It is not because they lack potential, but because poverty stacks the odds again them. This affects their education, mental health, and their future.

We currently generate £4m annually from major donors, trusts, institutions and corporates, plus an impressive array of special events raises an addition £1m per year.

​The Role

​Corporate partnerships provide a vital source of income at Greenhouse Sports. The priority for the Corporate Partnerships Team is to further grow income, with an ambitious target of £1.1 million in 2025/26 - a 30% increase on the previous year.

​The Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in realising this new income, whilst diversifying the pipeline and strengthening existing relationships through superior cultivation and stewardship.

The Person

​The Corporate Development Manager will play a vital role in the continued growth and development of corporate income, with the majority of their time dedicated to sourcing new business.

​The key responsibilities of the role include:​

• Identifying and qualifying new partnership leads that demonstrate clear value alignment with Greenhouse Sports, building a substantial pipeline that you will own and drive forward.
• Planning, developing and delivering cultivation journeys for strong leads to secure five- and six- figure corporate partnerships.
• Leading on meetings with new business prospects.
• Designing and creating partnership proposals, presentations and/ or pitches for potential new partners.
• Leading on the renewal of existing five- and six- figure partnerships, developing clear stewardship plans that strengthen relationships and maximise opportunities for growth.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams across the organisation.
• Excelling at use of our CRM (Beacon) and ensuring it’s kept up-to-date.

Purpose of the Role

To lead on the recruitment, development, training, and well-being of a team of volunteers who deliver vital Home-Start support to families. The role involves managing a caseload of volunteers and supporting families directly where appropriate. Over the course of the year, an average of one day per week will be dedicated to leading volunteering strategy and practice, with the remainder focused on family support delivery.

Main Duties:

Funding Development

Research and identify funding opportunities aligned with Cumberland Lodge programmes.

· Write compelling, youth and/or education focused funding applications and proposals.

Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with funders.

· Provide timely updates, reports, and impact stories.

· Ability to analyse and synthesise research and data into compelling reports and funding applications;

· Ability to develop full cost recovery budgets and carry out all compliant financial reporting;

· Ability to carry out all grant management reporting accurately and in a timely manner, with knowledge of GDPR-compliant data management;

· Ability to work independently, being proactive, organised and results-driven, while maintaining an ethos of collaboration and teamwork;

Further information

Hours: 14 hours per week (through an annualised hours working pattern).

Location: Remote working although the successful candidate will be expected to work from Cumberland Lodge a minimum of one day per month.  Applicants should be aware that Cumberland Lodge is not easily accessible by public transport, so alternative forms of transport (bicycle, car) are helpful.

Annual leave: 33 days including Bank Holidays which will be pro-rata. The charity is closed over the Christmas period which will be deducted from the leave allocation.

Pension: Standard Life contributory pension (up to 10% contributions to support 5% personal contributions, with the option to increase personal contributions over and above 5%).

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.

In addition to configuration, they will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our International Project Manager and Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests. 

Who we are looking for 
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage. 

A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions. 

You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.

Conservation Collective (CC) funds solutions to protect the environment, restore nature, and safeguard against climate change. The CC UK charity incubates, launches, and supports locally focused foundations, which open new funding channels to support the most impactful environmental grassroots projects. Our network comprises 20 members based all over the world and is growing. 

We manage and monitor our donor relations, grant giving governance, contacts, and event activities, via a bespoke and customised salesforce system. This was launched in early 2022 and has been developed and configured to meet our growing needs since then.

As the demand for our model increases around the world, we need a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to support us to ensure our system is well managed, users are trained, and we can create accurate reports for our donors and other audiences. We’re looking for someone who can not only ensure that the existing system works well, is well managed and who can help us generate high-quality reports from the system to help us to raise more funding to support grassroots conservation work.

The role will report to the Finance Director and will work closely with the rest of the team in the UK and around the world, it is a critical role that is central to the success of our global network, and there is lots of scope for an ambitious candidate to grow in responsibility with it. 

Key Responsibilities 

Oversee Salesforce System: maintenance, administration, prioritisation and training  

Maintenance, user management, support and development 

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, managing user access, profiles, roles, and security settings. 

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any operational or functional problem.

• Maintain reliable records in all objects on Salesforce by eliminating duplicates monthly, processing user deletion requests and updating records for lists with up-to-date information on key stakeholders (e.g. trustees, contractors etc).  

• Ensure automatic back-ups are working and up to date and an understanding of how to restore back-ups if needed, protecting our organisational data. 

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and process. 

• Managing Data Import Templates to upload ad-hoc batch data into Opportunities, using Data Loader or any other data import and data quality tools.  

• Oversee data governance log: maintaining log of changes to review with the team, discussing effect on budget and system usage to feed into prioritisation of new features and functionality, support the communication of any platform changes to end users 

• Manage onboarding and offboarding users both with Salesforce and Microsoft platforms.   

• Oversee smooth onboarding and training process for new members and refresher training where appropriate to ensure effective adoption and system use.  

• Respond to individual questions from users via tickets, on Slack and share tips and tricks regularly via Slack Channel updates to review any Salesforce learnings, any features from latest Salesforce release, any security updates, any best practices.  

• Work with our external Salesforce consultants on any requests of flow maintenance or improvements and monitoring effective use of credits and budgets.  

Form Assembly Management 

• Manage the integration of Form Assembly with Salesforce ensuring all connectors work well and troubleshoot and update connections where needed.  

• Support users with the building/maintenance of individual Grant Application forms, updating when needed (ad hoc) and embedding them in their websites. 

• Future scope any gaps in the Grant Application process, improve data management using validation, document and improve on existing processes.

Dashboard and Reporting Management  

• Support us to produce effective and easy to understand reports from the system:

• Opportunities - pipeline and income reports

• Grants - tracker and applications analysis,

• Impact – dashboards and project reports

• Best Practice Metrics – support and create best practice reports 

• Provide quarterly analysis of user activity in the system, identifying and addressing trends or issues that arise from this 

• Support the senior management team to prepare quarterly data and reports for trustee meeting and annual reports. 

Overseeing our IT systems with the support of outsourced consultants 

As well as the Salesforce administration, the candidate we’re looking for will also be able to: 

• Be a key point of contact with our outsourced IT company, overseeing the creation of new users and managing the leavers’ processes on the MS 365 environment 

• Support CC team to maintain and ensure Sharepoint intranet is working smoothly and is up to date, user management of licenses and active users, their security settings, distribution lists.

Support the Data Protection Officer in data protection matters. 

The successful candidate for this role will need to demonstrate: 

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, who holds Salesforce Administrator certification. 

• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience.  

• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets. 

• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written. This is vital in supporting colleagues with less technical experience. 

• Understanding of a Microsoft 365 environment 

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues 

• Self-motivation, detail-orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and escalate where needed. 

• Ability to work independently/remotely.

• Experience in not-for-profit sector 

Ideally, they’ll also be: 

• Passionate about nature and the environment. 

• Comfortable with using Slack and Canva environments. 

• Being able to speak other languages, Spanish, Greek or Italian would be a bonus!

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

Location: The role is primarily based at Crisis Skylight Brent (1-2 Bank Buildings, High St, NW10 4LT). This role will include some outreach and there is an expectation to travel across the wider Harlesden area and other parts of Brent to support individuals and meet relevant support agencies.

About the role

This is an exciting new role in Crisis to deliver upstream prevention in partnership with Brent Council in Harlesden by supporting a newly set up Neighbourhood Team and contribute towards its key aims of preventing homelessness and income insecurity as part of Crisis and Brent Council’s place-based approach.

You will:

• Be a first point of contact for people in Harlesden who are at risk of homelessness, who are also likely living with debt / income insecurity and who may not have engaged with services or who fall outside homeless services’ criteria or statutory level support and who could benefit from holistic earlier support.

• Through high quality, person-centred IAG, coaching, advocacy, casework and a range of relational methods you will enable local people in Harlesden to resolve issues themselves, access services or be linked to the integrated neighbourhood team to help to address to address barriers and seek solutions.

• Reach out to people in the community, listen carefully to their story as you work with them to agree options and possibilities, and identify a range of solutions to support their goals, improving income security and preventing possible future homelessness.

• As lead worker create person centred support for an individual, to build collaborative, consistent and Psychologically Informed relationships with individuals and stakeholders from a range of services within and outside the integrated neighbourhood team.

About you

• You have worked within a relevant sector that supports people e.g., homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol treatment, social care, education and skills, youth work, community development

• You can demonstrate awareness of barriers to engagement and participation experienced by people facing homelessness or a future risk of homelessness and other forms of social exclusion with an understanding of how they might be overcome.

• You have experience of assessing presenting needs, and an understanding of strengths-based assessments and action planning. Empathy and understanding of the barriers to accessing services and support faced by homeless people including mental health issues, and awareness of ways to over-coming them, including planning and reviewing actions and goals, meeting client needs and priorities.

• You work collaboratively with the ability to build and manage successful relationships with external agencies and relevant service providers and successfully advocate on behalf of clients and strong interpersonal skills.

• You have experience of delivering high quality information, advice and guidance or coaching and managing a caseload within a relevant sector, holding a Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or coaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.

• You are able to effectively manage own workload, including a varied caseload, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercise judgment under pressure and balance competing demands and willingness to reflect upon and develop own practice.

• You are a strong team player and ability to work on own initiative and seek support and advice where appropriate

• You can demonstrate knowledge of safeguarding and commitment to act in compliance with safeguarding policy and procedures
• You will demonstrate commitment to Crisis’ purpose and values, alongside Brent Council’s values .

St Albans Cathedral is a centre of musical excellence with some of the finest choirs in the country, a magnificent Harrison & Harrison organ and a busy programme of musical events and concerts.

Unlike many cathedrals, St Albans had no historical endowment to support its music. The Music Trust was established in 1995 to ensure a thriving and financially stable musical life at the Cathedral. The Trust is committed to supporting excellent music at the Cathedral and to taking this excellence into the local community in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire through a partnership programme.

The purpose of this new, part-time role is to develop the strategy, launch and lead the five-year campaign which aims to raise at least £2.75 million for the Music Trust.You will do this by generating sustainable charitable giving from individuals, maintaining and growing our supporter base and developing significant income from major private donors and corporate sponsorship. You will also set up a legacy giving scheme. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for all applications to trusts and foundations.
