Working with the transformation team to build customer journeys in our new MarTech platform, Adobe, supporting building a bank of digital collateral, migrating existing communications into the new platform and ensuring all marketing activities conform to BHF brand.

Collaborating with internal teams to make the most efficient use of current customer data and how to use it to personalise within communications journeys. Whilst supporting on building audience segments and business rules for customer engagement.

Reporting on performance of communications and translating this information for wider stakeholders, utilising tools to understand conversions and customer behaviours to inform a marketing automation strategy to be shared with digital and other fundraising colleagues.

About you

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Strong understanding of omnichannel principles, alongside data segmentation and personalisation in digital communications
• Experience of integrated marketing automation platforms such as Adobe (desirable), dotdigital, Salesforce or Hubspot
• Proven ability to develop impactful creative and copy and experience designing, developing and delivering automated personalised customer journeys
• Experience of working with large data sets and utilising to improve customers lifetime value
• Skills in analytics and data visualisation tools
• Experience of project management and effectively using tools to support this such as Jira

Working arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

THE ROLE

The full-time Creative Communications and Events Officer works within the Communications team to help inform the public about antisemitism using a variety of media.

You will be joining our small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial staff team based at our office in central London.

What the job involves

We’re on the lookout for a Direct Marketing Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on acquiring new cash and regular givers across a range of channels including direct dialogue, direct mail, digital and telephone, helping fund research that will save and improve lives.

In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising strategy and continue investment in Acquisition. We’re looking for an experienced, strategic marketing leader to join UCB as our new Head of Marketing. This is a senior role, leading a talented and enthusiastic team responsible for all of UCB’s marketing and promotional output – across print, digital, broadcast and social media.

You’ll bring a sharp eye for digital trends, be confident in overseeing website development, print and digital communications and have a track record of delivering strong, multi-channel campaigns. As the Marketing Manager you will lead this charity’s individual donor engagement, acquisition, and retention, aligning with fundraising targets. This role is ideal for an experienced Marketing Manager who resonates with their mission. The role focuses on developing digital marketing and donor management systems, providing strategic oversight of external communications.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing: Develop and implement a ‘test and learn’ digital marketing strategy targeting individual donors. Manage the CRM system for tracking and profiling supporters. Lead digital marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Wider Marketing: Support broader marketing campaigns, establish media relationships, and promote digital and in-person events. Collaborate across teams to align digital marketing initiatives with organisational goals.
• Donor Engagement: Enhance donor engagement strategies to maximise retention and growth. Develop personalised communication plans and follow-up procedures.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in digital marketing and fundraising.
• Planning, organisational, and people skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing (Mailchimp), social media management, and data compliance (GDPR).
• Ability to craft emotionally resonant messaging and manage content calendars.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive marketing decisions.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
