Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated stakeholder engagement specialist to work across our portfolio of programmes. The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, particularly across the Education, Health and Social Care or Youth sectors, promoting our work and recruiting delegates to Ygam workshops. Outstanding communication skills, a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement engagement plans and projects are essential. Public speaking or training delivery experience would be beneficial. 

Main roles & responsibilities:

You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement across Ygam’s portfolio of programmes. You will develop long lasting relationships with schools, colleges and children’s services, promoting Ygam’s work and recruiting delegates to our workshops.

You will work across the programme team, developing relationships throughout the UK, training professionals to understand the impact and risks of gaming and gambling. You will also be responsible for promoting and marketing the work of Ygam at conferences and events.

You may, on occasion be required to arrange and deliver our City & Guilds assured workshops, both online and face to face and provide support to delegates post training, updating all relevant records and CRM systems.

Job Title: Caring Dads Practitioner

Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days.

Salary: £16,200 per annum (£27,000.00 Full Time Equivalent)

Base: Ashurst / Colocation venues, Southampton

Contract: Part Time - 12 months Fixed Term Contract (extension subject to funding)

Caring Dads exists to change current practice to better include fathers in efforts to enhance the safety and well-being of their children. The practitioner will work directly with fathers with an aim to improve relationships with their children, families, and co-parents/carers. This will include promoting the service to a range of teams across Hampshire and Southampton, to generate programme referrals. You will work closely with Hampton Trust domestic abuse perpetrator service to identify client suitability for the Caring Dads programme.

As the Caring Dads Practitioner, you will be required to deliver the Caring Dads and Accredited Domestic Abuse Prevention Training (ADAPT) Programme. This includes one to one support and group work. Groups are delivered on weekday evenings; you will be required to deliver one group work sessions per week.

You will undertake treatment and risk assessments of individuals causing harm in their relationships; this includes active case/risk management of families living with domestic abuse. Although this position is based in Ashurst, you will be co-located into social work teams across Hampshire three days per week, with an aim to providing support and advice in identifying suitable families for the Caring Dads and ADAPT programme.

About the role

The role and your key responsibilities

As a Partner Success Lead your role is to provide world class customer service to our partner base of over 2,500 schools and colleges. You will be responsible for onboarding our new schools and supporting our existing schools to make the most of the Unifrog platform. Solutions and customer service focused, you will make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are prompt, positive and successful.

About you

The Finance, Procurement, Strategic Planning and Analytics directorate, led by the Chief Financial Officer / VP (Finance), comprises c.150 roles located across our campuses in central London.  The Finance department of c.100 roles provides various accounting, assurance, advisory, decision support and financial processing functions for the whole university.

The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity. 

You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. Examples include the development of a professional competencies framework to support career progression and performance at all levels, supported by learning and development opportunities, improving key processes, resource allocation and financial planning methodologies, and reporting on financial performance.

As part of the function’s senior management team, this role will lead a team of finance business partners who will provide outstanding partnering services to our central services including large functions such as Estates and Facilities, IT, Students & Education, Research Management and on other crucial ‘head office’ activities. Working closely with the corporate reporting team on the provision of management accounts, you will lead on financial performance support in-year and across our three-year financial planning framework. About the role

Global Canopy is seeking an experienced and effective Operations & Execution Lead at a moment of very rapid growth and ongoing opportunity for the organisation as we implement our 2023-2030 strategy to end market impacts on nature.
You will have a proven track record of effective planning and execution in a relevant organisational setting, and will be able to flourish in a collaborative and dynamic non-profit, working with complex programmes and partnerships worldwide.
Your goal will be to standardise and help embed effective approaches, processes and tools for planning, delivery and monitoring of our work across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, you will work closely with the Programmes Director, People Director, and other senior colleagues to strengthen both organisational culture and practice for efficient, effective and inclusive execution.

Requirement

To be successful in this role, these are the things that will matter the most:

• Deep experience in operationalising and supporting a planning and execution cycle within a complex institutional setting.
• People and communication skills, given how fundamentally this success will depend on effective collaboration with our Programmes Director, Finance & Operations Director and other organisational leaders.
• Broad experience across a wide range of business functions, processes and systems. Commitment to and understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing.
• Strategic mindset, anticipating risks and opportunities, and incorporating them into planning and execution processes accordingly.

As Strategic Lead (Cancer & Inequalities) you’ll continue our work with GM Cancer to achieve a permanent reduction in inequalities and inequity within Greater Manchester, addressing the social, environmental, and economic determinants of health and wellbeing, with the aim of ensuring active VCSE participation.

This role will suit someone with a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of people, for tackling health inequalities, and who enjoys working in fastmoving and complex systems. To be successful you’ll need experience of supporting a strategic partnership; developing proposals and funding models; and influencing at a senior level.

The Philanthropy & Trusts Lead will steer the capital campaign fundraising strategy for the Fashion Museum, Bath, and its ambitious transformation project to create a major new cultural institution with international significance in the City of Bath.

They will focus on high-net-worth individual donors, trusts and foundations, and public sector sources alongside devising a strategy to convert capital contributors to long-term revenue support post-campaign.  They will also work closely with the fundraising team to devise capital and revenue campaigns to deliver income growth for Bath and North East Somerset’s wider heritage portfolio including the internationally renowned Roman Baths and Victoria Art Gallery.

The role will manage and motivate a small fundraising team to deliver ambitious income growth targets and work collaboratively with Bath Heritage Service’s senior leadership team, trustees of the charities that support the Services, and other key stakeholders.
