About the role

As a Senior CRM and Data Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting staff across NCVO in making the most of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Acting as the go-to expert, you’ll provide guidance, training, and technical support to ensure the CRM is used confidently and effectively across the organisation. Your work will help maintain the quality and integrity of our data through regular imports, cleansing, and quality checks, ensuring compliance with data protection standards. You will also be instrumental in driving the adoption of best practices, empowering colleagues with the tools and knowledge to use data efficiently and responsibly.

You’ll also take the lead on developing and managing our Power BI reporting suite, creating impactful dashboards and visualisations that support data-driven decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate complex needs into clear, accessible insights, drawing from data across Microsoft Dynamics and other integrated systems. Your role will include supporting ongoing CRM development projects, maintaining system integrations—particularly with Business Central—and contributing to a smooth rollout of new features. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and enabling others through data and technology.

ECHO supports children and young people with heart conditions and their families, who have been treated within the Guy's and St Thomas' NHS network of 47 hospitals. Congenital heart disease is the most common birth defect and affects just under 1 in every 100 babies born throughout the UK.

ECHO helps from diagnosis, which is often during pregnancy, throughout any treatment and care pathway or bereavement. Families are supported at every stage of their heart child’s journey throughout childhood, teenage years and during the transition to adult services.

Responsibilities

The Brompton Fountain is the children’s charity at Royal Brompton Hospital - a world leading specialist centre for complex heart and lung disease. We work in partnership with the teams on the wards, paediatric intensive care unit (PICU) and in outpatient clinics. Our charity provides support and resources for patients, families and staff, as well as funding lifesaving medical equipment, accommodation - so that parents can stay close to their child during an admission, toys and entertainment for the playroom and improvements to the facilities to create the best possible environment for families to promote their wellbeing during what can often be a very challenging time. In collaboration with the hospital trust and the NHS we also fund research projects and develop new initiatives for babies, children and young people with heart and lung conditions.

Main Duties and Responsilbilties 

Community and Events Fundraising

• Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising events, including challenge events and community initiatives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for community and events fundraisers, delivering outstanding stewardship ensuring they receive the information and support needed to maximise their fundraising potential while maintaining the highest standards of stewardship and being respectful of potential sensitivities particularly when working with families who are fundraising in memory.

• Provide timely and effective follow-up communications with supporters, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

• Maintain our CRM database ensuring accurate records to track communications, income, and supporter preferences, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection laws. 

Administrative and Financial Support

• Process cash and cheque donations, Gift Aid and matched funding claims, ensuring this income is processed and recorded accurately on our database.

• Manage the distribution of supporter resources, conduct stock checks for fundraising materials and ensure an organised work environment for all fundraising assets.

• Overseeing our online shop.

Marketing and Communication

• Create engaging materials (posters, leaflets, stories etc), social media content and e-newsletters to inspire participation in fundraising activities.

• Produce impact reports and collate information for the HOF to support fundraising initiatives and grant applications.

• Ensure fundraising and associated webpages are kept up to date. Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with the wider team (when required) to support in-hospital and community events as well as assisting with tasks as needed to ensure smooth charity operations.

Additional Information

Salary is £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE). The role covers 37.5 hours per week. Two days per week working in our charity office at Royal Brompton Hospital - London, and the remaining hours to be worked remotely. Occasional evening and weekend work subject to our events calendar. Salary band: £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key leadership role within a dynamic growing charity transforming young people’s lives in London.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to join our Senior Leadership team as Chief Operating Officer / Head of Central Resources. This is a key role managing and continuously improving our central operations, enabling the Trust to maximise our impact. Genuine passion for social mobility and creating opportunities for young people is essential as well as a high level of personal responsibility and ambition to drive the Trust’s long-term success.

Construction Youth Trust is an ambitious, impact-led charity whose mission is to inspire and enable young people to overcome barriers and achieve their full career potential. Scope of role

We recognise the scope of this role is wide and we are open to working with the successful candidate to flex the span of their initial responsibilities dependent on their individual strengths. While we are ideally seeking an experienced Senior Leader who can deputise for our CEO and oversee daily operations as Chief Operating Officer, we have deliberately set the Job Specification requirements broad. We are open to considering outstanding candidates with ‘potential’ and investing in their growth and development, so long as they demonstrate motivation and willingness to learn as a charity leader.

The final Job Description and Job Title will be agreed with the successful candidate. We have included a wide salary range to reflect this flexibility, and the salary offered to the successful candidate will be dependent on experience and level of responsibility.

GIS Manager 

UK-wide 

£41,738 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)

 Full Time 37.5 hours per week – happy to talk flexible working 

 Base: Hybrid working with commutable distance to any one of the hubs 

About the role

As the GIS Manager, you will lead the strategic use of GIS at Sustrans, embedding spatial tools and data across the organisation. You’ll manage a small team of talented GIS Officers, support projects, and drive the development of our ArcGIS and FME architecture. By delivering training and promoting best practice, you’ll build internal capability and expand the effective use of GIS. 

You’ll oversee the administration of our GIS systems, ensuring strong data governance and continual improvement. Acting as a champion for spatial data, you’ll enable effective analysis to support business needs and help shape evidence-based decision making across Sustrans. 

We offer true hybrid working, a flexible mix of working from home and occasional travel to a nearby office hub. 

About you

You will have extensive hands-on experience with ArcGIS and workflow automation tools, with a deep understanding of GIS data management and national spatial datasets.

 As a confident communicator with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, you will be experienced working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ideally with practice in line management and team building.

We ask you demonstrate your ability to implement new approaches to GIS data management and processing and to be able to provide technical oversight and support to the work of specialist GIS Officers.

The Head of Commercial & Visitor Experience role offers the opportunity to join a young and growing registered charity at an exciting point in its evolution, and to help lead on establishing Crystal Palace Park as an exemplar in urban park management, community-led regeneration and cultural and heritage programming whilst restoring its position as one of the UK’s leading visitor attractions.

We are looking for an experienced commercial and visitor experience professional to join our friendly team in the new post of Head of Commercial and Visitor Experience, reporting into our trading board, Crystal Palace Park Events Ltd (CPPEL), and line managed by the Director of Park Management.

Responsible for achieving ambitious income targets, you will lead the  management, development and growth of key revenue generating activities including concessions, leases, retail, licensing, catering, markets and car parking activity (and excluding events and venue hire). Alongside this you will oversee the smooth running of the park as a visitor attraction, ensuring an excellent visitor experience and an accessible, warm welcome to all. 

You will be a creative and entrepreneurial team player with experience working in a visitor attraction, cultural, heritage or park setting and a proven track record in business development and income generation.

Training and Consultancy Manager

Salary: £38,655-£41,841 (£43,091-£46,643 London)
