Worcester College is recruiting for the key, senior role of Engagement Manager to be part of its Development and Alumni Relations team of seven. This is a vital role as we seek to deepen and expand connections with the College’s donor and alumni community. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of an engagement strategy which aims to build relationships with alumni and donors to lead to greater involvement with the College through the giving of funds, time and expertise, to give donors a strong sense of the positive impact of their generosity, and to bring potential major donors closer to the areas of College life that require financial support.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our digital strategy, with responsibility for implementing our social media strategy to help the CoSRH meet its business objectives.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Officer to join our small but dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will manage our digital communications to members and prospective members, working alongside the Digital Team.

You will be responsible for creating original copy and multimedia content, managing our email newsletters, and paid and organic digital communications. You will manage our social media accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) and ensure activities are aligned to our campaign and brand goals. You will focus on tailoring our communications for our range of audiences – from doctors and nurses, to midwives, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. Flood Engagement Officer – Job Description Overview

Gifts in wills fund nearly half of the MS Society’s work - and we need a senior legacy officer to help deliver our ambitious plans to grow this vital income stream. In this key role, you’ll lead the delivery of legacy marketing campaigns across digital, direct mail and other channels, create compelling content to inspire gifts in wills, and take charge of in-person events to engage supporters and pledgers. You’ll also manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, ensuring every activity reflects professionalism and empathy.

We’re looking for someone with experience of gifts in wills fundraising who can confidently lead projects, communicate effectively, and bring creativity to campaign delivery. The Acquisition & Retention Manager will lead and manage the multichannel donor acquisition portfolio/program within the Individual Giving function at Birmingham Women’s and Children's Hospital Charity.The Charity has been growing its supporter base over recent years and has an ambition to create a step change in our approach and significantly grow our 'Individual Giving' donors and supporters. 

Principle Responsibilities  

The Acquisition & Retention Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering a multi-channel acquisition Retention strategy that fully supports the goals and objectives of the wider Charity strategy.The post holder will develop, manage and grow the existing acquisition program via a range of Digital and Face to Face campaigns utilising third party agencies for Private Site, Door to Door and, telemarketing activities, as well as management of our own onsite Face to Face acquisition team.

The postholder will have substantial experience of working within or managing a successful fundraising acquisition team, with excellent working knowledge of sector practises and channels to ensure best use of budget, ensure a competitive cost per acquisition (CPA), while increasing loyalty, engagement and lifetime value (LTV) among existing supporters.
