As Senior Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for driving and inspiring new business within regional corporate fundraising. You will leverage research insights, professional networks, and tailored engagement strategies to cultivate a pipeline of high-value opportunities.

This is a strategic and outward-facing role, requiring both acquisition and stewardship expertise, to create multi-layered partnerships that generate up to six-figure annual income and enhance wider brand engagement for Save the Children. 

In this 12-month fixed term contract role you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with occasional on-site presence in London Farringdon approximately once per quarter. 

In this role, you will: 

• Proactively identify and prioritise high value, strategically aligned corporate prospects. 

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities with tailored engagement and stewardship plans. 

• Create and deliver compelling, high-quality partnership proposals and pitches. 

• Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth handovers to account managers for long-term growth.

• Significant experience in corporate fundraising or a relevant commercial environment. 

• A proven track record of securing and delivering five/six-figure corporate partnerships. 

• Strong experience in Cause Related Marketing and commercial negotiations. 

• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. 

• Commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex financial/technical data into actionable insights. 

• Experience of managing fundraising databases and pipelines, driving results against targets.

Shout Out UK (SOUK) is a UK-based award-winning political and media literacy organisation with nearly a decade of experience in delivering impactful educational campaigns. Our mission is to defend and amplify democracy by equipping individuals with the critical thinking skills needed to navigate the complex information landscape and engage as informed, active citizens. The Position:

You will be joining our small, passionate NGO to support the delivery of our educational programmes. Reporting directly to the Head of Programmes, you will be tasked with delivering programmes on Political & Media Literacy, counter-extremism, and online safety. This will involve traveling to a variety of educational settings to deliver our programmes, alongside supporting our Head of Programmes and Programme Coordinators to recruit schools and colleges. Projects can vary from media literacy workshops for schools, online harms CPD training, to city-wide democratic engagement stalls.

The applicant needs to be motivated, interested in counter-extremism, and passionate about Political & Media Literacy. The job is based on a 7-month contract, with likely extension (including a 3-month probation period).

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of programmes across a diverse range of settings and cohorts.

We are seeking a fixed-term Grants Manager to join the Access to Justice Foundation through July 2026. The successful candidate will join us at a particularly exciting period of organisational growth and will support us to deliver on increased grant making activity. They will lead the day-to-day operational delivery of our grant making programmes – including overseeing systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective grant making and maintaining relationships with grantees, other funders, and key stakeholders as required. As a member of the Grants team, you will report to our Grants Director (who is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the Foundation’s grant programmes and who leads the Grants team). This is both a grants administration and project management role – we are looking for a candidate with both sets of skills.

About the role

Across your geographic area of Cheshire and Greater Manchester East, you'll:

• Identify, develop, and steward supporter relationships with businesses, fundraising groups, and high value prospects.
• Understand supporter motivations, identifying opportunities across the Charity that inspire and engage, enabling them to achieve their fundraising goals and reach their potential.
• Identify and steward corporate prospects using a pipeline process resulting in applying for and converting opportunities.
• Be proactive within your area to identify opportunities for fundraising and raise awareness of the Charity.
• Manage supporters effectively using our CRM system (OneCRM) to provide excellent stewardship.
• Meet agreed financial targets, provide monthly financial progress reports, and put mitigation plans in place for any shortfall.
• Promote BHF’s activities and campaigns to raise awareness and drive income.

Working arrangements

This is a field-based role covering Cheshire and Greater Manchester East.  This region covers East Manchester, Crewe, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Macclesfield, Tameside, Warrington, Altrincham, and Lymm.You'll need to live in the area or be able to relocate to this region.

Regular travel within the area, and occasionally to other parts of the UK.

You must have a full UK driving licence at the time of application with access to your own vehicle.

There will be a requirement for flexible out of hours working to support occasional evening and weekend activity. You will be compensated for this with time off in lieu.

The Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights (CRER) is Scotland’s leading strategic anti-racist organisation. The Role

As Executive Director, you will be the senior officer responsible for the strategic leadership, policy development, office and staff management, financial control, stakeholder relationships and Company Secretary duties. You will ensure delivery of annual work plans, contractual compliance and organisational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy, Research and Policy Development: Provide strategic direction, delivering CRER’s vision, aims and objectives; lead development and execution of strategy with staff and Board, setting policy, research and advocacy priorities.
• Governance and Operational Management: Act as Company Secretary; oversee OSCR compliance; support the Board’s duties through guidance and information; prepare annual budgets; ensure sound financial management; oversee management accounts and annual reports; maintain infrastructure and regulatory compliance; implement risk management; develop funding applications and tender responses.
• Staff Leadership and Development: Lead and line-manage a motivated team; maintain and apply the CRER Policies and Procedures Handbook consistently.
• Stakeholder Relations and Public Relations: Manage external relationships with BME organisations, third sector, government, funders, academia, and parliamentarians; represent CRER in strategic discussions, public events, media, and on social media platforms.
• Other Duties: Any additional tasks required for effective organisational functioning.

• Job Title: Executive Director
• Salary: £67,000 per annum
• Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
• Location: Hybrid home/office (minimum three days per week in our Glasgow City Centre office, with occasional travel across Scotland). Support with required relocation costs available.

Person specification:

• Degree level qualification or equivalent
• Expertise in strategic, anti-racist approaches to race equality
• Strong oral and written communication with diverse audiences
• Ability to interpret complex social policy and devise effective interventions for Black minority ethnic communities in Scotland
• Current awareness of developments in the race equality arena
• Lived experience of racialisation, applied to policy and practice
