About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social justice, inclusion, and the human–animal bond — and who is confident in building connections with frontline organisations, community services, and supporters.
As Project Coordinator (Growth & Engagement), you’ll focus on building relationships with new hostels, expanding awareness of our work, and promoting our training programme and online learning platform. You'll also work with existing partners to make sure they feel supported and are continuing to deliver on their commitments to pet-friendly care.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, strategic Industry Relations Manager to coordinate our work across pharmaceutical and other commercial partnerships. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, this pivotal role will manage high-value contracts and relationships, manage impact reporting, and support the development of our organisational offer to external funders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract and Relationship Management

What You will Be Doing:
- Being the friendly face (and voice!) of EAAA for our community fundraisers and volunteers.
- Coordinating event logistics, from kit delivery to stock management and ensuring every event runs smoothly.
- Supporting third-party events across the region, helping with planning, admin, and CRM updates.
- Stewardship of a selected amount of non-attended event supporters who have chosen EAAA as their charity and community campaigns like our Christmas and Challenge Badge initiatives.
- Managing contactless giving platforms (Givestar & Collectin) and helping supporters get set up.
- Lending a hand with event set-up and pack-down on occasion (yes, sometimes that means early mornings or weekends, but we will give you time back!).
- Support with the administration around collection boxes and the annual tidy up plans and collaborating with our volunteers and Supporter Engagement team to execute this.
- Support the administration around our In Memory supporters doing flagship events such as Treks & Only the Brave etc in creating mail merges and sending out In Memory collateral.

- Experience in admin, fundraising, or customer service (charity experience is a bonus!).
- Excellent communication skills – confident on the phone, in person, and in writing.
- Super-organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

We are looking for a Senior Trust and Grants Fundraiser to join the St Mungo’s Trusts and Grants fundraising team, playing a key role in helping raise vital funds for services that support people experiencing and recovering from homelessness to rebuild their lives.
In the role of Senior Trust and Grants Fundraiser you will work closely with a team of four other trust fundraisers. You will play a key role in helping to meet our income target of circa £1.5m in 2025-26 and producing high quality written proposals and reports that reflect the impact of philanthropic support on the people we work with. The Role

The Team
IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is led by the organisation in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).
A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS professionals, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients.
About You
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
