This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mass Participation team, helping to coordinate a portfolio of virtual events expected to raise over £4.7 million and bring in over 34,000 participants to the charity in the next year.

The virtual events portfolio at Dementia UK consist of a series of month-long challenges that bring our supporters together online across the UK. Participants receive a free incentive to take on a motivating challenge, from clocking up 60 miles in October to walking 1km a day in February, spending the month moving, connecting and fundraising for Dementia UK. As a Mass Participation Executive, you will be responsible for the end to end management of our virtual challenges, delivering marketing plans in collaboration with agency support and stewarding supporters to ensure participation. Using project management tools and a pro-active can-do approach, you will ensure smooth event delivery, continuously analyse, and develop the virtual events portfolio. You will work closely with teams across Fundraising, Data, Marketing & Communications to drive income, collaborate and achieve high levels of engagement across the virtual events portfolio. 

We’re looking for someone with previous fundraising experience. A background in areas such as individual giving, community fundraising, or challenge events would bring strong transferable skills to this role. If you have an understanding of effective marketing channels to drive participation in fundraising and effective stewardship techniques, we would love to hear from you.

Helplines Partnership (HLP) is looking for a creative, digitally skilled communicator to join our small, friendly team. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the UK helpline sector, with real scope to grow our reach, membership and influence.

You will support and deliver HLP's Marketing and Communications Strategy managing social media, building email campaigns, leading on website content, and producing graphics and video. You will co-create sector campaigns including our annual Helpline Awareness Day, develop press releases and media commentary, and report on performance across all digital channels. Claudia Jones organisation (CJO) Is looking to appoint a highly skilled Executive Director with experience of working in the Voluntary/Community sector to support the development of the organisation. This is a key appointment funded for 1year.

CJO is one of the few small Black lead charities in London, enhancing the quality of life for African Caribbean Women and Families. Founded in 1982 at the request of Caribbean women, CJO delivers family-centred services for women with children 0-16yrs, Gender- based violence support, connections for older people, health and wellbeing activities, counselling and therapeutic interventions to inspire and empower African Caribbean heritage women and families.

Development Manager for Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust Consultants Ltd

Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust (YDMT) is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial professional to lead and grow our charity’s trading arm, YDMTCL. This is a newly created and exciting opportunity for someone with strong business development and leadership skills to build on the success of our Landscape Design team, while also originating and leading your own projects to strengthen commercial performance and impact.

About the role 

YDMTCL currently delivers landscape design services through a team of two Landscape Architects, working across urban, rural and community regeneration projects. The team combines strong technical expertise with creative design skills to deliver high quality green infrastructure and green space solutions.

The company currently has an annual turnover of under £100,000 and a clear ambition to double this over the next two to three years. The postholder will play a key role in driving this growth and will be expected to make significant progress towards this target during the 18 month contract period. All profits generated by YDMTCL are gifted back to the charity, directly supporting its charitable objectives.

This role will be primarily focused on the trading company, with approximately 90% of time dedicated to YDMTCL and up to 10% supporting the wider charity. You will originate and lead your own projects, creating vital new income streams for the organisation. Your work will focus on integrating ecology and landscape design to deliver innovative, high quality projects that contribute meaningfully to nature recovery.

How and where we work

Role Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full breadth of corporate engagement – from new business prospecting and pitching, to developing employee fundraising and awareness activities, and supporting wider strategic, multi‑year partnerships.

You will work closely with colleagues in areas such as Events & Community, Major Donors, and Marketing & Communications and play a central role in identifying cross-team opportunities and providing excellent supporter stewardship across the charity’s programmes of work. About the role

This is a key new leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Solent Mind’s fundraising, communications and marketing activity. The Senior Supporter Engagement Manager will lead the strategic development of personalised, data‑driven supporter experiences that deepen engagement and maximise long‑term value. This role oversees the design and optimisation of multi‑channel supporter journeys, with a key focus on the creation and delivery of the email, SMS and What’s App communications, as well as our loyalty‑focused communications such as Cure Magazine, supporter newsletters and seasonal loyalty comm such as Christmas Cards. You’ll be a resident expert in marketing personalisation and data automation through martech tools.

Acting as the organisation’s expert in supporter experience design, the postholder ensures that every interaction — from the point that a supporter hits our database to long‑term stewardship — is timely, relevant, and insight‑led. Supporter Journey Development & Design

· Lead the end‑to‑end design of supporter journeys working collaboratively across all the organisation, taking an audience led approach in achieving our income, engagement and influence objectives, joining the dots and identifying opportunities for cross sell, upsell and integration of offers throughout a supporter's relationship with us.

· Oversea the mapping and optimisation of lifecycle journeys, ensuring they are insight‑driven, segmented, and aligned with organisational goals towards a cure.

Responsible for ensuring your teams are expert in our martech, and use testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate), data and performance insights to optimise journeys performance.

· Lead for automation of journeys within our martech, balancing efficiencies on resource with excellent supporter experiences.

Data Selections & Audience Targeting

· Responsible for making audience targeting decisions ensuring accurate, timely, and insight‑led targeting for all fundraising and engagement activity.

Supporter Loyalty & Stewardship Communications

· Lead the creation of loyalty‑focused communications that build long‑term relationships and increase lifetime value and deliver on our supporter experience principles – including communications such as Cure Magazine and E-newsletter.

· Work collaborative with Senior Supporter Relations Manager to develop stewardship frameworks that recognise and thank supporters at key moments – including the coordination of an ARUK approach supporter Christmas and Seasonal greetings.

· Ensure collaboration within these organisational supporter loyalty communications is effective leading for RACI and levels of approval.

· Lead for your team adhering to GDPR-aligned audience management and safe data activation.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Manage and develop a multi‑disciplinary team across your key responsibilities, fostering a culture of audience led, testing, continuous improvement and joined up thinking, planning and delivery.

Salary: Circa £56,000 per annum, plus benefits.
