Headway is seeking a new Justice Programme Manager who will expand the current services to have a greater impact on police and probation services, improving knowledge and understanding and the support offenders with brain injuries receive.
We want someone who can both oversee the existing projects, such as our brain injury ID cards, whilst expanding the services in line with our new strategy, due to launch in the summer of 2024.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement a strategy for Headway’s work within the criminal justice system.
- Work with and develop key relationships across, police, probation services to improve knowledge and systems for offenders with brain injuries.
- Develop new justice related projects, including working with Headway’s fundraising team, to generate new income to expand the services.
- Work with the network of local Headway charities, to expand their work, within the justice system.
- Manage and deliver Headway’s justice related training initiatives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of Headway UK’s Brain Injury ID Card, including the line management of the project lead.

Women’s Aid is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children. We are a federation of over 170 organisations which provide just under 300 local lifesaving services to women and children across England. Purpose of the Operations Manager role:
As Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the effective day to day management of key business support services including operations, IT data and premises. The role includes line manage responsibilities of the inhouse team as well as maintaining key relationships with outsourced companies to ensure objectives are met.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
Operations:
- Manage the non-pay elements of the Operations Budget, including IT budget. (approximately £400K annually)

We are seeking a Fundraiser with a background in lead and income generation with the drive to create change for farmed animals in the UK. You will be part of a small, high-impact team specialising in consumer education and political advocacy to help us grow our supporter base and raise essential income to support our work for animals.
As Fundraiser (Lead Generator), you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by identifying and cultivating potential donors and supporters. Your primary responsibilities will be to generate leads utilising Engaging Networks on social media platforms and work with the Fundraising Development Manager to build on supporter journeys that maximise conversion rates.

The purpose of the role is to drive and deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy in order to support the work of Life. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end experience of existing supporters as well as attaining new supporters.
Reporting to the Director of Income Generation and leading the Individual Giving Team, the post holder will work closely with colleagues across the fundraising and marketing teams to; create, test, monitor and evaluate appeals and campaigns, lead on Legacy (and in-memoriam giving) lottery and raffle and other income streams associated with individual giving. The program offers several services, such as a 24/7 confidential helpline and expert Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
- Flexible hours, with the option to start between 8am-10am and finish between 4pm-6pm.
- Able Futures Support: The service is a nine month, practical and confidential support service for employees whose circumstances or mental health may impact their wellbeing or work. Employees can work with a mental health professional to deepen their understanding of how their mental health may impact them and will build coping skills and resilience to thrive at work.
- Gifted yearly stipend to access learning and development resources, to help employees further grow their personal and professional skills.
- Monthly stipends for employees to enjoy a vegan lunch at the Animal Equality monthly meetups.
