We are looking for ambitious and strategic Development Manager – Corporate and Philanthropy to lead the growth of our corporate fundraising, build high-value partnerships, and work with our network of senior supporters to unlock transformational opportunities.
With a strong foundation of mid-level corporate partners (typically £5k-£25k) and a skilled Senior Officer in place to manage and grow those relationships, you’ll be free to focus on securing new, higher-value partnerships and support.
The Role:
You’ll lead our corporate new business development identifying and approaching companies aligned with our mission, and converting them into long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Fundraising to cultivate high-net worth individuals and senior volunteers who can introduce us to the right people and help get us in the room.
Working with colleagues across communications, marketing and services, you’ll create professional, pitch-ready presentations and proposals that inspire companies to partner with us – and then deliver those pitches at a senior level, with confidence and clarity.
Key responsibilities:
· Research, Identify and approach new corporate prospects, building a strong pipeline of potential six-figure partners
· Lead on creating bespoke, compelling pitch decks and proposals, working with the communications and Marketing Team to ensure quality and impact.
· Deliver high-level presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders across a range of industries.
· Work with the Director of Fundraising to identify and engage major donors and key contacts who can help unlock introductions and strategic support
· Manage Senior Officer who leads on existing mid-level corporate partnerships.
· Support the growth of the mid-level portfolio and ensure excellent stewardship and reporting for all corporate partners.
· Collaborate with marketing, communications, and service delivery teams to ensure partnerships are meaningful, on-brand, and mutually beneficial.
· Monitor income and pipeline progress, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking.
What we’re looking for:
· A track record of securing new business or corporate partnerships, ideally in a fundraising CSR setting
· Confident writing and presenting skills, with experience creating professional pitch decks and delivering high-level presentations
· A strategic thinker who can spot opportunities, plan a compelling approach, and close the deal
· Experience collaborating across teams (e.g. Marketing design, service delivery) to shape proposals and deliver joint objectives
· A strong relationship-builder with the credibility to work with senior executives, philanthropists and decision-makers
· Organised, self-starting and passionate about helping families when they need it most
· Line management experience desirable, but not essential

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to deliver peatland restoration projects at RSPB Forsinard Flows Nature Reserve. Our work programme consists of delivering both future open hill and forest-to-bog peatland restoration projects, as well as assuring that we meet our monitoring and maintenance commitments of previous Peatland Action and Peatland Code projects.
Based at the RSPB Forsinard Flows Field Centre, you will plan and deliver, peatland restoration projects, helping the Project Manager and Forsinard peatland restoration team, achieve the outputs and objectives of the wider RSPB Scotland Peatland Programme.
The successful candidate will be someone who can adapt to a complex work programme, thrive with a mix of desk and field-based activities, and who will relish the challenge of delivering truly landscape scale habitat restoration.
Essentials skills, knowledge & experience:
- Qualification in a relevant subject or ability to show equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of peatland habitat and function sufficient to enable identification of suitable restoration/management techniques.
- Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to justify and report on peatland restoration projects.
- High level of IT skills for project and data management, including mapping software e.g., ArcGIS.
- Experience of health and safety compliance.
- A full, manual driving licence that is valid in the UK is required due to the remote nature of the sites (4x4 training will be provided).
- A drive to work outdoors in a remote and challenging environment.
Desirable skills, knowledge & experience:

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Sustrans Cymru. We are looking for someone to join our Active Journeys Programme, delivering behaviour change and engagement activities in Schools in North West Wales .
About you
You should have experience of leading physical activity or other behaviour change projects within schools, workplaces or communities. You should also have experience of working on projects within an established project management framework and within a Welsh Language environment.
You will have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage own workload. You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships and a flexible and enthusiastic approach. With the ability to engage and support lesser heard voices in the community.
We ask you demonstrate your knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and relevant knowledge of North West Wales and its diverse range of communities.

International Mission to Jewish People (IMJP) is a faith-driven organisation with a nearly 200-year history of sharing the Good News of Jesus with Jewish people across the UK, USA, and beyond. In this next chapter of growth and digital development, IMJP are strengthening their fundraising team to support a bold vision for international impact.
We're partnering with IMJP to recruit a proactive and strategic Head of Fundraising to lead the organisation’s income generation across individual giving, digital acquisition, trusts, legacies, and appeals. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering the opportunity to build and deliver a refreshed fundraising strategy that will underpin IMJP’s future.
As a key member of the Head Office team, you will work closely with the CEO, lead a small internal communications team, and coordinate the work of external consultants and international fundraising partners. With systems now in place to scale digital fundraising in both the UK and US, the focus is on ensuring operational delivery and deepening supporter engagement through insight, creativity, and clear strategic direction.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead the development and delivery of multichannel fundraising campaigns
- Oversee digital acquisition strategies and ensure CRM systems are fully integrated and optimised
- Manage donor journeys and stewardship, with a particular focus on mid-level givers
- Inspire and develop a small team while collaborating with global partners and external agencies
- Contribute to IMJP’s broader vision and communications strategy as part of the senior leadership

As Fundraising Manager for Cheshire and Greater Manchester East, you will drive community fundraising and regional partnerships through building and stewarding relationships with businesses, fundraising groups, and high-value prospects, while proactively identifying new opportunities. Using their CRM system, you’ll manage supporters effectively, meet financial targets, report on progress, and promote the foundation's campaigns to raise awareness and income across your region.
The foundation are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious individual with proven experience of building strong relationships that deliver results. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a track record of achieving financial targets. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, you’ll be data-driven and insightful in identifying opportunities, with the creativity and problem-solving skills to maximise income and inspire supporters.
