Your role

To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
• Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.
• Develop and enhance relationships with existing trusts, delivering first-class stewardship, making appropriate and timely applications to secure agreed annual budget and ensuring that all reporting is completed in line with guidelines.
• Focus on new business and lead on creative, inspiring and professional proposals to trust and statutory funders that operate within the charity’s values and ethical policy.
• Manage, support and mentor the Trusts Fundraiser to secure funds from trusts and statutory sources of income. To lead any further expansion of the trust team in the future if the opportunity arises.
• Implement the systems, tools and procedures to proactively identify new funders that align with SeeAbility’s strategy and ethical policy.
• Work across the organisation to generate new and innovative ways to package up SeeAbility’s work to secure funding.
• To be responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting on income and expenditure budgets and key performance indicators
• To be responsible for developing and delivering the annual work plan for trusts fundraising
• Engage staff across the organisation in trust fundraising to support proposal development, reporting and stewardship and to grow the fundraising culture.
• Ensure all trust records are kept up-do-date on the database.
• Work closely with fundraising colleagues to cultivate a supportive and collaborative fundraising team.

Main Purpose

The Royal College of Pathologists is seeking a ServiceDesk Manager to lead the IT ServiceDesk and operational management of the IT function. The post holder will have a proven track record of leading a team of ServiceDesk Analyst to provide support for the College's IT and AV technology transformation. The role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day support of the IT and AV services across the RCPath. Reporting to the Head of IT, the ServiceDesk Manager is a highly visible and leading role within the IT Team and will work closely with all departments and the Senior Management Team. The following are some of the key requirements for the role:

• To lead the support of college-wide data and business applications. This includes Microsoft 365, Open Engage (and the new Dynamics 365 replacement) and associated interfaces to the College websites, LEPT (Learning Environment for Pathology Trainees) and other business application services.
• To ensure that the IT supporting services (IT & Audio Visual) are operational on a 24x7, 365-day basis.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Support and Governance, the role works alongside the Fundraising Supporter Services and Standards Manager, Retail Operations Manager and Retail Support & Projects Manager. The role will work closely with key stakeholders across Sue Ryder predominantly to focus on fundraising operational compliance and provide leadership and assurance guidance for Retail and other commercial operations that Sue Ryder develop in the future.

You will have

• Expert knowledge of the CAP code, General Data Protection Regulation, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), Code of Fundraising Practice and other charity requirements set by the ICO, the Fundraising Regulator, Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Code of Practice and HMRC Gift Aid Standards.

• Proven experience of creating and reviewing policies and guidance in a fundraising or retail environment.

• Experienced in implementing reporting mechanisms (SLA/KPIs) using multiple data sources and systems and internal and external audit processes and risk management.

• Understand and have experience of project management processes.

Annual leave: 27 days FTE per annum plus Bank holidays (22 days FTE per annum under the Four Day Week) 

Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Training will be provided and you will be expected to continue to refresh your training and to keep up use of the efficiency tools. Annual leave is also pro rata’d. Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description

The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. • Conducting lead generation and lead nurturing activities, including representing Waterwise at events and conferences, reaching out to potential new partners by email, phone or social media, and conducting introductory meetings with potential sponsors, members and partners

The Role: Family Services Manager

As our Family Services Manager, you will provide operational and strategic oversight of all service delivery at Home-Start Lambeth. You will be instrumental in ensuring our services deliver real value to the families we support.

As the Service Manager for our night shelter service, you’ll be at the heart of Glass Door’s mission, delivering the largest network of night shelters in the UK.  This pivotal role offers you the chance to make a real difference by managing a dedicated team across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, consistent service that supports our guests to build a route out of homelessness.  We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive leader with a passion for problem-solving and a compassionate service delivery.

What you will do as part of our team

The Service Manager is responsible for the following:

Service delivery 

· Lead all aspects of the planning, preparation, and delivery of the night shelter service. 

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, directly engaging with staff and guests to ensure high-quality service delivery. 

· Ensure operational policies are consistently followed, providing guests with a reliable and uniform service experience. 

· Manage the rota across three night shelters to maintain adequate staffing at all times. 

· Manage a fleet of three vehicles used for the night shelters, ensuring their availability and maintenance. 

· Ensure all staff are fully aware of service provisions, requirements, and expectations. 

· Lead the continuous improvement of the shelter service to better meet guest needs. 

· Ensure due diligence is performed, and that reporting and records are accurately maintained. 

· Collaborate with the Head of Operations & Service Development to keep expenditures and income within agreed budget limits. 

· Liaise with casework colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration between night shelter and casework staff.

· Play a lead role in the annual planning of the night shelter service and contribute to the annual services business plan. 

· Drive the achievement of organisational targets and objectives as outlined in Glass Door’s business plan.
