The Healthy Ageing Project will address specific challenges within the community, while actively promoting healthy ageing in practical and effective ways across our network.
We will focus on the strengths and expertise of our member groups to promote engagement with Ireland's unique music, dance, sport, language and culture.
We will work together with our members throughout this three-year journey. Together, we will develop, launch and promote a project geared towards improving health and wellbeing, reducing health inequality and providing strategic direction for national health programmes and policy recommendations for the Irish community.
This post is part time (17.5 hours per week) and will be based in the North of England, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester etc.

About You
Help For Heroes are looking for a highly skilled, professional, and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our expanding clinical team. Are you a committed, flexible OT with a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience looking to expand your skills and have the opportunity to work with the Armed Forces Community? If you have the ability to work independently but still enjoy having the support of a team, you could contribute your skills and experience to improve quality of life. Are you happy to embrace a flexible work pattern as the position will involve frequent travel to meet veterans in their own homes and communities and other organisational commitments including inductions, training and team meetings which may require some overnight stays? If you have experience of delivering Occupational Therapy in both physical and mental health conditions, then your holistic approach will help improve lives. The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. The primary objectives are to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our beneficiaries; to develop our regional peer support model; and to facilitate a positive volunteering experience for our lived experience volunteer team. This Senior Project Officer role sits in our Innovation and Practice Function. The Opportunity
This role sits within our Evaluation unit in our Impact Partnerships team, who work with education organisations such as charities, universities and education technology companies (our ‘impact partners’). Our work focuses on helping these organisations to design and deliver evaluations, and to build their capacity for impact evaluation.
We are looking for a candidate who can support the team internally with a variety of delivery and administrative processes, working directly with our schools and partners to support their evaluation journey. This will include supporting new schools through their onboarding and data collection processes and monitoring their usage of our digital platform, the School Impact Platform. You will also be responsible for liaising with schools to schedule focus groups with teachers and pupils and organise these events accordingly, and supporting colleagues with facilitating data collection and analysis, which will include reporting processes and creating surveys which form part of our evaluation work with schools.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to apply for our new professional development pathway, launching this summer. Position: Community Fundraiser
Location: Cambridge /hybrid
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
The Community Fundraisers steward relations with Individual fundraisers, schools, community groups, in memory and challenge eventers. Supporting fundraisers who want to make a difference which sits at the heart of the charity’s Fundraising Strategy. What’s more, the new five-year strategy, will launch major fundraising campaigns for a new cancer hospital and a new children’s hospital, fundraising is set to reach an incredible level.
Whilst or community fundraising incorporates various income streams, you will be tasked and targeted to generate income from a specific area which may vary over time.
You’ll be working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and Head of Community Fundraising to help make the Community Fundraising programme a genuine success, helping to maximise the lifetime value of supporters by ensuring they offer the very best stewardship and gratitude to those who fundraise and donate to the Hospital.
Ultimately, you’ll be playing a crucial role in helping to ensure that the greatest number of people are having the greatest impact to make things even better.

About You
As Community Fundraiser, you will have experience of managing multiple priorities and strict deadlines and
of working in a similar fundraising role within a charity or not-for-profit organisation

Role Summary
You will work closely with The Governance and Team Lead to ensure smooth and effective running of our finance and HR processes. You will work with the wider team supporting their effective delivery of training and projects as well as provide day to day support. This is a mixed and self-directed role with opportunity to contribute to a range of work and projects. We require some core office hours, by agreement and support team members to work flexibly to accommodate good work/life balance.

HR
- Support management of team Compliance and Training
- Support the organisation to be legally compliant
- Support the organisation to reflect its values in HR process
Finance
- Issue invoices and monitor and pursue unpaid invoices
- Manage and administer monthly procedures linked to payroll
- Manage and monitor monetary transactions
- Monitor expenditure against budgets
- Monitor and support wellbeing fund spend
- Monitor associate invoices and provide support as needed
General
- Be a point of contact and support team members
- Support to project team including monitoring emails and responding to enquiries
- Support online events and manage bookings
- Provide basic IT support to team members
- Format documents in line with the company brand guidelines
- Support team members to produce reports and presentations
- Work with our team and partners to enable Neurodiverse Connection to run efficiently in line with the overall company aims
