As an Employee Relations Adviser, you will provide advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of HR issues, including performance management, conduct, absence, capability, grievance, and structural changes. You will support named business areas, enabling you to build strong working relationships and gain a clear understanding of business demands and pressures.

Collaboration is central to the role: you will work closely with colleagues within the ERA team, as well as with Resourcing, People Business Partners, Finance, Safeguarding and HR Admin teams.

Essential Skills and Criteria:

• Solutions-focused approach, with the ability to adapt your style to suit varied situations and provide pragmatic, relevant advice and options to managers.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience coaching managers considered advantageous.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification, or working towards this, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
• Strong, up to date, knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and confidence in managing virtual meetings.
• Ability to facilitate and lead virtual HR meetings, ensuring discussions run smoothly and professionally.
• Ability to take accurate notes during HR meetings and maintain up-to-date case files and documentation throughout the life cycle of each case.
• Effective team-working skills, collaborating across multiple departments and building productive relationships in your assigned business areas.

Additional Information:

• You will be home based but may be dual located if you live near a suitable RSPB office.
• Some travel within the UK may be needed occasionally, but this is not regular.
• Both roles are Fixed-Term contracts until the 31st of March 2027, with slight variations in hours and area of influence.

ISWAN has recently reorganised the management of our helpline services and created this new role, which will be pivotal to further developing our quality service to seafarers. We have seen significant growth in the number and usage of our helplines and now seek to recruit a second Helplines Operations Manager to ensure we have a management structure capable of coping with further growth.

As one of two Helplines Operations Managers, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ISWAN’s helplines to ensure our services provide accurate information, appropriate advice, and comprehensive support to seafarers and their families.  

You will manage the development of Salesforce and be familiar with Salesforce reporting, particularly using advanced tools like Power BI and Tableau. You will be confident liaising with our IT support service on system issues and developments. 

We have no preconceptions about where the successful applicant will come from but you will bring experience of managing multi-channelled contact centre operations and best practice as well as delivering user and client service improvements.

You will need to be capable of working effectively within a complex international context and have sound experience of service development. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) but we are keen to find the right person and therefore happy to discuss flexible working patterns. The role is fully remote and we are flexible about where you are based but you will be working with staff across the UK, India and the Philippines so you will need to be a great team player.

FP&A Manager | London - Hybrid | £70,000 + Benefits

For an international NGO based in London, we are recruiting a permanent FP&A Manager. Reporting to the Global Head of Finance, this role will oversee all business and commercial reporting, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and KPIs, as well as the financial reporting, balance sheet, cash and reserves reporting and reconciliations. The role will have a lead input in the year-end close and preparation of the Annual Report and Audit process and will lead the finance business partnering team of two.

Main Duties:

• Lead month-end close and production of month-end business, commercial and MI reporting
• Deliver insightful reporting into the business and commercial performance by partnering key stakeholders and supporting the leadership decision-making

Programme and Assessments Manager

We support survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs through counselling, advocacy, group work, education, and professional training.

You will lead and manage our CYP counselling, play therapy, and trauma-informed services, ensuring high-quality clinical delivery and strategic development. This role includes strategic development of CYP, clinical leadership of all delivery, supervision oversight, safeguarding responsibility, service improvement, and management of CYP budgets and reporting.
 

About You

You will bring:

• A counselling/psychotherapy qualification (accredited or equivalent experience).
• Significant post-qualification experience, including 600+ supervised hours.
• At least 3 years’ clinical work with children and young people affected by sexual violence.

What the job involves

We’re seeking a Website Content Officer to join our Integrated Marketing and Media team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and improving the content on our website, making sure it’s clear, accessible and meets the needs of our diverse audience.

Acting as the ‘voice of the user’, you’ll be responsible for publishing updates via our content management system (CMS), maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and accessibility across the site. You’ll oversee key areas, including the homepage, keeping information accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate.

You’ll work closely with teams across the Prostate Cancer UK to help shape their messages for the web, offering advice, guidance, and training where needed. Day to day, you’ll manage content schedules, review pages to identify improvements, and create or edit content to keep the site fresh and effective. You’ll also use digital analytics tools to monitor performance and suggest ways we can enhance the user experience.

As part of the Digital Marketing and Channels team, you’ll work closely with our email and social media teams to ensure our owned channels are aligned. You’ll lead on the delivery of our regular ‘News and Views’ articles in conjunction with our Strategic Communications team, and you’ll work closely with our Web Operations team to help identify and test new website features and fix technical issues. 

Please note internally this role is known as Digital Channels Officer – Web.

What we want from you

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in writing, editing, and proofreading web content to serve a specific audience. You'll be skilled in using content management systems (ideally Umbraco) to build and update web pages.

You’ll have the technical skills to author and edit basic HTML, as well as prepare and edit images for the web. A good understanding of interpreting website analytics, including experience with Google Analytics and search engine optimisation techniques, is essential. You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex analytics and technical details clearly and accessibly to colleagues who may not have a technical background.

In this role, you’ll need to manage priorities effectively and work well under tight deadlines. You’ll be confident negotiating and handling challenging conversations when necessary.  Staying up to date with current web tools and digital content trends will be a real advantage as we continually improve our site.

Our members are looking for an enthusiastic indovidual to join our Network Hope Activities team as staff cover for 9 months.

You will work under the direction of the Project Manager and alongside, tutors to deliver activities, support networks, health and wellbeing and training support to beneficiaries and to recruit, train and support a network of volunteers to facilitate the support groups. 

The role will involve collaboration with other local businesses and third sector organisations to deliver the activities. This Project’s aim is to support vulnerable disabled people (including those with learning disabilities, autism and those affected by mental health issues and their families) through consistent provision of health and wellbeing activities, pathways into employment training, sport and social activities, advice, signposting and peer support based both at our Resource Centre in W10 and out in the community.

Utilising EPM’s resources to lead in locally sourcing beneficiaries and volunteers from the local community. Liaise with the NHS and Social Services, partner providers and schools, colleges, community centres, voluntary organisations and referral agencies. 

· Facilitate and support local support groups, 

· Plan, arrange and run a variety of activities and training programmes. 

· Recruit and support a network of volunteers to co-facilitate support groups and activities 

· Under the direction of The Project Manager conduct home visits to assess the needs of the families and inform them of support available through Network Hope. 

· Arrange the selection and delivery of healthy food and drinks and running the catering and gardening training groups.
