Main Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Management:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the Charity's objectives and resonate with our target audience.

- Generate compelling stories, testimonials, and case studies.

Brand Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and materials.
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment online.
- Conduct periodic brand audits.
- Champion the Charity's brand values and mission.
- Set up tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.

About the role
- Job Title: Justice Programme Manager
- Location: Remote/Hybrid/Nottingham
- Salary: £40,000 p/a based on 35 hours per week
- Fixed term contract for two years
Headway is seeking a new Justice Programme Manager who will expand the current services to have a greater impact on police and probation services, improving knowledge and understanding and the support offenders with brain injuries receive.
We want someone who can both oversee the existing projects, such as our brain injury ID cards, whilst expanding the services in line with our new strategy, due to launch in the summer of 2024.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement a strategy for Headway’s work within the criminal justice system.
- Work with and develop key relationships across, police, probation services to improve knowledge and systems for offenders with brain injuries.
- Develop new justice related projects, including working with Headway’s fundraising team, to generate new income to expand the services.
- Work with the network of local Headway charities, to expand their work, within the justice system.
- Manage and deliver Headway’s justice related training initiatives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of Headway UK’s Brain Injury ID Card, including the line management of the project lead.

The Royal Marsden offers hybrid working, with a requirement of 2 days per week based at their Chelsea or Sutton site, with occasional working from Chelsea or Sutton site. Salary for this role is between £40-44k per year.
The Marketing Campaign Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery, and measurement of defined marketing campaigns, seeking efficiencies and development opportunities for growth. · Successfully manage the strategy development and delivery of key defined marketing campaigns such as The Banham Marsden March from brief to launch and evaluation, on time and to budget, to achieve growth.

You’ll support our national and local campaigning work across Scotland to improve the lives of people with Parkinson’s and those closest to them. To manage the delivery of the Individual Giving Programme which includes recruiting new cash and regular giving supporters from a variety of multi-channel campaigns and initiatives. To deliver the warm campaigns such as cash appeals, regular giving, raffles and lottery.

We’re looking for someone with experience of both campaigning, including an understanding of the basic tools and techniques used in campaigning, and of working with volunteers and services users, including how best to support them to achieve their campaigning goals.
About the role
You’ll lead and coordinate our local campaigning work across Wales. Your work will help the charity improve the lives of people in local communities affected by Parkinson’s. You’ll listen to the needs of our local communities and work with volunteers and colleagues in the wider Wales team to do focussed campaigning and advocacy work.
Through co-production you’ll ensure that the voices of people with Parkinson’s, their families and carers are heard by decision makers.
What you’ll do:

Support the development and delivery of campaigns activity for Wales and proactively identify opportunities for public-facing campaigns.

Recruit and manage a sustainable community of campaign volunteers.

Use our national campaign priorities to deliver related local campaign activity.

Organise and deliver training events for people with lived experience who wish to engage as well as campaign volunteers.

Create content for public facing elements of campaigns, including supporter actions, web pages, newsletter and social media.

EIA is seeking a Climate Campaigner: F-Gases and Sustainable Cooling to join our Climate Team focused on campaigning at UK, European and international levels for a rapid reduction in emissions of fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases) and the transition to sustainable cooling.
Role purpose:
This key role will focus on eliminating ozone depleting substances and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) in the cooling sector, improving energy efficiency of replacement technologies, and holding companies and industry to account for their climate and environmental impacts. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of key aspects of the campaign this role will ensure that the campaign strategy is implemented effectively.
About you:
You will need experience in advocacy and campaigning on European (including UK) and/or global environmental policy along with a broad understanding of climate change and UK, EU and global climate policy. You will need experience of conducting detailed research projects, as well as engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders and strong communication skills will be key.
What we offer:
This is a full-time permanent position.
You will receive a salary of £36,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience. The insight from our involvement network inspires and drives all our work across The Charity. This role involves actively engaging and stewarding everyone across all relevant and interested groups. This includes providing support to those living with a brain tumour diagnosis, their family and their friends. As part of our services team, you will ensure we engage all groups including those disadvantaged and less heard from, championing the voices of our wider community to grow our involvement network. You will also collaborate with those professionally committed to the cause, including our research community, to ensure that people affected by brain tumours have the chance to both shape and participate in research opportunities. You will be responsible for measuring and sharing the difference we are making through the delivery and analysis of our Improving Brain Tumour Care Surveys, empowering the community to identify the gaps in treatment and care experiences, so we can make a difference where it matters most.
