St Pauls Advice Centre is recruiting a Reception Administrator to provide a professional, welcoming front-of-house service for clients, partners, and visitors.
This is a key operational role. You will be the first point of contact and play a central part in making sure people can access the right help, at the right time, in the right way.

Our services include debt, benefits, housing, immigration, and related issues.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Services Administrator to join our innovative and friendly multidisciplinary team, situated at our London Centre, which is a purpose-built centre specifically designed for the treatment of torture survivors, with extensive indoor space and gardens.

About the role
You will provide administrative support to the London Clinical Service, which provides assessment and treatment to individuals, young people, children and families who have survived torture.You will be part of a team of Clinical Administrators who ensure consistency and continuity of administrative support to the Clinical Service. The administrative team support the Intake panel, Adult Therapy Team, Children, Young People, & Families Team, Pain management service, Care coordination service and interpreter bookings process. The role may also include supporting the reception team with reception duties and greeting clients, staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
About you
In return, we offer a competitive package, with a generous 30-day annual leave entitlement, and 6% employer pension contribution (minimum 1% employee contribution).

Our policy is that all appointments will be at the start of the salary range but successful candidates will have the opportunity to move up the scale over time. The progression up the salary range is reviewed on an annual basis and subject to affordability. For this role, the salary range is £30,052 - £34,860.
