We have an opportunity for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join us at SNG.
You'll be part of our Customer and Neighbourhood Team, with an office base in Basingstoke.
The salary starts from £15,680 depending on your age and experience.

The Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship will introduce you to how we deliver our housing services and support our customers. You'll build valuable housing skills and will make a meaningful contribution to the work that we do.
You'll spend time with different teams, including Customer Accounts, Lettings, Localities (Tenancy Management), and Supported Housing. This will give you hands-on experience and help you understand how our services work from start to finish.
In this role, you will:
- Carry out basic admin tasks and data entry
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Support case management activity
- Work with colleagues and external partners
- Attend meetings and site visits with team members
- Help with reporting and system updates
As part of the placement, you'll shadow experienced staff to learn about their roles. As your confidence grows, you'll be given your own tasks and responsibilities, matched to your skills and development.
You'll also be attending college to complete a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

- To complete the Level 2 course you'll ideally have, or be working towards a Maths and English GCSE

About Spear

About the role
This is an exciting role within Spear’s programme delivery team, leading and inspiring Centre Managers across a region to deliver high-quality coaching and strong outcomes for young people. The role combines line management, performance oversight and contributing to the ongoing development of Spear’s coaching culture and curriculum. It’s a great opportunity for an experienced coach and people manager to shape delivery and help more young people move into education, employment, or training.
Key information:
- Salary: from £36,000 dependant on location
- Location: London/South of England or West of England
- Full-time, Permanent
- 28 days annual leave (including Christmas gift days) plus bank holidays (pro rata)
- Regular staff prayer meetings, conferences and retreats (one residential)

Person Specification
- A practising Christian, passionate about personally representing the values and beliefs of Spear, and our mission to equip and support young people facing barriers to employment
- Excellent all-round coaching ability, with extensive coaching experience in group and 1-1 facilitation and/or other relevant transferable skills
- Highly experienced in line management and holding responsibility for others’ professional development and wellbeing
- Effective interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to relate confidently to church partners as well as a range of audiences, internally and externally
- Self-motivated forward planner who exercises initiative, with the ability to prioritise workload, including working well under pressure
- Good IT skills, with a working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Hackney Empire is looking for a new Deputy Technical Manager.
The new role of Deputy Technical Manager will play a critical operational and leadership role within our busy 1,250-seat theatre and additional rehearsal and event spaces. Supporting the Technical Manager, you will lead and motivate a committed technical team to ensure the flawless execution of large-scale transfers, touring musical theatre, dance, opera, comedy and live music shows; supporting produced work and public-facing activity from our Creative Futures programme.
This is a balanced, hands-on and production-focused role. It requires combining administrative and logistical preparation - such as advancing technical riders, developing costings and estimates and preparing staff rotas - with leadership and delivery of high-level stagecraft management during intensive fit-ups, show operations and rapid get-outs.
