Sitting in a high performing team of five the Workforce Development & Training Officers will work together to deliver all aspects of the team’s operational work which achieves the objective of growing the workforce in our specialties, clinical oncology and clinical radiology. In this broad role you will encompass supporting both trainees and their trainers through their programmes. You will be self-motivated, able to build your expertise in the relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks within which they operate and apply that expertise across a wide portfolio of activity. As new initiatives evolve and become business as usual, the work of operations will evolve.
What you’ll do:
- Provide tailored advice on all matters that might affect a trainee’s status and training time using expertise in the regulatory frameworks associated with specialty training in the UK.
- Proactively work with WDTO colleagues to ensure trainees and trainers are adequately supported.
- Review and prepare Portfolio Pathway applications for assessment by the specialist committee.
- Manage and deliver the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) recommendation process.
- Provide a timely, customer-focussed and responsive service.

JOB PURPOSE
To coordinate Dudley Lodge's impact reporting, fundraising support and business development activities across the organisation.
The postholder will support income generation by identifying funding opportunities, maintaining funding pipelines, coordinating fundraising activity, supporting funding applications and helping Dudley Lodge evidence and communicate the impact of its work to commissioners, funders, donors and stakeholders.
Working closely with the Head of Support Services, Head of Operations and Service Leads, the postholder will collect, collate and report impact and outcomes information, support fundraising and business development activities and contribute to the organisation's sustainability and growth.

Impact Reporting and Communications
- Coordinate systems for collecting, recording and reporting impact, outcomes and stakeholder feedback data across Dudley Lodge services.
- Work with Heads of Service and Service Leads to gather feedback, case studies, testimonials and other evidence of service delivery, outcomes and organisational impact.
- Coordinate feedback collection from service users, parents, family members, professionals, commissioners and stakeholders.

Fundraising and Income Generation
- Support the organisation to achieve fundraising and income generation targets.
- Research and monitor trusts, foundations, corporate, statutory and tender opportunities, maintaining accurate records of prospective funders, deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date funding pipeline and funding calendar.
- Gather and coordinate evidence, data and supporting information required for grant applications, tenders, expressions of interest and funding reports.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of funding applications and tender responses.
- Coordinate fundraising appeals and donor engagement activities.
- Draft and distribute appeal letters, donor updates and stewardship communications.
- Support funder reporting and grant monitoring requirements.
- Monitor emerging funding opportunities and sector developments and share opportunities with relevant managers.
Systems and Administration
- Maintain accurate fundraising, impact and stakeholder engagement records.
- Support the development and maintenance of databases and reporting systems.

- Produce regular reports to support management, governance and business development activities.
- Ensure information is recorded, stored and managed in accordance with GDPR and organisational policies.

As Lead Support Worker in our Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme, you will support people accepted into RSAP move on accommodation to settle, sustain their tenancy and build the confidence, skills and connections they need to move forward. You will work with people who may be navigating trauma, poor mental health, substance use, offending histories, isolation or long periods of exclusion from services, offering support that is practical, consistent and rooted in their strengths.
You will take a lead role in referrals and assessments, develop high quality support and risk management plans, and work closely with housing, health, social care, criminal justice, substance use, mental health and community partners. From helping someone manage rent, bills and repairs, to advocating when systems become a barrier, you will be part of turning accommodation into a stable platform for longer term independence.
This is a role for someone who can combine warmth with tenacity. You will need to build trust, hold boundaries, stay calm when progress is uneven, and bring creative energy to complex situations. Role Summary
The Regional Programme Lead is responsible for delivering The Girls’ Network’s suite of programmes in schools and colleges, including facilitating engaging and impactful workshops for girls aged 14–19 from disadvantaged backgrounds. The post-holder also leads on the recruitment, induction, training, matching, supervision and support of volunteers and will appropriately match mentors with young people. The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences – is seeking an ECR Network Regional Coordinator to join the Early Career Researcher (ECR) Network team within the Research Directorate. This is an exciting moment to help deliver the activities of the ECR Network, which has recently expanded nationwide, with membership currently at over 9,500.
The role
The ECRN Regional Coordinator is the main point of contact for three out of the nine regional clusters, which are London, Southeast and East of England. The role holder will oversee the day-to-day operational management and delivery of their regional areas. This will include managing the operational relationships with the regional delivery partners; organising and coordinating regional and network-wide events; managing network-wide funding opportunities; and supporting related initiatives such as the Leadership and Advancement programme.
In post, you will be the key liaison between the Academy and the delivery partners of each region. You will coordinate and be responsible for maintaining and improving operational practices and policies, working closely with early career researchers (ECRs), regional partners, Fellows and staff of the British Academy, and any other stakeholders.
This role plays a key role in supporting the successful operation of the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network. You will be an effective communicator, a team player who is able to collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders, be self-directed, and be happy to take initiative. Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving, in terms of planning, prioritisation and demonstrating resilience when faced with adversity, is essential.
The role will require travel between your allocated clusters. This will be to attend events and meetings with delivery partners where appropriate, with an expectation to be in the London Office at least once a month.

Key Responsibilities Membership Development and Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the delivery of CIBSE’s B2B membership growth activities, contributing to overall membership targets.
- Assist with the onboarding and support of new B2B member organisations and their employees.
- Carry out qualification checks and help map appropriate routes to membership.
- Prepare quotations and support administrative aspects of membership onboarding.
- Work closely with the Senior Membership Development Manager to support relationships with key companies.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and maintaining ongoing engagement with organisational partners.
- Provide support to international Membership Development Leads to ensure a consistent approach across regions.
Member Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for membership enquiries via phone and email.
- Provide clear, accurate guidance on membership options and professional registration.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries and support individuals through the application process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing members.
Operational & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM, including member data, reporting and activity tracking.
- Support bulk uploads, invoicing and general data management tasks.
- Ensure all interactions and progress are recorded and up to date.
Wider Responsibilities
- Respond to general membership and professional registration phone enquiries as part of the team rota.
- Help coordinate the annual awards and bursary programme, working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Membership and Marketing departments.
- Provide support across the department and contribute to wider Strategic Projects work.
- Represent CIBSE at ad hoc events, conferences and exhibitions.

Internal
Work in a team which provides support for the Institution’s membership growth and development and liaise with the Membership and Registration, Networks and Engagement and Marketing teams as appropriate.
External
Provide advice and information to both individuals and Engineering/Construction companies to promote membership growth and retention with a particular focus on membership development.

Role Description
The Programme Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of all student related events. This will include having a full understanding of the SEO-London law programmes; understanding the legal industry that the programme supports; how these fits into the SEO-London organisation and using this knowledge to liaise with students and client/partner firms to run, organise and market successful events. In turn this role will be responsible for using data to run reports to show the impact of each programme.

Accountabilities
DAY TO DAY DELIVERY OF EVENTS

Responsible for the overall administration of all student events, with specific responsibility to ensure student communication is exceptional. Including event management, student and partner communication and coordination of all the relevant stakeholders, along with posting roles on opportunities pages, promoting events and managing the law commercial awareness newsletter content.

This is an important role within the CSA Centre, to help develop, understand and embed evidence-informed improvements in the response to child sexual abuse.
About the role:
The CSA Centre aims to inform and improve policy and practice at local and national levels by identifying, generating and sharing high quality evidence on what works to prevent and tackle child sexual abuse, and our extensive research, evaluation and monitoring activity is central to that mission.
As a Research Assistant, you will support a wide range of research and evaluation activities, working closely with the wider Research and Evaluation Team and other colleagues across the CSA Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their research career in a supportive, meaningful and impactful environment. You will contribute to projects that improve the understanding of the scale and nature of child sexual abuse and strengthen the evidence base on effective responses.

We are the Centre of expertise on child sexual abuse (CSA Centre). Our aim is to reduce the impact of child sexual abuse through improved prevention and better response. To tackle child sexual abuse we must better understand its causes, scope, scale and impact.
Established since 2017, we are a multi-disciplinary team that is primarily funded by the Home Office, hosted by Barnardo's and we work closely with key partners from academic institutions, local authorities, health, education, police and the voluntary sector. We're proudly independent and our team will challenge any barriers, assumptions, taboos and ways of working that prevent us from increasing our understanding and improving our approach to child sexual abuse.
We bring about change by:
- Collating and analysing existing research, policy, practice and the real experiences of those affected, and filling the gaps we identify with new research, insights and analysis;
- Using that evidence and insight to challenge and improve existing policy and practice, develop new approaches and increase everyone's knowledge and confidence to more effectively tackle the issue.
This role is home-based with regular travel required, usually to London.
