Job title: Director of Development: Principal Gifts and Global
Salary: circa £140,000 to £160,000
Location: Hybrid/South Kensington and White City (with travel to other Imperial campuses/meetings as required)

One of the most exciting leadership positions in the sector, the newly created role of Director of Development: Principal & Global, will be pivotal in helping Imperial scale its ambition and impact, at a moment of extraordinary momentum.

The Director of Development: Principal Gifts and Global sits at the heart of Imperial’s future. Reporting to the Vice President (Advancement), and sitting on their senior leadership team, the Director will steer high-level philanthropic engagement worldwide. Working closely with senior academic leaders and institutional stakeholders, you will lead a team that delivers gifts that are truly transformational. You will build and deepen relationships with some of the most influential philanthropists globally and help to shape and drive Imperial’s next campaign.
With a track record of securing principal gifts and success in managing complex relationships, you will thrive in a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will be a values-driven strategic leader, energised by challenge, motivated by impact, and eager to inspire teams and donors alike.

Oxford is excited to invite applications for a newly created role that will lead fundraising for its School of Geography and the Environment (SoGE). The Head of Development will be a key member of the Social Sciences Development team within Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE), who will work closely with SoGE and DAE leadership to establish a small Geography team, and to develop a fundraising strategy that serves the School’s goals and grows its philanthropic support.
SoGE is one of the foremost geography and environment university departments in the world, internationally recognised for the quality of its research and teaching. Geography at the University of Oxford is a large, vibrant and intellectually diverse community comprising the core academic department of the School of Geography and the Environment, its three research centres: the Environmental Change Institute (ECI), the Transport Studies Unit (TSU) and the Smith School of Enterprise and Environment (SSEE) and several geographers based elsewhere in the wider university.
This is a special opportunity to work collaboratively with academic colleagues who craft robust, imaginative and forward-looking answers to pressing questions about the environment, technology, geopolitics and socio-economic change.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced major gifts fundraiser who is looking to grow their career in Higher Education through a senior role combining significant fundraising with management of a small team. You will be a collaborative fundraiser with expertise in major gifts and a strong track record of securing complex philanthropic support. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will be a strategic thinker and a skilled operator—communicative, adaptable, and adept at building strong, lasting relationships. Your ability to establish credibility and foster trust across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success, as will be a knowledge of and passion for issues relating to the School’s work, and that of the Social Sciences more broadly. Experience in Higher Education or the charitable sector, as well as of managing staff, is desirable. Above all, you will share Oxford’s mission and be driven to create meaningful impact through strategic philanthropic partnerships.

Creative Health Service Delivery Manager
Hours of Work: Part-Time - 21 hours per week (Tues to Thurs, 9am–4.30pm, with some evening and weekend working required with time off in lieu).

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Creative Health Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of our flagship creative health services. You will take full responsibility for meeting NHS contractual requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring services run smoothly, achieve outstanding outcomes and remain a trusted part of the healthcare pathway.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary delivery team, providing supervision, support and performance management
- Ensure accurate data, documentation and outcomes are maintained in line with Commissioner and organisational standards
- Drive quality assurance, ensuring learning is shared and improvements are embedded in practice
- Champion the delivery of high-quality programmes that support improved mental health and wellbeing
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant experience managing service delivery in a health, wellbeing or voluntary sector environment
- A track record of meeting contractual KPIs in a Commissioner-led setting
- Strong line management experience, including leading multidisciplinary teams
- Experience delivering or overseeing creative programmes that promote wellbeing
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
