The Role
Based either at our Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire, remotely or hybrid, you will lead and manage the development and delivery of income growth from corporate partnerships.
In this fast-paced and exciting role, you’ll be proactively identifying and securing new partnerships, whilst nurturing and maintaining existing relationships. Working with the wider engagement and fundraising team, you will ensure donors receive the best experience and an integrated and joined up fundraising plan is delivered.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic manager with knowledge and experience of corporate account management and new business development. You will be experienced working in a fundraising environment and managing key fundraising projects.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and committed Business Development Manager to join our growing charity. Responsible for winning new business and retaining existing contracts to achieve financial and growth targets, this is a pivotal role at Kinship. The MEAM coalition has worked for fifteen years across more than 50 local areas in England, supporting local partnerships to tackle the structural and systemic issues that cause and sustain multiple disadvantage. This new role will be responsible for leading the implementation of our new network membership structure, and ensuring members are supported to actively participate in the MEAM Approach network. As the Membership Manager, you will build relationships with our network members, oversee communications to the network, manage our online community platform, and identify ways in which we can further support network members through commercial opportunities. You will combine your deep knowledge of multiple disadvantage with a curious and collaborative approach to your work, demonstrating a genuine interest in developing and contributing to the growing knowledge and experience in systems thinking and systems leadership across the team. You will share your reflections and insights generously with the team and be open to positive challenge as you develop your practice.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager for our Fundraising team will focus and lead on:
- Managing your own portfolio of corporate partnerships

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to cover parental leave.
The successful candidate will have accountability for several key areas of operational delivery of BITC’s programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. This role will ensure the high quality and consistency of performance through these aspects of operational delivery and development, working closely with businesses, internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, delivering programmes and contractual obligations across their patch. The post holder will lead on driving programme/contractual performance (both KPI’s and financial) motivating and inspiring the team. They will also have responsibility for ensuring continued funding from key partners and securing new income; monitoring and reporting on this important activity as it contributes to BITC's vision within a set geographical area or programme/project areas.
