We are seeking a highly capable Infrastructure Engineer to join us at the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR).

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be at the centre of our technology operations joining our high-performing IT team. Working closely with the Infrastructure & Security Manager you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining the College's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing network systems, servers, storage devices, and other related hardware, software, and cloud platforms.  Furthermore, you will serve as an escalation point for the ServiceDesk team and support the Infrastructure and Security Manager in implementing and managing security protocols to protect company data and systems from potential threats.

In addition, you'll provide vital support for examination systems, ensuring all IT equipment and software are set up and functioning perfectly. Your general IT support will be invaluable as you resolve user IT problems, assist in delivering technology projects, and collaborate with third-party service providers to keep our systems running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

• Infrastructure Management: Support the design, implementation, and operation of technology systems, including cloud services, hosting, on-premises network, and server infrastructure.
• System Stability: Ensure the stability and performance of our technology infrastructure while minimizing downtime and disruption.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, and respond to escalations via the IT Service Desk.
• Cyber Security: Assist in monitoring network and system activity, investigating security incidents, and implementing security measures.
• Examinations Support: Provide technical support for examination systems and equipment setup.
• General IT Support: Resolve user IT problems, assist in delivering technology projects, and support third-party service providers.

What you’ll need:

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Windows Server, Intune, and network infrastructure devices.

About the role

The Data Analyst works within the Data Team, using and transforming data from multiple sources to produce high quality, digestible reports, dashboards, and bespoke pieces of analysis for our fundraising and alumni colleagues.  You will also lead on any benchmarking projects, both the submission of data and the interpretation and presentation of their findings.  Being a clear communicator of often complex information, you will deliver insight into the performance of our various fundraising and engagement programmes, giving colleagues the information they need to continually innovate and improve.

In addition, you will have a raft of technical skills and approaches that will enable you to efficiently transform source data from multiple data sources ready for import into our Dynamics CRM system.

You will be keen to learn and develop, embracing new technologies and ways of working, and will work with the Data Team and others across the department to improve the quality of the underlying data we all rely on.  You will also work closely with others in the team, IT colleagues and other users across the organisation to shape future CRM features.

You will be required to liaise and work collaboratively with other teams on new fundraising projects and initiatives, thereby ensuring a joined-up approach, that future reporting requirements can be met, with learning shared and insight retained.  You will often need to manage multiple requests and prioritise your workload, albeit we have adopted an Agile approach to development. 

This is a full time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

Essential criteria

1. Knowledge of data insight, analysis and reporting techniques
2. Significant experience of working with a fundraising or marketing CRM in a technical, database management or report writing capacity
3. Strong SQL skills
4. Experience of building reports and dashboards using Power BI or other data visualization tools

Vision of adventure, a small outdoor charity based in the Lake District , is seeking an experienced fundraiser to join our team. We specialise in working with people with visual impairments facilitating outdoor adventures, social connection and access to specialist coaching. To achieve this the organisation partners visually impaired individuals with sighted guides for residential weekends focusing on: long walks, canoeing, climbing, tandem biking, and more. The team comprises five part-time workers, numerous volunteers, and the board of trustees. We all work remotely, use each others first names, and have flexible scheduling.

The role of a fundraiser is paramount to our continued sustainability. You will be solely responsible for our fundraising initiatives. The charity has a commendable track record of raising funds, and you will be expected to surpass these targets as a professional fundraiser. An engagement officer will support your role by gathering feedback and preparing draft funder impact reports.

You will have extensive demonstrable fundraising experience. You will be personable, be an excellent communicator , make appropriate use of information communication technology, and capable of managing your own time and workload.

• Manage and curate content for GRP website, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date and maximising opportunities to attract new donors and supporters.
• Coordinate with GRP’s third-party web developer on website maintenance and regularly re-evaluate site structure/functions to maximise its efficacy and usability.

Event planning (30% of work)

• Lead coordinator for in-person and virtual events, in line with events strategy devised by Strategic Relationships Manager.

Research (20% of work)

As a Face-to-Face Fundraising Area Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of membership fundraisers based primarily in Essex and North London, with coverage across this vibrant area. Your leadership will play a crucial role in meeting ambitious fundraising targets while upholding the highest standards in ethical fundraising.

This is a hands-on role-supporting, coaching, and motivating your team while also fundraising alongside them to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Fundraisers. Foster a positive team culture and lead by example to achieve fundraising targets.
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs including membership volumes, average donation amounts, Gift Aid uptake, and attrition rates. Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to continuously improve performance.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the daily logistics of your team, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and alignment with RSPB values.
• Travel & Flexibility: Regular travel across the East and South East (and occasionally wider regions) is required. A full UK driving licence is essential. Weekend work will be expected as part of the role.

About the role

This role will support Kinship to operate as an effective charity by ensuring effective day-to-day operations and seamless delivery of the People function at the charity.

Essential criteria includes:

As Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will manage a high-performing team of four staff: Database & Donor Manager, Communications & Engagement Manager. Community & Events Officer and the International Development Manager. Your key priority is to raise the income required as per the agreed annual income budgets for the organisation, managing all relevant income streams that include Trusts & Foundations, Events & Community, Corporate, Statutory, International and Individual Giving.
