Your Role in Our Vision
As a Community Fundraiser, you'll play a vital role in our mission by empowering supporters in your local area to raise essential funds for Marie Curie. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Region, you'll collaborate with talented fundraising professionals to inspire individuals and groups to achieve their goals, ensuring their efforts make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture a network of fundraising groups and volunteers
- Deliver local elements of national campaigns, including The Great Daffodil Appeal
- Grow community involvement and financial support through outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with fundraising policies and maintain accurate records
- Ese of social media to promote local work
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in volunteer or community engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong organisational and budget management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including evenings and weekends

React is a small, well regarded, charity that was established in 1989. It provides Rapid Effective Assistance to Children with Potentially Terminal illness.
React works to give children comfort, dignity and where possible, greater independence.
We supply essential equipment that is not available through the NHS or local authority, from specialist wheelchairs, beds, baths and mobility aids to essential everyday homecare items like pushchairs and domestic appliances.
We also provide our families with holidays and the opportunity to create special memories at our mobile homes situated across the UK.
Since the pandemic we have moved to a fully remote / home based working model.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate, creative and innovative fundraising professional with a history of successful income generation and fundraising development.

You will be responsible for:
- · Leading income generation for the charity.
- · Creating, implementing and delivering our fundraising strategy.

Although home based, the Head of Development & Partnerships will be expected to meet from time to time with major fundraisers and donors, which may occur in person or online.

Parentsactive CIC is the parent/carer forum for Hammersmith and Fulham and works to empower parent/carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) from birth through to adults.
We are delighted to be recruiting a Co-production Coordinator to work alongside our parents and carers of young disabled adults to ensure they have meaningful opportunities to inform and influence strategic and operational developments across Hammersmith and Fulham that will lead to a better future for them and their young person.
The Co-production Coordinator will support the coordination of a range of activities designed to increase coproduction across the borough’s health, education and social care systems.
The successful candidate will be passionate about coproduction and ensuring the voice of people with lived experience is heard. They will have strong skills in working collaboratively with a wide range of people including families, statutory and third sector partners. The person will be a good listener, compassionate and understanding of the issues related to supporting a disabled adult to live their best life and have the confidence to challenge when necessary.
