About the role
We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce officer to join our Trading team to showcase and promote our exciting year round range of products to raise income and engage supporters via our online shop, catalogues and commercial partnerships.

What you’ll do:
- Lead on the development and day-to-day running of the online shop including platform improvements
- Develop digital marketing plans, that complement the overall Trading communication plans, to drive traffic and sales to the online shop

- Constantly review content to ensure that the information is compelling, audience-focused accurate and relevant

About the role

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will lead the development of a new corporate partnerships programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced relationship builder to shape and grow a corporate income stream from the ground up, targeting a broad range of potential partners across East London and beyond.

3. Internal and External Collaboration

4. Reporting and Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM (using Raiser’s Edge) records and income forecasts, working with the Director of Fundraising and Development to track engagement and manage risk for reporting to the Fundraising Sub-Committee.
- Ensure partnership activity complies with charity fundraising regulation and FFL’s internal ethical fundraising policy.
- Prepare clear, timely reports and impact updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Essential
- Demonstrable experience in developing and securing new corporate partnerships, ideally in a fundraising, CSR or business development context.

About the role
In order to reach and support more kinship carers with these programmes and our other services, we have developed a new Marketing Team to develop and deliver integrated, strategic and creative marketing and engagement campaigns and strategies. This team is now established with clear plans to engage kinship carer audiences, rooted in insights.
Strategic engagement with professionals from the education sector as a conduit to engage kinship carers in our services offer is a key part of this role, and a relatively new area of focus for Kinship. AFK is a national charity helping young disabled people develop their independence and find employment. Our vision is a world where all people living with a disability get to lead the life they choose. As part of this we provide bespoke employment skills training and organise work placements across North London. At a national level, we provide mobility equipment not available on the NHS for disabled children and young people up to the age of 25.
Job Purpose
To support young people with disabilities aged 18 to 25 to progress towards and into employment.
The role will involve liaising with education professionals and employers and brokering new opportunities for supported employment, volunteering, and work placements. You will work with young people to provide specialist one to one coaching, assess, and develop their employability skills and support them towards their own goals and objectives.
Working Conditions
This post is 35 hours per week. The post holder will occasionally be expected to work some evenings and weekends as required by the job.
28 days annual leave will be given in addition to normal public holidays. There is a TOIL Policy.
Principle Responsibilities
· Work with a caseload of individual young people to identify and support their aspirations for future employment and formulate plans to enable them to achieve their goals.
· Contribute to progress reports, reviews, open evenings and other events with education professionals, families, and young people

· Inform and work closely with the Employment Broker on the type of jobs that trainees want sourced, or job carved so that placements can be sought.

The Opportunity

About the Role
We are now recruiting for a talented Services Manager to manage a team of project/case workers providing individual advice, specialist support and advocacy to Black and minoritised migrant women, overseeing all aspects of our needs-led casework as well as the delivery of our women’s centre activities, as required.
The post holder will work collaboratively with our Director of Services and Operations (DSO) and other Service Managers in the development of an annual service plan, tailoring this to meet the needs of the team and ensure all funder requirements are met.
This role will provide comprehensive team management and support, effectively managing performance and providing trauma informed mentoring to the team. The Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing referrals to Hibiscus’ services internally and externally, working closely with the teams to ensure prioritisation of Black and racially minoritised women. The postholder will be responsible for responding to service user feedback, complaints and safeguarding concerns using a trauma-informed approach. This will inform the development and improvement of policies and processes for managing service user casework.
The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that their team maintains accurate data and records to ensure effective service user support, monitoring, reporting and evaluation. As part of this monitoring and evaluation work, the Services Manager will play a key role in improving data recording and reporting. The post holder will be responsible for the financial management of their projects, including service contract budgets and the monitoring of team expenditure. About you
