You will directly support our participants for the benefit of Railway Children, so that they are highly impressed by the customer experience they receive from us. We believe that every interaction with the Railway Children should be a positive one for our supporters and you will provide that the service our supporters deserve to enhance their relationship with Railway Children and encourage them to persuade others to support Railway Children too.
The role also plays a pivotal part in making Railway Children more data and insight driven in the way we fundraise and communicate with supporters. Main Responsibilities
Fundraising General (65%)
- Organizing and maintaining membership and donation data in the CRM database (Donorfy)
- First point of contact for supporter enquireis (email/phone)
- Taking telephone donations when required
- Flagging contact/donations to relevant team members
- Printing and posting thank you letters for offline donors
Events (20%)
- Monitor the events@inbox
- Monitor event bookings and process invoices as required
- Liaise with speakers, attendees and sponsors as appropriate

- Assist the Office Manager with office administrative tasks
- Work across the Tinnitus UK team and assist in all areas of work
- Attend internal and external meetings, events and training

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
- Good basic education to GCSE standard or equivalent (GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English)

Community Fundraising Officer – Temporary Position from May 24 for 6 months (£24-25k)

Sepsis is the immune system’s overreaction to an infection or injury. There are over 245,000 cases each year in the UK with approximately 48,000 deaths. UKST aims to reduce preventable deaths from this ‘killer’ condition. We achieve this by:

· Educating health professionals
· Lobbying political organisations for better sepsis and severe infection care
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver supporter journeys i.e. fundraising resources and stewardship communications to maximise supporter numbers, retention and engagement.
2. Use UKST’s CRM system (Raiser’s Edge) to accurately capture fundraiser information and key data contributing to the improved development and implementation of fundraising processes.

Fareham and Gosport Wellbeing service is looking to recruit a PCN Wellbeing Advisor, to be based in PCN surgeries in the Fareham and Gosport Localities.
In this role you will hold a caseload of patients offering assessments & 1-1 sessions to help manage mental health Wellbeing. You will attend meetings to enable patients to get the best service for them and will support people to access groups and activities within our wellbeing centre and the community. We are looking for a Youth Engagement Officer to become an integral part of the Meningitis Now Communications and Fundraising team.
Young people are a key audience for Meningitis Now – and one where cases of meningitis are increasing. This role will be key in engaging with and raising awareness amongst young people across the UK. Our award winning MS Helpline are looking for a new Helpline Services Volunteer Officer to join our fantastic and supportive team.

Type: Part-time (21 hours/or 3 days a week), permanent
Location: Office-based in London, N4 with flexibility to work remotely
Salary: £19,293.60 - £20,552.40 per annum (FTE £32,156 - £34,254) plus excellent benefits
Salary Band: Band E1

About this job
Please note this role is part-time 21 hours/or 3 days a week.
Our Helpline runs from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, warm and experienced individual to support our dedicated Helpline Volunteers and Befriending Volunteers within the Helpline team.
This role requires working flexible hours, including 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm or 11am–7pm between Monday to Friday to meet services and volunteer needs (3 days a week).
If you’re passionate about offering high quality information and emotional support and have relevant Helpline experience, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be providing continuous support to all our volunteers at the Helpline team, directly contributing in providing information and support to our Helpline enquirers, with both proactive and reactive content and information on prevalent topics or trends affecting the MS community.

- Live to their full potential
- Take an active role in their treatment
- Secure the care and support they need
