Job description

We are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner, for an immediate start, for a non- profit organisation in South East London. Presence onsite ideally 4 days a week will be required initially ideally with some flexibility to work from home 2 days a week once established in role.

  • Supporting the Head of HR - on general HR and improving organisation wide engagement.
  • Employee Relations - case management both informal and formal, grievances and absences.
  • Improving general compliance, audit of data to determine improvements required.
  • Implementation of strong operational processes - improved workflows for HR team.
  • Updating of policies and procedures - complete review and update.

This role will a daily rate through umbrella company, please get in touch if you can commute daily to SE London 4 days a week.
