsden March from brief to launch and evaluation, on time and to budget, to achieve growth.

· Project manage these campaigns, ensuring marketing deliverables and milestones are met, and incorporate marketing activity across our channel mix. This includes defining and agreeing the brief with the key stakeholder, defining timings and budgets, and gathering quotes.

· Work cross-functionally with Fundraising colleagues and across the Marketing and Digital team to understand and develop, design and execute marketing campaigns applying a holistic view, which unifies channels and customer engagement touch points.

· Manage the day-to-day relationships with associated external suppliers, such as printers, freelancers, photographers, and creative agencies on allocated projects.

· Manage the Marketing Officer, supporting them to deliver their objectives and ensuring their development.

Person Specification:

· Creating marketing strategies for individual campaigns or products, including the testing of new tactics or ideas.

· Proficiency in executing end to end multi-channel marketing campaigns or projects from brief to delivery.

· Excellent written and oral skills including strong content production and brief writing skills.

· Working across multiple teams, with a range of internal and external stakeholders of all levels.

· Delivering clear, collated and focused feedback to agencies and stakeholders.

· Excellent knowledge of creative design principles – showing good creative appreciation and an ability to recommend direction.

The Digital Content Manager role sits in the Knowledge Dissemination Department of the Schools Division. This is an exciting new post in the Communications Team at Glass Door. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will support the delivery of a new paid & organic digital marketing strategy, working closely & collaboratively with both the Comms & Fundraising Teams, as well as co-lead on the delivery of a new website.

Location

Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline for office-based working of a mandatory weekly team day plus further days each week as required for the role and the Academy.

* Location: The post holder location will be Liverpool based but will also need to work where relevant/required including traveling. Therefore a full, clean driving licence, and use of own car is essential, and mileage would be reimbursed

However, we can confirm that their registered head office is around 30 minutes’ walk or 15/20 minutes by car/public transport from where this role will be based.

The recruitment process will be in two stages. If you are shortlisted, Savera UK will be in contact to arrange an informal 20-minute chat about the role and your interest in it. Savera UK will then invite candidates who progress to the second stage to an in-person interview, which will comprise competency questions and a task on which they will be asked to present back to the interview panel. Candidates will be provided with information for the task, for which they will have two weeks to prepare. There will be opportunity for one set of questions/clarifications about the task.

Sands exists to save babies’ lives and ensure that anyone affected by pregnancy loss or baby death receives the support and care they need.

This role plays a pivotal part in planning and delivering marketing and communications activities to key audiences, such as supporters, volunteers, journalists, ambassadors and staff. Integrated marketing campaigns are integral to Sands’ growth and are key to driving brand awareness, reach, engagement, income growth and social change.

The duties of the role include writing, editing, co-ordinating and publishing content across various channels, including Sands’ website, social media, email, and print and online marketing materials. You will need to work closely with other internal teams to plan and implement communications and marketing campaigns to drive awareness or income, while progressively improving organisational understanding of what works for different audiences.

You will also support the Marketing & Campaigns Manager in the delivery of our major integrated campaigns and appeals, and work closely with other members of the Engagement team to support all communications aims and outcomes.

An excellent communicator and team player, you will have a sound knowledge and experience of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and related platforms. With paid online marketing experience (e.g. in PPC or Social Media), comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and be able to write engaging copy with good editorial skills. 

This role will specialise in leading marketing and communications support of the Research, Education and Policy department, which covers a range of work including our work to save babies’ lives, training and education, and influencing policy through campaigning and advocacy.

The role will also work across a variety of other teams, projects, campaigns and activities.

Please note this is a 1-year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
