The Special Events team is responsible for the delivery of Battersea’s high profile special events, such as events with Battersea’s royal patron, receptions for our high value supporters, fundraising dinners and lunches, as well as smaller cultivation and stewardship events.

This role will work with the Special Events & Stewardship Manager and Special Events Assistant to manage and deliver a programme of events to achieve income targets and growth and support the larger special events for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.

Overall Objectives:

• Strategically plan, manage, and deliver on income targets and non-financial goals through a programme of high value fundraising and stewardship and cultivation events.
• Increase levels of fundraising and retain long term support for Battersea through excellent relationship management with key external supporters and colleagues across Battersea.
• Evaluate and monitor special events performance and ensure evidence and learnings inform future activity, working with the Special Events & Stewardship Manager to research and propose new opportunities for events.
• Help the Special Events Assistant in their work and support wider team and organisational objectives.
• Provide overall support to the special event programme, implementing processes to ensure the smooth running of the team and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for the development, delivery and evaluation of the internal and change communications strategy that engages, motivates and informs employees and volunteers, ensuring organisations vision, mission, values and Standards remain at the forefront of delivery

Manage relationships with the organisations Celebrity Ambassadors as well as source new ones

Respond to political engagement requests where necessary.

Ensure that the senior management team is kept up to date with the latest relevant developments in national and regional government

About the role

This is an exciting and pivotal leadership role at the heart of Kinship’s digital transformation. Kinship is growing rapidly. We are expanding our reach and digital capabilities, and our digital platforms are central to this change. In 2024, we launched a new website that brings together all our content and services under one roof, and introduced a new Kinship Compass postcode search feature. This is a national tool that helps kinship carers find and navigate local and national support, like their kinship local offer, local peer support groups and training. 

Alongside this, we have been developing a new AI-powered tool to help kinship carers get the information they need quickly and accurately, 24/7. This role will lead the evolution of these digital products, ensuring they are safe, ethical, data-driven and continuously improved to meet the needs of kinship carers.

You’ll play a key role in the Department for Education funded national Training and Support Service, helping kinship carers easily access and book high-quality training. You’ll also oversee the content design in collaboration with internal and external subject experts and kinship carers themselves.

This is a role for a digital leader who is both strategic and hands-on. You should be able to balance innovation with delivery, and big-picture thinking with strong governance. You’ll champion inclusive, accessible and co-produced design, helping Kinship use digital to deliver more impact, insight and empowerment for kinship families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide digital leadership across the organisation, increasing capability, confidence and collaboration.

Role Description

The Funding and Insights Officer supports the Head of Funding and Partnerships (HFP) in delivering HACT’s fundraising and income generation objectives in line with the organisation’s business strategy. This role focuses on identifying new business and funding opportunities, conducting market, sector and competitor research, and generating actionable insights to support HACT’s marketing, customer engagement, and income generation strategies.

The postholder will play a key role in shaping HACT’s understanding of the external environment, including trends in housing, social impact, and innovation. Reporting to the HFP, they will contribute to fundraising applications to trusts, foundations, and corporates, support the services team in developing compelling and proposals for HACT’s research and consultancy work, and carry out desk-based market research to inform the activities of the marketing and customer teams.

The Head of Marketing and Communications plays a leading role in developing the gallery’s brand, growing and diversifying audiences, and strengthening the visibility of the organisation locally, nationally and internationally.  Working closely with the Director and Senior Management Team (SMT), this pivotal role is instrumental in helping to meet the gallery’s objectives to increase footfall and digital engagement, strengthen relationships with existing visitors and develop new audiences. JOB PURPOSE

Magic Breakfast has a motivated and high performing Corporate Partnerships team which was recently successful in securing a transformational partnership with Deutsche Bank, beginning in January 2026. We are now seeking a Corporate Partnerships Executive to support the Corporate Partnerships Manager who will together be dedicated to supporting that partnership over the next two years.

Background on the partnership:

Deutsche Bank’s UK Charity of the Year programme is a two-year partnership with Magic Breakfast beginning January 2026 with an ambition of raising £2m over that time. The partnership will be significant for the charity. Going beyond fundraising, the company aims to unlock further value by helping to build the charity’s capacity and provide access to in-house resources and expertise. Through their partnership with Magic Breakfast, Deutsche Bank is committed to enabling young people to develop life skills and emotional resilience whilst promoting social and economic equality for young people. The partnership also has the potential ensure a legacy beyond the 24-month partnership.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will work with a Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver one of the charity’s largest, most high-profile and multi-faceted partnerships to date. Together you will work closely with colleagues in the Corporate Partnerships Team and across the organisation, to maximise potential of this transformational partnership.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the CSR Team at Deutsche Bank and their wider employee network.

About the role

This new Lead role sits within the Design Council Programmes Team led by the Chief Design Officer and has responsibility for leading the development and embedding of our funding strategy. Coordinating income generation of ~£2m per year including securing £250k of philanthropic (T&Fs, corporates, other sources) funding in the first year, the role also has the objective of growing overall revenue but in line with the refreshed Design Council business and funding model to ensure it remains strategically aligned and sustainable.​

Reporting to the Head of Programmes with a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for oversight of the overall revenue pipeline, working across the organisation to have full line of sight of funding opportunities and partnerships and ensure a consistent approach to how we generate revenue. ​​

You will drive an effective stakeholder engagement plan, working closely with the Communications team to ensure campaigns and events help build and maintain a strong network of funder relationships and strengthening our profile as a charity. ​

The scope covers directly securing philanthropic/corporate partner funding as well as supporting wider commercial income generation and also ensuring they are all anchored in our Theory of Change and enable long term income growth.​

Our core programmes of work support delivery of our Theory of Change encompassing Skills, Capability, Innovation and Research. We are looking to create and grow funding partnerships through a variety of activities including events, learning and training and world leading research, and the Fundraising and Partnerships Lead will play a critical role in developing funding relationships, securing them, both directly and also supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilties 

 1. New Funding Generation and Planning​

• Lead the identification of new revenue opportunities across the range of Design Council propositions with the objective of growing total revenue base, in line with the Design Council funding strategy and business model​

• Overall accountability for converting philanthropic (T&Fs, corporate sponsorship etc) opportunities into secured new partnership funding and supporting on conversion of funding partnerships for other commercial (paid project) work​

2. Partner Cultivation and Stewardship​

Who we're looking for 

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and hands-on individual, with a track record of securing funding from a range of sources and growing revenue in a national not-for-profit or commercial organisation. ​

You will be ambitious for Design Council’s aspiration of reaching £8m revenue by 2031 and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and experience of developing revenue generation strategies and converting opportunities into secured income. ​

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust is the UK’s pioneering personal safety charity, founded in memory of Suzy Lamplugh, a young estate agent who tragically disappeared while at work in 1986. About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Development & Partnerships Administrator to support the Trust’s commercial activities, including training, consultancy, and digital products.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, delivering excellent customer service and sales experience, and supporting smooth operational processes. Your role will be central to responding to client enquiries, coordinating bookings, preparing materials, supporting marketing activity, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the Business Development & Partnerships Manager to deliver high-quality client experiences and contribute to the growth of the Trust’s commercial income, which supports our wider mission to keep people safe.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Administration

· Respond promptly to new business enquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule introductory calls.

· Process bookings, maintain CRM records, and ensure all follow-up actions are completed.

· Support trainer deployment and logistics, ensuring accuracy of client information.

· Gather and organise client feedback after sessions, highlighting any issues to the Manager.

· Maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.

· Support basic outbound sales activity, including follow-up emails and sharing product information.

Marketing & Communications

· Assist with the delivery of digital and marketing campaigns, including preparing content and scheduling posts.

· Maintain accurate commercial information on the Trust’s website.

· Prepare materials for events, trade shows, and conferences and represent the Trust when required.

· Track marketing activity performance and maintain enquiry/campaign records.

Product Quality & Development

· Support administration of the training consultant pool, maintaining documentation and onboarding records.

· Coordinate quality-assurance processes by collecting feedback and organising observations.

· Support updates to training materials, consultancy packs, and digital product content.

Person Specification

Essential

· A strong interest in the mission and values of the Suzy Lamplugh Trust.

· Experience in administrative support within a customer-facing or commercial environment.

· Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Role Purpose

The Head of Partnerships and Systemic Change will lead MCF’s efforts to build strategic partnerships, drive systemic change, and influence policy to enable Muslim-led charities to thrive in a more equitable, inclusive, and impactful civil society.

The postholder will work closely with key stakeholders, including policymakers, government departments, funders, infrastructure bodies, and sector leaders, to address structural inequalities, unlock resources, and elevate the recognition of Muslim-led charities in British society. This role will involve both coalition-building and strategic campaigning to create lasting change within the sector.

Working in collaboration with MCF’s policy, communications, advocacy, and research teams, the Head of Partnerships and Systemic Change will ensure a coordinated approach that drives long-term, sector-wide capacity improvement and sustainable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Systemic Change

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy focused on driving systemic change that enhances the impact and sustainability of Muslim-led charities.
• Identify and dismantle structural, institutional, and policy barriers that hinder the growth and success of Muslim-led organisations.
• Lead efforts to address disparities in funding, representation, and support for Muslim-led charities, advocating for more equitable resource allocation.
• Champion inclusive policies that promote equity in representation and resource distribution for Muslim-led organisations across the charity sector.

External Engagement & Partnerships

• Build and maintain impactful relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, funders, government officials, and sector leaders.
• Work with funders and mainstream sector partners to unlock resources and support for Muslim-led organisations, ensuring equitable access to funding and opportunities.
• Develop strategic alliances and coalitions with infrastructure and umbrella organisations across the charity sector to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and systemic change.
• Collaborate with civil society partners to advance inclusive policy frameworks and advocate for equitable funding practices.
