Your purpose

To manage and optimise Voice 21’s marketing activity across campaigns, data, and digital channels, ensuring a seamless experience from first engagement through to conversion. The Marketing Lead will be the technical lead on our HubSpot CRM, drive inbound activity, strengthen the buyer’s journey, and ensure our brand and messaging support long-term impact.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and optimise marketing campaigns, data, and workflows in HubSpot

• Build and maintain landing pages and web content aligned with campaign goals

• Partner with Sales to develop and execute data-informed marketing plans targeting schools across England

• Design and refine the buyer’s journey to maximise engagement and conversion from Lead to Opportunity

• Deliver marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing activity to improve pipeline conversion

• Produce and oversee high-quality, evidence-led digital content (emails, blogs, webinars, e-books)

• Collaborate with Communications, Events, and Engagement teams to strengthen reach and alignment

• Track and analyse funnel performance using HubSpot analytics and integrated data sources

• Maintain and improve HubSpot data integrity, segmentation, and reporting accuracy

• Lead UX-driven website design and optimisation using Figma and HubSpot CMS

Within 1 month, you’ll have:

• Familiarised yourself with Voice 21’s existing HubSpot setup, data structures, and automations

• Ensured continuity of current CRM processes and reporting routines

Within 3 months, you’ll have:

• Reviewed and optimised existing workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity

• Implemented new automations or campaigns to strengthen engagement and lead nurturing

• Identified opportunities to align HubSpot activity with the organisation’s new long-term growth strategy

 Within 6 months, you’ll have:

• Delivered a series of targeted marketing campaigns supporting our growth objectives

• Embedded improved CRM and reporting practices to enable better decision-making

• Worked collaboratively with teams across Voice 21 to ensure marketing systems and data support wider strategic activity

From 6 months onwards, we expect you to be:

• Leading continuous improvement of our marketing systems and automations

• Acting as the organisation’s HubSpot lead, ensuring our CRM, campaigns, and reporting fully align with Voice 21’s long-term strategy

The project officer will help communities to work in partnership with flood risk management agencies to better manage flooding and its impacts in their area. This will involve working with communities at flood risk and agencies using methodologies developed by the National Flood Forum and used successfully around the country

Community Fundraising & Individual Giving Officer

About Sitopia Farm:

Sitopia Farm is a modern, urban farm located in Greenwich, SE London, dedicated to reconnecting people with the origins of their food and promoting a healthier, more equitable and sustainable food system. As a hub for community engagement, education, and regenerative, organic farming practices, Sitopia Farm is a space for cultivating not only crops but also ideas about a better future for food and farming.

We have been successful to date in raising money for our farm including through crowdfunding, grants and other sources, but are embarking on the next stage in our development: an ambitious project to raise £650,000 to build an eco-barn: a sustainable structure that will serve as the heart of our operations. This transformative project will significantly enhance our productivity as well as our ability to serve the community and promote sustainability.

Role Overview: 

Sitopia Farm is seeking a part-time freelance Fundraising Consultant to lead all aspects of fundraising, with a specific focus on securing the £650,000 needed for our eco-barn project. This is a critical role that offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping us bring this vision to life. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in fundraising strategy, grant writing, major donor engagement, and ideally an understanding of capital campaigns. We have had a strong track record in securing smaller amounts of funding to date and have a strong network and potential opportunities that this role could capitalise on.   

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising Strategy and Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy principally to secure c. £650,000 for the eco-barn project and support and develop fundraising for other farm activities as required.
• Identify and pursue diverse funding streams, including grants, corporate sponsorships, major donors, as well as crowdfunding and events.

2. Grant Writing and Proposal Development

• Research and apply for grants from trusts, foundations, and public funding bodies.
• Write compelling funding proposals tailored to funders’ priorities and ensure timely submission.

3. Major Donor and Corporate Engagement

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop tailored donor engagement plans, including pitches and impact reports.

4. Campaigns and Events

• Plan and execute an innovative fundraising campaign to raise awareness and funds for the eco-barn project.
• Work in partnership with external event advisers and in collaboration with the wider Sitopia Farm team to create successful fundraising events.
• Collaborate with the Sitopia Farm team to create engaging content and materials.

5. Project Management and Reporting

• Track and monitor fundraising progress against targets, providing regular updates to the team.
• Ensure compliance with funders’ requirements and support the Sitopia Farm team to deliver impact reports as needed.

Essential:

• Proven track record of leading successful fundraising initiatives, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Excellent skills in a range of fundraising techniques, in particular major donors, trusts and foundations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in building relationships with donors, businesses, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the UK fundraising landscape, fundraising regulation and code of practice.
• Strong organisational skills- capable of managing multiple income streams with strong attention to detail and great record-keeping and project management.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a part-time, freelance capacity.

Desirable:

• Passion for sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and community-building projects.

We are looking for a new senior political adviser who will help build on our relationships and networks across Westminster, to deliver ambitious political leadership on a range of issues. The post holder will be responsible for leading advocacy interventions and providing political support to our policy experts, primarily in the natural environment theme, with a direct focus on nature, land use, food and farming. 

As a senior political adviser within the politics team, you will also be involved with, and lead on, major projects or themes of work across the political leadership theme (for example, the Environment APPG), managing and developing key external relationships and supporting the Director of politics and Director of strategic partnerships as they lead the politics team. 

You will need to be an exceptional communicator, adept at bringing people together around a shared vision and have the interpersonal skills to inspire and work across Green Alliance and liaise with our extensive network of partners. 

The role entails identifying and leading on opportunities for the UK government to achieve environmental progress and implementing advocacy strategies to secure it. You will have direct access to senior policy makers and environmental leaders, so will need to articulate recommendations succinctly and persuasively. 

The role requires excellent understanding of UK political processes (especially in Westminster, parliament and Whitehall) and experience of using it to influence policy effectively. Experience of operating within the system or of working directly with politicians and the media to achieve policy change would be a distinct advantage. An understanding of environmental policy would be beneficial but is not vital.

You will be a highly organised, capable multi-tasker with experience managing projects and able to think on your feet, while managing multiple relationships and advocating plans concurrently. 

Position in the Organisation

The senior political adviser will report to the Director of strategic partnerships and will work closely with Green Alliance’s policy and communications teams. You will be required to brief and advise the senior management team regularly and will be involved in task managing politics and policy advisers and analysts, with scope for direct line management responsibilities in the future.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of Green Alliance projects to influence environmental policy. 

• Track issues and analyse their relevance to the organisation’s objectives, and the UK’s environmental agenda, with a particular focus on our efforts to rebuild the cross-party consensus on the environment. 

• Contribute to the implementation of Green Alliance’s political strategy and deputise for senior political staff, where necessary. 

• Represent Green Alliance at external events, including speaking on panels and webinars, and attending events and conferences. 

• Develop and sustain Green Alliance’s relationships with decision makers in Westminster and Whitehall and use them to enhance the impact of our work. 

• Where relevant, develop and maintain relationships across the environmental sector to maximise impact of our strategic priorities. 

• Strengthen and expand Green Alliance’s relationships with political journalists in the Westminster lobby and enhance their understanding of environmental issues and the politics around the net zero goal and nature. 

• Write (or ghost write) briefings, articles and content on behalf of Green Alliance, and our partners and allies, to effect meaningful policy change in Westminster. 

• Build relationships with MPs’ and peers’ offices to table Written and Oral Questions, provide briefings for debates and evidence sessions, and more, as well as strengthen relations with relevant select committee staff. 

• Manage projects efficiently, within budget and to deadlines, including the task management of other team members. 

• Initiate new projects and strategically develop existing ones to maximise our impact. 

• Lead funding bids for new projects, including setting budgets and work plans, liaising with the Director of politics and Director of strategic partnerships.

In this role, your core focus will be managing the development, planning and delivery of an exceptional marketing strategy for Alpha Youth.

Working collaboratively with teams across Alpha and our global offices, you will use your marketing knowledge and outstanding planning skills to take a view of our audience, messaging and channels, ensuring the timely delivery of strategic marketing campaigns which will have the biggest impact in achieving our organisational goals.

The Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Formulate and execute a marketing, communications and content strategy aimed at raising the awareness, understanding, interest, engagement, and growth of Alpha Youth. This role needs to be able to both write the marketing strategy and hold responsibility for its roll out, with the support of the wider Alpha Youth team and the Global Head of Marketing.
