We're looking for a passionate individual to join Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust as our Head of Fundraising. This is a new senior strategic position within Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT), with overarching responsibility for all Fundraising across the organisation. Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, the Head of Fundraising will be a self-starter, who is target driven and proactive. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated CRM and Customer Data Lead to join the Data Services Team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the CRM and Customer Data Lead will ensure that the charity get the most out of the CRM data so that it can deliver insight driven selections and segmentations for the whole organisation, supporting and collaborating with colleagues to reach and engage with customers in a compliant and customer-centred way.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Oversight and continuous improvement of CRM data.
• Selection analysis and visualisations that support product owners to have a deeper understanding of our customers.
• Lead on increasing the utilisation of selection and marketing automation products such as Apteco Faststats and Peoplestage to automate customer journeys.
• Oversight and continuous improvement of Third party and Internal Data imports and exports with a focus on increasing the knowledge and utilisation of the organisations ETL tools such as Blender to provide business continuity and consistent, clean data quality.

About You

You will have a proven record of:

• Managing, developing and using a CRM database to meet organisation needs.
• Change management projects to support an organisation in better use of data and insight.
• Designing, building and implementing customer segmentation and models.
• Customer and product journeys within a marketing automation environment.

With accountability to the Oasis CEO for Youth and Community the role of the regional Youth and Community Director will have three main functions:

1 Strategic management oversight of local Youth and Community teams

2 Regional development, working alongside other functions within the Oasis family

3 Being part of the national Youth and Community leadership team

The Youth and Community Director will have strategic management oversight of local Youth and Community teams in the region, providing accountability and support to the local leaders and charity boards. This responsibility area falls into two categories; those the Director is directly responsible for, and those they are responsible for ensuring are carried out by those within their region.

An Oasis neighbourhood is a community movement and the joining together of all the work Oasis does in any one place, which could include foodbanks, debt advice centres, family support and advice services, healthcare, youth work, children’s work, alongside other Oasis activities in that community, including formal education through Oasis Academies.

The Youth and Community function of Oasis is responsible for the wider community work that takes place within Oasis neighbourhoods, working closely with the other functions of Oasis to outwork our vision. In relation to governance, Oasis Community Partnerships is the national charity, with each local team operating from their own local Oasis charity.

We’re looking for a confident and well-organised fundraiser to help manage and grow our corporate partnerships. You’ll develop relationships with existing and new business supporters, deliver engaging communications, and support the growth of income from companies, all while helping to protect butterflies, moths and the environment we all depend on.

Job Purpose
• Managing and growing relationships with existing corporate donors
• Identifying and developing new corporate support
• Providing an outstanding supporter experience for our corporate supporters

Main Responsibilities
1. To directly manage a portfolio of corporate supporters, ensuring excellent stewardship and customer experience in order to meet agreed income targets and KPIs and maximise income for BC.

2. Develop and prepare tailored cases for support, proposals, reports and bespoke updates and communications to donors.

3. Identify, nurture, develop and manage new and existing corporate supporters including producing and communicating inspiring funding opportunities aimed at specific organisations.

4. Negotiate and deliver partnership agreements ensuring delivery against agreed targets and a good return on investment for the charity.

5. Monitor income targets and activities for Trading and Corporate fundraising including reporting to the BC Trading Company Board.

6. In conjunction with the Digital Manager, manage BC’s website shop portals and commercial partnerships to ensure a good level of royalties, proactive marketing, and supply of ethically sourced and sustainable goods.

7. Liaise with Communications and PR Team to ensure effective promotion of corporate and business agreements and timely reporting back on campaigns.

8. Update and maintain records of all business and corporate approaches, communications and agreements on the CRM and appropriate files.

9. Advise Branch volunteers where they seek to establish business support for their activities.

10. Where required, develop and/or follow policies and procedures on due diligence, data management, account management, stewardship, and reporting.

About the role: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Learning Content Specialist to join our Sector Support team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and managing engaging digital learning experiences through our Learning Management System (LMS). You will be responsible for creating online learning content and the day-to-day administration of the LMS.

About you: 

• Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (administration, user management, content upload) 
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P) and multimedia content creation 
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can API), or other e-learning standards 
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory, and UX principles for digital learning design 
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices 
• Commitment to meaningful anti-discriminatory practice, and equity, diversity and inclusion 
• Demonstrate a commitment to - and understanding of - the values, aims and objectives of Respect
