About the team:
Kinship is in the third year of delivering the first national peer support service for kinship carers in England. We have created 145 peer support groups and supported and trained kinship carers to create and lead their groups in a way which meets their needs.
With a new contract from the Department for Education, we’re now entering a new phase of our service with a focus on:

creating 90 new sustainable peer support groups in areas of most need over 21 months;

sustaining and developing the current 145 existing groups; and
-
providing support and help to build a sustainable and welcoming community for all peer support groups across England.
This role will coordinate the ‘hub’ resources and content with a focus on supporting sustainability and building resilience of peer support groups and their leaders. Specifically, this role will manage an ‘online hub’ for support group leaders and provide an excellent ‘customer experience’ for all support group leaders. You will support the hub innovation.
Together with the Peer Support Hub Lead you’ll take a human centred approach to working with group leaders to develop a central hub of accessible and useful resources and activities (for in person and online). You’ll build good relationships with support group leaders, building in their insight to develop resources and activities that will support them in their role.
You’ll help kinship carers to sustain their groups, working with colleagues across Kinship to promote consistent access to services and activities (training, programmes, information, advice and campaigns), ensuring a joined-up user experience.
About the role:
The role of the Peer Hub Coordinator will provide operational delivery of the Peer Support Hub. With excellent marketing, communication and digital skills this role will work with the Peer Support Hub Lead to develop an ‘in person’ and online peer support community.
In this context, your role supports the centralised ‘hub’ of the service, delivering an exciting programme of training, speakers, toolkits and resources to help peer support group leaders develop, build and sustain their group well. This will be building on and innovating the current Support Group Network.
Your role will support group leaders to feel connected and supported, learn from each other and build a powerful and resilient peer community.

Roll out mechanisms and tools to support groups to remain sustainable including but not limited to; informal buddy matches, online hub for support group leaders, monthly e-news, monthly speakers, themed specialist training (like setting up a safe Facebook group / promoting your group) and celebration events.

Facilitation of regional network meetings.

This is what the role might entail
Working alongside CRIN’s Creative Directors and communications team, you will:

Write engaging and accessible copy for CRIN’s channels (website, social and digital platforms)

Manage the communications campaigns and digital strategies for CRIN’s projects, events and activities;

Manage content for our digital platforms in a variety of formats (illustrations, videos, audio and written pieces);

Develop a new social media strategy and manage our social media channels

Implement a shift in approach to CRIN’s Instagram, fully weaving it into how we communicate about our work and with our audience — beyond stats and followers — to build a community where there is mutual learning;

Coordinate tasks for our Digital Designer and Graphic Designer as required;

About this role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic fundraising professional, with a proven track record of income generation and a strong ability to develop impactful relationships with the skills to bring aligned individuals and organisations into our long-term EduSpots community. Position Summary/ Objective
A new role within our European region, the Paid Social Media Specialist will be working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Lead (UK) to deliver world-class paid media campaigns on multiple digital platforms in multiple countries.
This role will work across IFAW’s four fundraising markets in Europe: France, Germany, Netherlands and the UK to grow our paid media revenue. The role will focus on Social and Search advertising but also to experiment with new emerging platforms.
Directly reporting to the Senior Digital Marking Lead in the UK this role will coordinate and plan new paid social campaigns and content, working closely with the Digital Leads, and the Senior Fundraising and Marketing Manager, to roll these out across our markets. You will work across a variety of channels such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Bing, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Spotify and more.
Role and Responsibilities
Working with the Digital Marketing Lead in each country (France, Germany, Netherlands and UK), the role will:
· Coordinate, develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns from conception to launch and completion across EU fundraising markets.
· Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media to support each market.
· Work closely with Digital Marketing Leads to agree on campaigns, budget allocation and spend, ad grouping and audience targeting.
· Support and contribute to the creative process of building advertising campaigns. Including video creation specifically for advertising.
· Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, and suggest landing pages optimization
· Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
· Working cross-departmentally, specifically with the Content team.
· Identify and suggest new emerging platforms and avenues for digital outreach
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· 5 + years’ experience with digital paid media, specifically with Meta and Google advertising.
· Excellent understanding of creating and implementing paid media campaigns with prior campaign examples (across multiple countries/markets a plus).
· Ideally completed advertising certifications (for example, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, Google Analytics
· Extensive experience in creating digital ad assets and copy, including video.
· Video creation skills specifically for advertising, experience working with Adobe Creative Suite tools
· Fluency in working with analytics platforms, for example Looker Studio
· Goal driven, extremely analytical, with the ability to make data-based decisions and conclusions
· Excellent communication skills to present the results of campaign performance verbally, as well as provide clear and concise reports.
· Fluent English (spoken French, German or Dutch is a plus).

About the role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager role is responsible for delivery across the breadth of the partnerships pipeline. This role sits within our Philanthropy and Partnerships team of five, who focus on income generation through grants, philanthropy, corporate partnerships and individual giving and fundraising. Main responsibilities:
Fundraising
