The role and your key responsibilities
 

As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.

You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week).
 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

• Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

• Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

• Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

• Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

• Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

• £37,306 per annum pro rata (Grade B), plus commission, car allowance, and a share in a company-wide performance bonus.

Are you an experienced paid digital expert who is also passionate about nature? We're looking for someone to join our membership marketing team and deliver income-generating recruitment campaigns.

You will have proven expertise of managing the delivery of paid search, social and display advertising using a range of targeting techniques including macro demographic and internet-based targeting, as well as micro audience segmentation-based targeting and re targeting techniques. You will manage the media agency at delivery level to ensure this activity is planned and monitored closely and optimised regularly to maximise impact and ROI.

You will also work alongside direct marketing managers to integrate with paid offline and DM/EM campaigns and with the website team to optimise conversion across the join journey.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

• Experience in planning and running effective digital advertising campaigns across PPC, Paid Social and Display
• Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing techniques within the media, targeting and creative areas of the role
• Experience in optimizing landing pages / sign-up journeys to improve the conversion rate/value from paid digital campaigns.
• Expertise in working with tracking, measurement and analytic tools used in paid digital media, including systems and software to support this
• Budget management of significant >£500k annual paid digital media budgets
• A good instinct for messages and creative that will drive conversion and income.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

The Services Lead will lead on the operational delivery of a portfolio of mental health and wellbeing services, and to oversee the recruitment, line management and support of service staff and volunteers. They will ensure that services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard, co-produced with service users and people with lived experience.

The Services Lead will oversee the day-to-day delivery of Derbyshire Mind's mental health and wellbeing services, ensuring efficient systems and processes are in place to meet KPIs and service objectives. They will manage staff and volunteers, allocate caseloads, oversee triage and audits, and monitor waiting lists. Responsibilities include managing service risks, maintaining databases, monitoring data accuracy, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

As we celebrate our 16th Birthday year, We Are Survivors are currently looking for an individual that has the passion, drive and determination to help us deliver our OUT Spoken Talking Therapy Services (prison based).

We Are Survivors provide survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male (including Trans and Non-binary) victims/survivors, and their loved ones, of sexual harms. We have developed a three-tiered approach to services and underpin everything we do with a ‘trauma and recovery’ framework pioneered by Dr Judith Herman.

We are currently commissioned to deliver trauma-informed therapy services in 15 prisons across the Northwest of England and we need your help delivering these services in:

· HMP Haverigg (Part-time – 2 days per week)

Believe you are right for this role?

You will be a qualified counsellor / psychotherapist who holds at least a Diploma in Counselling / Psychotherapy or equivalent and be registered with BACP or equivalent (preferably an accredited member). You will understand issues relating to trauma, be able to work as part of a team and feel confident working in a prison setting.

About the Role

• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs including membership volumes, average donation amounts, Gift Aid uptake, and attrition rates. Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to continuously improve performance.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the daily logistics of your team, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and alignment with RSPB values.
• Travel & Flexibility: Regular travel across the East and South East (and occasionally wider regions) is required. A full UK driving licence is essential. Weekend work will be expected as part of the role.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide operational leadership and oversight of the Carers Manchester Volunteer Programme and support the wider development of the Volunteer Programme at Gaddum. The Volunteer Coordinator will work with Carers Manchester colleagues to ensure volunteers feel equipped and supported to use their skills and lived experience in a range of established volunteer roles.

They will also work with the team to develop and recruit volunteers for new roles that support Carers Manchester to deliver on its aims and objectives. The role will involve maintaining close working relationships with our Central Team, Health & Safety systems, and compliance responsibilities. 

All staff are expected to work within all Gaddum policies and procedures. This role is subject to a basic DBS check.

Disability Sheffield is currently reviewing how we deliver our Community Advocacy work to ensure it is joined-up, fully user-led, representative, accessible and accountable to the community; and ultimately delivers positive change on behalf of our community. To do this effectively we are recruiting a new, senior post that oversees all of Disability Sheffield’s Community Advocacy work on a day-day basis to ensure that our work is as high-quality, consistent and impactful as possible.

This role will directly oversee both the established Sheffield Voices project and the pan-disability / non-LD community advocacy work. It will be a key role in Disability Sheffield’s newly formed senior management team (SMT) and will be the recognised deputy for the CEO in their absence. Some of this is still a work in progress, so initially the role will be about ensuring Sheffield Voices continues to deliver high quality, impactful work whilst starting to develop a more coordinated, effective and visible approach to our pan-disability / non-Learning Disabilities and Autism work.

The role is full time, with one or two days per month based from our National Ministry Centre in Coventry.

The role will involve working some Sundays, when church opportunities occur.
