We have an exciting opportunity for a Trust and Foundations Officer to join our team and play a vital role identifying, researching and approaching trusts and foundations interested in funding projects which focus on global canine welfare.

About the role:

As Trusts and Foundations Officer (International) you will:

• Support the Trust and Foundations Team Manager (International) to deliver the trusts/foundations element of the fundraising strategy.
• Meet an agreed annual income target via trusts/foundations, which contributes toward the Trust Team’s target.
• Develop a pipeline of charitable trusts/foundations that could support a range of international projects, programmes and activities.
• Write high quality funding bids, in line with the requirements of potential funders, and upholding Dogs Trust’s brand and high standards

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will have a demonstrable track record of securing grants from charitable trusts/foundations, well-developed written and verbal communication skills and, above all, be a strong, positive team player, committed to the aims and values of Dogs Trust.

You will have exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for writing creative narrative that will ensure our applications stand out when being assessed. Ideally, to be considered for a role focused on fundraising for our international projects you will have a successful track-record of trust fundraising for international projects or a strong interest in doing so.

As Artists & Influencer Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop, manage and deliver complex projects in support of Save the Children's campaigns. • Alongside the A&I team, be responsible for identifying and delivering the right blend of high profile personalities to support projects, activities and objectives across PR, digital, events, campaigning, partnerships and other. 
• Spot opportunities and devise A&I activations that raise awareness and visibility of Save the Children amongst key target audiences with the aim of recruiting new supporters and encouraging them to take action. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with current artists and influencers, developing their involvement with Save the Children in creative and innovative ways.
• Target and recruit new A&I supporters, whilst nurturing long term relationships with a view where relevant, to eventual commitment on Ambassador level.  Keep up to date with supporters' broader schedules, spotting new opportunities for engagement as they arise.

• Experience of working with digital influencers including building content and delivering activations.
• Understanding of social media landscape, trends and developments and ability to suggest ways to utilise them. 
• Experience of working with talent - including those with global reach – in a range of settings.

About the role 

This is an exciting new post in the Communications Team at Glass Door. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will support the delivery of a new paid & organic digital marketing strategy, working closely & collaboratively with both the Comms & Fundraising Teams, as well as co-lead on the delivery of a new website. 

Through this role, we will ensure that all our existing supporters are actively communicated with and that we are regularly engaging with a range of new supporters through a unique & tailored approach.

What you will do as part of our team 

Marketing:  

• Work with all internal stakeholders to develop digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels delivering against KPI’s for income, campaigning and brand awareness. 

• Co-manage delivery of multiple/ congruent campaigns, appeals & events to attract & engage new supporters - often working alongside key members of other teams including fundraising, operations and advocacy teams. 

• Co-lead on the project management & delivery of a new website

• Work collaboratively with the Digital Comms Officer to ensure all content is optimised for multiple purpose/platforms and in line with our brand guidelines 

• Contribute creative ideas to generate content for campaigns, news stories, blogs and social media 

• Oversee development and delivery of quarterly e-newsletters. Assist colleagues with their email marketing to ensure on brand and in line with overall digital calendar 

• Work closely with the Individual Giving Officer to run email marketing campaigns - including audience specific segmented email journeys

Monitor impact 

• Monitor the impact of paid & organic marketing campaigns to report on key KPI’s and metrics. Using tools within social media platforms and Google analytics. 

• Work closely & collaboratively with the Digital Comms Officer to ensure all conversions of paid promotion are tracked effectively & efficiently 

• Analyse marketing journeys for collaborative Fundraising deliverables – including campaigns & appeals and create monthly reports to share success of conversions 

• Lead on the moderation and tracking of website usage 

• Lead on the evaluation of social media and online reach, create monthly reports, and assist with evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns & appeals

SPANA - The Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad is the global charity for working animals in low-income countries. Since 1923, we have supported the welfare of working animals, including donkeys, horses, camels and elephants, in communities that depend on working animals for water, transport, agriculture and their very survival. The People & EDI Manager will be a key member of the Global Operations Team, responsible for effective and efficient Global HR delivery at both a strategic and an operational level across the organisation.  This position plays a critical role in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.  The role will help foster a culture of inclusiveness and belonging and provide ED&I guidance and support to Directors and teams, resourcing talent management professionals and updating the Head of Global Operations on current issues and standards.

The postholder will work closely with the Head of Global Operations to develop and implement a global workforce Strategy. The role will support the implementation of organisational initiatives, including L&D, our wellbeing offer and lead on team communication related to HR matters with the wider organisation. This role will, together with the Head of Global Operations, oversee the development of the Global Resources Co-Ordinator.

While we classify this role as hybrid, it's worth noting that the vast majority of your work can be done from the comfort of your own home. Occasional in-person visits to our London office (located in Borough High Street), and all-staff gatherings will be necessary. Our full time hours are 34.5 hours per week and we offer core working hours between 10am and 4pm.

Key responsibilities 

• Ensure timely and accurate advice and guidance is given to line managers and employees on HR employee relations issues, absence management, employment legislation, policies and procedures, referring requests for advice on complex employment matters to legal advisors.
• Provide in-depth support and legislative expertise and guidance with staff matters, including disputes, performance, disciplinary, and/or grievance matters.
• Provide support for the performance management system ensuring that it is completed on time each year and outputs are used to inform the talent and career development procedures.
• Explore opportunities to increase the Society's Apprenticeship programme and make use of the Apprenticeship Levy.
• Timely recruitment, globally to provide recruitment and interview guidance, and training to interviewers.
• Define and develop specific inclusion and diversity priorities and targets.
• Collaborating with senior leaders and directors to plan and facilitate activities that support the organisation’s commitment to inclusiveness.
• Utilise data and insights to create board and business reports that track progress towards measurable outcomes.
• Partner with relevant teams globally to maintain consistent messaging and branding for equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives both internally and externally.
• Oversee the UK monthly payroll preparation.
• Produce the monthly HR reports for SMT and Committee meetings.
• Lead on the organisation learning and development program drawing on the outcomes of the performance management process and with input from senior leadership team to identify priority capacity development needs.
• Work with SLT to develop career paths that help grow internal talent pool.
• Review and update HR policies, contracts and procedures to ensure they support gender equality, diversity and inclusion.

About you 

• CIPD Qualified with experience in a senior HR role 
• Strong knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion best practices and regulations
• Experience of working for an INGO or similar global non-profit entity
• Solid understanding of employment legislation
• Experience working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of delivering on HR change and transformation projects would be beneficial
• Proactive and consultative approach with the ability to work in fast pace environment
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll and absent management systems)
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

To be successful you will require 1-2 years of experience in a public relations or communications position, ideally within the charity or public sectors, excellent IT skills including ability to use Microsoft Office suite, along with superb organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and show attention to detail.

Our rivers face more threats than ever. SERT’s Working with Communities Team educates and engages local communities and other stakeholders who have the power, influence (and money!) to help make our rivers thrive again.  This role will play a key part in making this happen by helping us reach more people from a wider range of audiences, and connecting them to the issues facing rivers, the solutions that will make a difference and by raising our profile in the expert delivery of them.

This new role within our Working with Communities Team will develop and implement a digital strategy to amplify and support SERT’s presence through increased brand profile, supporter acquisition and engagement and donated revenue. This will involve creating and managing online marketing and fundraising campaigns for the Trust across our digital platforms that grow support for our mission, generate income, reach new audiences and promote the value of the South East’s rivers.

The role will refine the Trust’s existing supporter journey to increase donor revenue making use of its established channels (organic social media, newsletter, website) as well as researching and implementing new channels such as paid advertising, SEO, online campaigns (including crowdfunding) and new social platforms.

You will also find creative and compelling ways to talk about our work, share case studies and successes and make our website the go-to resource for expert and inspiring information about rivers and how to help them.

The ideal candidate would have a background in marcoms and fundraising for non-profits, be a compelling storyteller, and be highly confident and competent in digital communications.

• Develop, implement and maintain a new brand for Parentkind
• Create best-in-class design of print and digital assets, including magazines, guides, videos, website, campaign and social media assets

Duties and key responsibilities:

1.Design:

3.Collaboration:

• Work with the lead designer at Parentkind to support on projects, refine design outputs and deliver work within the Parentkind brand and to deadlines
