The People Insights Analyst plays a critical supporting role in the development and delivery of organisational workforce reporting.
Reporting to the Senior People Insights Manager, this role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and presenting data to inform decision making and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Role Requirements
- Contribute to workforce planning and people analytics projects by managing and analysing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Undertake data cleaning and auditing to ensure accuracy of analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders, using tools such as excel, crystal reporting and Power BI.
- Ability to analyse internal and external benchmarking data to provide insights and recommendations on pay and benefits structures.
- Collaborate with the Senior People Insights Manager to ensure reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Support the delivery and implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Maintain and enhance HR data accuracy, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection principles and wider regulatory obligations.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation, analysis, and coordination.
- Monitor market trends and legislative changes affecting compensation and benefits.
- Support ongoing development of the SelectHR system, to drive process efficiencies and data accuracy.
- Support the system superusers across the People Team to maintain the day-to-day management of the business systems and the data held within them.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
- Streamline processes through the adoption of digital solutions.
- Where possible implement AI technologies to automate routine tasks, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Digitise documentation processes where feasible.

About you

Ideally, you'll bring experience in an in-house legal role (including in a charity context) with some experience of working in international contexts.
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Senior experience in a challenging role, including managing a team and working with senior executives and trustees.
• Good understanding of the context in which Save the Children works. Experience and understanding of human rights law, child-rights based law and/or laws relating to sexual offences is desirable but not essential.

Our members are looking for an enthusiastic indovidual to join our Network Hope Activities team as staff cover for 9 months.
You will work under the direction of the Project Manager and alongside, tutors to deliver activities, support networks, health and wellbeing and training support to beneficiaries and to recruit, train and support a network of volunteers to facilitate the support groups.
The role will involve collaboration with other local businesses and third sector organisations to deliver the activities. This Project’s aim is to support vulnerable disabled people (including those with learning disabilities, autism and those affected by mental health issues and their families) through consistent provision of health and wellbeing activities, pathways into employment training, sport and social activities, advice, signposting and peer support based both at our Resource Centre in W10 and out in the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supporting Tutors, volunteers, senior staff and beneficiaries
Utilising EPM’s resources to lead in locally sourcing beneficiaries and volunteers from the local community. Liaise with the NHS and Social Services, partner providers and schools, colleges, community centres, voluntary organisations and referral agencies.
· Facilitate and support local support groups,
· Plan, arrange and run a variety of activities and training programmes.
· Recruit and support a network of volunteers to co-facilitate support groups and activities
· Under the direction of The Project Manager conduct home visits to assess the needs of the families and inform them of support available through Network Hope.
· Arrange the selection and delivery of healthy food and drinks and running the catering and gardening training groups.
· Work with sports and fitness tutors to ensure all equipment used in sports/fitness sessions are secure and meet health and safety standards.
· Coordinate and oversee respite and peer group support to the families.
· Develop, monitor, update and review individual action plans for all beneficiaries.
· Conduct evaluation reports (including case studies) and work with senior management to collate the information.
· Assist senior management in leading advisory group meetings and lead/facilitate local support group meetings.

Purpose of the job
This role is responsible for the design of UK Youth’s support to young people, youth organisations and youth workers. This could include structured youth work programmes, funding and grants+ programmes, professional development programmes, and campaigns.
You will lead and oversee end-to-end design processes, ensuring that UK Youth develops fully packaged offers that respond to the evidence base and people’s needs, drive forward our strategy and achieve incredible impact. You will work across UK Youth teams, with external design partners, and meaningfully involving young people and the professionals who support them in the design process.
You will be experienced in developing high quality funding propositions (proactively and in response to new business opportunities). You will be confident in taking a human-centred design approach to tackle some of the youth sector’s knottiest problems. You will design solutions to important problems, ensuring that they are feasible, equitable, impactful and scalable.
In 2026, our priority topics for youth work programmes and network development are: mental health and wellbeing, employability, social cohesion and community safety.
As a leader, you will work closely with research, evaluation, policy, service delivery, network development, and fundraising teams. Our policy officer will play a key role in building on our research and practice insights to make the arguments for evidence-based policy in the UK’s justice systems, with a focus on building links in Westminster and Whitehall. You will work across our portfolio of work on issues such as:

As the cycle progresses, you will be responsible for outreach and renewals, onboarding, benefit delivery, and ongoing relationship management.

The Role
BASIC is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead our finance function during a period of sustained growth. The Financial Controller will work across Programme teams ensuring strong financial management and reporting to funding partners, maintain strong financial controls, ensure compliance with charity finance regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting to our Directors and Board of Trustees.
The Financial Controller will oversee the small finance team, including line management of a Finance Assistant and management of an external bookkeeper consultant. This team will be responsible for the majority of financial accounting, processing payroll, and accurate bookkeeping, for which the Financial Controller will be ultimately accountable.
The role includes managing restricted and unrestricted funds in accordance with funder requirements and programme needs, preparing statutory accounts for external audit, and overseeing payroll processing. This role reports directly to the Executive Director to prepare annual budgets and financial strategy, and works closely with the Board's Financial Development Committee to present its implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills, experience in charity finance, and a proven track record of effective financial management of a growing organisation. You should be comfortable both managing a small team and working hands-on when needed, building collaborative relationships across the organisation.
