The organisation offers a flexible working environment, with a fully remote working pattern and salary between £35-40k dependant on experience. This role will require occasional travel for engagement activities.

As Relationship Manager you will manage high value (5-6 figure) existing partnerships with leading global brands, as well as on boarding and new business partnerships to deliver on ambitious partnership objectives, maximising income and supporting awareness for the charity. You will collaborate across departments internally to build awareness and ensure effective delivery of the Partnership objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the aims and objectives of partnerships through preparing, managing and delivering activity plans and income budgets in support of the Partnership plan
• Responsible for the implementation of national, regional and local corporate partnership initiatives
• Develop and deliver innovative approaches to achieving fundraising targets and new opportunities for employee engagement
• Lead on designated partnerships, projects and events contributing to the Partnership plan
• Implement and maintain excellent communications procedures with colleagues and key stakeholders across all areas of the Charity to coordinate delivery and raise awareness of partnership objectives and targets
• Administer appropriate income/expenditure procedures, produce monthly reports and maintain accurate records of fundraising and other activity to enable evaluation and analysis
• Represent and/or deputise for the Senior Corporate Relationship Manager as required
• Proactively support Corporate Partnerships and colleagues in the ongoing development of activities and initiatives that will contribute the corporate team objectives. Including Support of Relationship Executives in their day to day job, providing direction, sharing experiences and providing advice and assistance as required.
• Assist and advise others in the successful production of fundraising, communications and promotional materials for corporate partners

Richmond Carers Centre has the mission to help unpaid adult carers to live a full, active and meaningful life by providing them with advice, information, activities, breaks and emotional support either face to face, by phone or by email to enable them to live well.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to adult carers and a commitment to enhancing their health and wellbeing. Much of your work will involve actively listening to carers, often via the phone support line, providing information, advice and support.

As part of the Adult Carers Support Team, you will also be involved in organising breaks for carers, outreach activities and leisure events, as well as group work to help enhance carers’ health and wellbeing. Working closely within our passionate and results driven Trusts and

Philanthropy team, you will manage your own portfolio of charitable trusts and support the developing major donor and statutory funding relationships as required. You will be helping us beat macular disease by talking with funders and writing bespoke funding applications for support services, medical research and core costs. Diligently recording all relationship information and communications on our database. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Knows their Stuff when it comes to excellent written communication skills to produce content that is inspiring, concise and informative.

• Can Make It Happen by working proactively under their own initiative. 

• Shows They Care in the way they speak with our funders and the way they work and support colleagues across our teams.

Working pattern: 5 days per week (36.5hrs)
Location: Leeds. Hybrid working is available but a regular presence (3 days in the office) is essential.

About the role
 
As HR Manager at Leeds University Union (LUU), you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality HR operations that support our people and drive our organisational goals. From recruitment and onboarding to payroll, systems, and compliance, you’ll ensure our HR services are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with LUU’s values.
 
Working closely with the Director of People & Culture, you’ll manage and develop a talented HR team, providing expert guidance across all areas of people practice. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver HR, including supporting new systems and process improvements, while building strong relationships across the organisation to help our managers and teams thrive.
 
The successful candidate won’t necessarily need to come from the Higher Education sector, will need to demonstrate a strong track record in building high-performing teams, delivering projects, and championing inclusivity.
