This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who wants to make a real difference in the community while helping to shape high-quality welfare benefits advice services.

We are looking for someone with up-to-date welfare benefits knowledge and casework experience, to provide specialist welfare benefits advice casework to clients, and support to our wider advice team. You will have excellent communication and people skills, able to support colleagues with complex welfare benefits issues, offer regular supervision, and encourage consistent good practice. You will also work with the senior management team to help identify trends, provide insight and contribute to the development of our services.
