The Senior Licensing Officer (SLO) will support the Licensing Manager with ensuring charity and network contract compliance, which includes policy management, contract updates, supporting procedures and IT infrastructure, and associated reporting.

The SLO will manage and deliver complex and significant projects to manage risk and ensure adherence and compliance. They will also maintain project deliverables once adopted into business as usual and provide contract and policy support to staff at all levels within the charity.

We are looking for:

• Strong knowledge in policy and/or contract management
• strong knowledgeof end-to-end project management, from development through implementation to evaluation, including project planning, risk management, governance, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at every level internally and externally.

About the role 

Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation. 

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests. 

With significant stakeholder engagement, they will help to develop a staff training programme for all countries and deliver both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades. 

Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests. 

The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives. 

Who we are looking for

Role purpose

As an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong development and project delivery skills, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining, improving, and scaling our Salesforce platform to support service delivery, reporting, and insight. Legacy Officer (Maternity Cover)

 

Role Summary:

As part of the Major Gifts and Planned Giving team, this role is responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 80 legacy estates, including pecuniary, specific, residuary and life interest estates. The Legacy Officer will also assist the team with legacy enquiries and pledges, supporting donors on their legacy journey, as well as managing PETA’s free will services.

• Ensure that gifts in wills to PETA are handled appropriately, sensitively and efficiently, maximising legacy income to support PETA’s mission to protect animals.
• Effectively communicate PETA’s mission to potential legacy supporters, and deal with enquiries from supporters in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Augustus Club

• Administer legacies in a professional and approachable manner, to include correspondence with solicitors and other interested parties
• Maintain departmental information, files, and records related to legacy estates
• Act as the point of contact and grow and mature relationships with stakeholders and external groups in order to attain information needed to carry out the role
• Work with various stakeholders on contested legacies, collaborating with other charities where needed
• Be able to communicate to supporters how important and desirable legacies are to PETA
• Respond to enquiries and requests for assistance from Augustus Club members and planned-giving prospects
• Document pertinent information about planned-giving members for the purpose of enhancing and building relationships
• Remain current on estate-planning practices as well as fundraising techniques and methods used in the non-profit sector, attending professional training seminars as needed
• Keep up to date on probate and tax laws, informing the team of any changes

Other

The Role
Support a broad range of fundraising efforts across high value, individuals and special events.

Cultivate and recruit new and existing supporters, donors and fundraisers to actively engage in the fundraising and events activities.

Work effectively with teams to support on events including MP visits, partner events, media visits.

Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager in providing excellent stewardship and account management to existing partners.

The Candidate
Fundraising experience in any high value stream or individual giving / appeals capacity with the ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of people.

Experience of developing business plans and budgets, producing reports on progress and against objectives and financial targets.

Excellent written and communication skills.

About the Role

By working with key players in the youth homelessness landscape, like-minded organisations, and embedding the voices and experiences of young people in this work, you will help maximise social impact and deliver £150m in social value by March 2029. 

You will ensure the charity is the best possible grant funder in the field, thoughtful, diligent, transparent and efficient, as it works with the very best charities across the country deliver vital support to young people facing homelessness.

You will be in charge of grant programme design, development, and delivery in line with the new strategy.  You will have the opportunity to work on new programmes and ideas, and to gather data and insight from this vital work (and other sources) that will help both future grant-making and our influencing work nationally.

Whilst grant-making experience would be helpful, what truly matters is your ability to strategically lead and drive projects that deliver impact. You’ll be at the forefront of developing and delivering new programmes, ensuring they align with key targets while bringing innovative ideas to life.

This role is not just about achieving KPIs, it’s about leading teams to achieve results. You will have experience of delivering presentations, developing ideas and projects collaboratively, and using data-driven insights to shape future projects and influence decision-making at a regional or national level. Strong project management, monitoring, and evaluation skills are key in this role, as are those of team- and partnership- working.

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to refugees in the UK.

STEP provides a bespoke employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that refugees face when preparing for, and ultimately finding work in the UK.   We now have an exciting opportunity for a female Employment Advisor with fluency in Dari/Farsi to work with predominantly women clients providing remote employment support to STEP clients across the UK.

You will prepare clients for competitive employment and help them to achieve their chosen training and employment objectives.
