Reporting to the Project Lead, the Account Management Officer will manage relationships with STEM Learning’s valued funders while working to ambitious targets, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.

This role will be mostly home-based, with an office day every week at either London (City) or York University (walking distance from York city centre). Travel for meetings will be expensed. The National STEM Learning Centre based at York University is a unique and impressive teacher CPD venue, mirroring the modern classroom and laboratory facilities, as well as housing their inspirational resources centre. 

Key responsibilities for the Account Management Officer role include:

• Stewardship of Funders: Manage and streamline communications with STEM Learning’s growing group of funders.
• Creative Engagement: Develop innovative ways to engage with funders, including strategic partnerships, commercial activities, and employee engagement through the STEM Ambassadors programme.
• Effective Communication: Correspond with funders using creative and engaging methods.
• Creating “Wow” Moments: Build personal connections between funders and STEM Learning’s mission.
• Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to ensure effective partnership delivery.
• Impact Evidence: Leverage STEM Learning’s impact evidence and collaborate with the Evaluation Team.
• Growth and Renewals: Ensure the growth and renewal of existing partnerships.
• New Partnerships: Work with the Fundraising Development team on pitches and ensure a smooth handover of new wins.

Ideal skills and experience:

• Track record in building and sustaining exceptional relationships with supporters and funders
• Strong organisational skills, enthusiasm and tenacity
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration are a must
• Specialist knowledge of the trends and developments in the sector completed through relevant training is desirable. In the role, you will need to stay up to date on relevant press and industry news.

About the park
Southern Park is a popular community greenspace next to Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park at the heart of the Greenwich Millennium Village development. The site comprises wide open grassland, native tree and shrub areas and wildflower meadows and is a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC). About the role
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish their career in the parks and conservation field, working with the support of experienced staff within the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park team. The Project Officer role oversees the site's landscape maintenance contract to ensure the park remains attractive, safe, and well-managed. The role also adds community value by supporting engagement with local residents and enhances ecological value by facilitating volunteer involvement in habitat management.

About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Officer with good administrative skills. You will be able to foster a strong working relationship with the Southern Park landscape maintenance contractors. This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.

We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. With a key focus on: effective and efficient operations; collaboration; and continuous improvement in our Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.

To achieve this ambition, we’ve developed a new technology infrastructure which we are calling “Sage”. We’re implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as our new CRM system and suite of data tools – Microsoft Dynamics).

Our Data Operations Managers sit within Product and Systems Management team.

Our Data Operations Managers have a key role in ensuring our end to end processes are working through our central CRM system. These processes include the processing of our income through the system such as Gift Aid, regular giving and special events, Direct Debits.

This role also ensures our end to end data flows are fit for purpose and that data within it are clean, accessible and available.

This role is responsible for:

• Custodian of our CRM data and responsible for major data import/export into the system including data validation, de-duplication, cleansing and fixing of data throughout the multiple data systems.
• Responsible for the curation and management of import and export routines of key fundraising data using appropriate tools.
• Responsible for forming and managing how the functions work within the Organisation to build key relationships with key data users to ensure data is correctly ingested
• Responsible for defining and setting standards and principles of data use in the system and fully enforcing these principles across the Organisation and to suppliers.
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary

For this role we’re looking for:

• SQL (SSIS, SSRS) knowledge
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 and associated technology
• Working knowledge of KingswaySoft
• Knowledge of deduplication techniques
• Proven data management skills and experience

Here at Forward Trust, Clouds House is one of Forward’s residential substance misuse treatment centres in East Knoyle, Wiltshire. Clouds House delivers a structured interpersonal and 12 Step treatment programme, designed to help those with substance and behavioural addiction maintain abstinence and develop long term sustainable recovery. Over the last 40 years Clouds House has helped over 12,000 clients work towards a life in recovery and helped to create a growing recovery culture through our alumni. Our ambition is to significantly increase recovery capital, whilst offering treatment to as many clients, irrespective of means, as possible. Key responsibilities Ensure delivery of the programme in line with the Clouds House interpersonal treatment model. Carrying a caseload of clients to ensure effective retention of clients on the programme and delivering successful treatment outcomes whilst encouraging and ensuring good practice case management, including high quality record keeping and safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children by identifying and reporting concerns. Working within our therapeutic programme delivery with clients and ensuring that recognised theoretical frameworks are utilised in the provision of the therapeutic treatment programme e.g. motivational Interviewing, cognitive behavioural approaches, 12 step philosophy, interpersonal group psychotherapy. Completion of comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, management and treatment plans and group therapy with clients and individual counselling and/or case management sessions and attending inter-disciplinary meetings and communicate with other leaders within and outside of the treatment setting. The ideal candidate Ideally you will be in counsellor training and willing to work towards Level 4 or above counselling qualification and knowledge of addiction and its impact and experience of working with, (at times) distressed individuals and experience of listening to their needs and communicating respectfully and clearly, you will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team and experience of thinking creatively with the team to create meaningful outcomes for clients and family members. You will act as the point of contact for grant holders and fundholders, supporting and offering guidance and advice where necessary in a timely fashion, building on these relationships, helping to raise the profile of the Charity and supporting the Head of Programmes and Funding to identify opportunities to develop and fund activities.
 
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in an administrative support and/or customer-facing role, ideally in a funding environment or similar, as well as experience interacting with and supporting a diverse range of stakeholders.

Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity is dedicated to improving the lives of people with serious heart and lung disease. Each year we grant around £6m to fund projects at our partner hospitals, including current initiatives such as:

Campaign planning

• Lead the delivery of an ambitious and creative media and campaign strategy to bring about an improved recognition of the value and impact of youth work.
• Lead on other campaign strategy and planning, utilising a range of campaign tactics integrating media, digital media and other campaign tactics, working closely with other members of the Comms team and across Directorates.

• Managing and responding to reactive media enquiries, providing statement and reactive ‘lines to take’, with the support of the Head of Communications

About You
 
Essential competencies of the Campaigns and Media Manager:
