About the role
Across your geographic area of Cheshire and Greater Manchester East, you'll:

- Understand supporter motivations, identifying opportunities across the Charity that inspire and engage, enabling them to achieve their fundraising goals and reach their potential.
- Identify and steward corporate prospects using a pipeline process resulting in applying for and converting opportunities.
- Be proactive within your area to identify opportunities for fundraising and raise awareness of the Charity.
- Manage supporters effectively using our CRM system (OneCRM) to provide excellent stewardship.

Working arrangements
This is a field-based role covering Cheshire and Greater Manchester East. This region covers East Manchester, Chester, Wirral, Crewe, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Macclesfield, Tameside, Warrington, Altrincham, and Lymm.You'll need to live in the area or be able to relocate to this region.
Regular travel within the area, and occasionally to other parts of the UK.

There will be a requirement for flexible out of hours working to support occasional evening and weekend activity. You will be compensated for this with time off in lieu.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or North London for this role.

- Work co-operatively with colleagues from the wider Comms team, Funding & Partnerships and Co-op Community & Comms teams
- Forecast and manage the funds comms budget

- Great communication skills, with the ability to write in an engaging way for different comms channels, in particular digital channels
- Experience of working in a busy comms team in the charity sector, delivering multiple projects and campaigns at any one time

Responsibilities
The role holder will report to the Head of Advocacy and Regulatory Affairs who is looking for an individual to:
Ø Support the delivery and oversight of ABCUL’s key product and service development initiatives.
Ø Plan, execute, and oversee product and service development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
Ø Managing and coordinating resources, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with the organisations goals.
Ø Monitor performance, mitigate risks, and provide progress reports to the Senior Leadership Team
Ø Proven experience in product and service development or project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful development initiatives
Strong communication skills in writing and verbally will be required along with an organised approach to managing information. Education to degree level or equivalent experience is expected.

As a leading provider of psychosocial support and accommodation throughout treatment, end-of-life, and bereavement, we are proud to ensure our services remain relevant, responsive, and tailored to the needs of those we support.
We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide business support across the directorate, working closely with senior operational leaders to drive the implementation and development of our services. This role will be instrumental in supporting new service initiatives and collaborating with other directorates and external partners, such as the NHS and charity organisations, to help us achieve our strategic goals.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser who can develop and grow our income streams, including running successful events and campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and working closely with our community supporters and organisations.
