The role

You will play a key role in ensuring that Camden Learning captures and uses data to drive service development and operate more efficiently. This is a newly created position which will support the implementation and ongoing development of a new CRM system, as well as optimising the other systems and platforms we use. You will support teams and wider stakeholders to get access to the data they need by running reports, undertaking basic data analysis and presenting data in an easy to understand way. Key responsibilities

CRM

• Working alongside our development partner, support the successful implementation of a new CRM system
• Ensure the CRM system continues to meet the organisation’s needs, including setting up and owning the process by which colleagues request changes and new features
• Support colleagues to use the system effectively
• Make changes to the system if required and set up reports requested by colleagues. Liaise with development partner if larger changes or new development is required

Other systems and platforms

• Identify, set up and configure other systems and platforms to meet the organisation’s needs. This will include our training booking platform and HR platform.

Order processes

• Set up and own the processes by which schools place orders for services
• Respond to queries from schools related to subscriptions, orders and pricing
• Work with the Finance Officer to ensure customers are accurately invoiced for services used.

Data reporting, analysis and presentation

• Set up and run regular reports of key information to stakeholders, to include:
  • Camden Learning’s leadership team and board of directors
  • Local authority commissioners
  • Schools
• Undertake regular and adhoc data analysis of data held within our systems, for example training feedback and staff survey
• Present this information in a format suitable for its intended audience

Sutton Night Watch is a registered charity which was set up to support and raise awareness for the homeless people within the London Borough of Sutton and surrounding areas.

Over the past 10 years, with the support of local business, the local community and fundraising efforts, we have been able to grow and expand into our own, permanent base in December 2019.  From here we are able to not only provide the essentials such as food, showers and clothing supplies, but we are able to also offer our service users a range of health services, benefit advice, wellbeing and educational based courses, clothes, washing facilities and most importantly, a place where people are seen, heard and understood. We also support people to find secure accommodation. In the past 3 months we have found homes for 13 people.

Job Purpose:

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization.

Our annual fundraising target is set at c250k (cash income) plus additional targets for in-kind donations, preloved donations and donated services. These support the growth and sustainability of our operations, ensuring we can continue to provide essential items and services to local people experiencing homelessness.

• Experience in the charity sector, ideally in an arts or cultural environment;

This job sits within the Museum’s Development Team, supporting a team of fundraisers to build philanthropic relationships, corporate partnerships and run National Museums Scotland’s Membership programme. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Development and be a senior member of the Development team. The post holder will bring experience and knowledge of best practice across the full Development Operations function, including CRM and supporter insight, prospect research, and financial reconciliation and reporting. They will be excited by the opportunity to embed new ways of working within the Development team and to contribute to National Museums Scotland mission.

As Development Operations & Stewardship Manager at National Museums Scotland you will:

• Ensure that the CRM system(s) support fundraising objectives, processes and reporting requirements, maximising opportunities for actionable insights that enable fundraising growth
• Analyse and use supporter data to advise the department on strategic decisions, as well as preparing financial reports and forecasts

The Account Executive will be responsible for growing a key membership network that works with employers and partner organisations. They will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective members, and deliver engaging pitches that demonstrate the value of the programme.

Working closely with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams, the role will involve:

• Researching and targeting prospective members across a range of sectors
• Developing and delivering high-quality business proposals and presentations
• Building and maintaining relationships to ensure excellent client experience and retention
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistent and compelling communications
• Representing the organisation at networking events and employer forums

This role combines business development with purpose-driven impact — ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understanding client needs, and helping organisations achieve both social and commercial value.

The person

The successful candidate will bring energy, confidence and a consultative approach to relationship building. They will have experience in business development, account management or partnership engagement, ideally within a membership, not-for-profit or corporate environment.

Strong interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results to deadlines. A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in social impact will be key to success in this role.

As a team coach, you will work with between 10-15 students on our innovative Sports Business and Entrepreneurship degree. You will act as a team coach for this team of students on our self-managed programme. The students will run their sessions to develop their business ideas whilst you challenge and support these students to reach their full potential. As a team coach, you will be fully supported in using the course assessment structure to guide these students through their journey. 

Your Main Responsibilities:

• To team coach for a business degree at the undergraduate level, engaging fully and creatively with our team entrepreneurs (students) in this capacity.
• To provide 1-2-1 coaching for our team entrepreneurs on a timely basis, supporting their venture and personal development
• To undertake module leadership on the Sports Business and Entrepreneurship programme, delivering workshops and marking student portfolios/other reflective assessments.
• To engage with local businesses, social enterprises, and communities to build awareness of and involvement in our team entrepreneurship activities.
• To undertake appropriate continuing personal and professional development, including engagement in team coach development programmes.
• To contribute to the timely review of the Sports Business and Entrepreneurship programme, ensuring its development and growth.
• To engage in reflection and coaching supervision as required by the role.

You will have:

• Education to degree level (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience in coaching and/or participatory facilitation.
• A sound understanding of and an ability to work creatively and effectively with teams.
• Commitment to personal and academic development
• An ability to set high personal standards and work calmly and effectively in an environment characterised by a high level of ambiguity and complexity.

It would be desirable to have:

• Relevant professional body memberships.
• Education to a master's level.
• Experience in academic assessment or equivalent.
• Experience with a range of students/participants.

What You’ll Do: 

• Ensure high-quality care in line with our policies and Christian values;
• Lead and manage the care and hospitality teams ensuring they are well-trained and motivated;
• Oversee the development and implementation of care plans
• Responsible for the home’s budget, in conjunction with the Head Office Finance Team. This includes local purchasing etc within budget limits;
• Manage complaints from residents, relatives and staff in accordance with Society policy;
• Engage with local church and community groups to maximise voluntary help and spiritual support available;
• Uphold the Christian ethos of the home through leadership and example. 

What You’ll Bring: 

• Management experience in a residential care home or similar setting; 
• Qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or above); 
• Strong leadership and people management skills; 
• A passion for person-centred care and working with older people;
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities; 
• IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook);
• Ability to manage workload and remain calm under pressure.

Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend, bank holiday, and on-call cover as required.
