We’re looking for a highly organised creative producer with bold ideas and strong film skills. They would be stepping into an established role to provide stability and a fresh perspective to an award-winning and fast-paced creative team.
You will have responsibility for managing the creative team’s capacity, alongside the Senior Graphic Designer. You will be the first point of call for all new creative briefs. You’ll also be a skilled content creator who can bring creativity and clear strategic thinking to film and photography projects across organic social and paid media.
In this role you’ll also be line-managing 2 videographers and producing some of your own content plans and films.

- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to project manage across multiple projects and workstreams.
- High degree of competence in film and photography production.

Salary: Full Time Equivalent Regional £38,304 - £40,354, London £41,719 - £43,769 per annum.
Pro rata to 18.75 hours per week- Regional £23,940- £25,221, London £26,074- £27,355 per annum.
(London salary applicable to candidates who are based in the London office a minimum of two days a week)

- Collaborate closely with colleagues from different teams to develop accurate briefs and present compelling design concepts.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting high creative standards and stakeholder expectations.

- Assist in managing The Charity’s photo library, ensuring high-quality photography is easily accessible and well-organised for use across the organisation.
- Support design team administration, including managing equipment such as cameras, maintaining the project filing system, and keeping projects updated in Trello.
- Develop the skills of The Charity by providing design basics and content creation training and supporting the Senior Digital Content Officer with photo training.

- Lead the creation of engaging video, photo and motion content, from concept development through to final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, filming and editing.
- Oversee photography across The Charity – identifying gaps in our photography, building and developing our image library through regular photoshoots and ensuring that consent processes follow our data management policy.
- Manage, plan, organise and coordinate on-location and studio filming and photoshoots, ensuring shoots run smoothly and meet creative briefs.
- Conduct interviews and film with case studies, capturing authentic stories that connect audiences with The Charity’s work.
- Shoot and produce high-quality digital video content, managing the process end-to-end, from scriptwriting and sourcing through to editing and publishing.
- Edit raw camera footage, audio, sound effects, graphics and special effects into polished content tailored to the target channels.
- Apply strong post-production skills, including audio mixing, colour grading and motion enhancement to deliver professional outputs.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective paid digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other digital platforms.
- Work collaboratively with our digital marketing agency to brief, review, and optimise campaigns within budget.
- Partner with teams across fundraising, campaigning, and national care to identify opportunities for impactful digital activity.
