We have both 3 and 4 day working weeks - Weekend work required.

About the organisation
nia has been delivering services to women, girls and children who have been subjected to sexual and domestic violence and abuse, including prostitution, since 1975. The organisation has three main aims: to provide services for women, girls and children who have experienced men’s violence; contributing to ending male violence against women and girls, and to inform and influence policy and public awareness.
nia is a professionally approved member of Rape Crisis England and Wales; an umbrella organisation supporting Rape Crisis Centres across the country. Rape Crisis is completely independent of the government and the criminal justice system.
East London Rape Crisis provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives, regardless of whether or not they have reported to the police. We offer confidential and independent support. Services include advocacy, emotional and practical support, one-to-one counselling and group work. The service is provided across Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Redbridge, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.
We form part of the London Sexual Violence Alliance. The Alliance brings together 225 years of expertise and experience and represents a bold, visionary and survivor-centred resource. The Alliance consists of eight members. Seven are organisations that have historically, and or currently, provide support for victims/survivors. MOPAC is the eighth member, primarily sitting at the oversight and leadership governance level. Note: each organisation continues to be an independent charity, so the Alliance is not a legal entity.
About the role
In the role of Sexual Violence Navigator, you will provide the first response which supports survivors to make informed decisions about the next steps on their recovery journey. Navigators work within a trauma-informed approach, which centres survivor’s holistic needs, recognises strengths and survival strategies and responds to crisis.
About You
You will work as part of a growing feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting period of change and collaboration amongst providers of the London Sexual Violence Alliance.
We are looking for highly organised and self-motivated women who are passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children. You will have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer and well.

Our broad portfolio rivals that of a medium-sized pharmaceutical company, spanning antibodies, cell therapies, vaccines, drug conjugates and small molecules, making this an interesting and dynamic area to work in.
As a Medical Writer you'll be providing broad medical writing expertise for the production of clinical study reports, investigator brochures and other clinical/scientific reports for CDD's early phase oncology trials. As well as acting as lead author on your assigned projects and performing quality control review of documents produced by other Medical Writers, you will be fully embedded within a multidisciplinary, cross functional project team along with other CDD departments. Collaboration is essential, as well as the ability to work strategically within an evolving environment.
Unfortunately, this role is not suitable for anyone who only has experience in medical writing for pharmacovigilance or medical devices or anyone who only has medical writing experience within science comms. You must come with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trial documents e.g. investigator brochures, clinical study reports and posting of clinical trial summary results. This is a great opportunity for a current Regulatory Medical Writer looking to move into a more purpose driven environment or to gain valuable experience withing phase 1 oncology trials. Or you could be a Medical Writing Associate ready to take that next step.
What will I be doing?
Writing, editing, reviewing and quality control of documents for the timely production of clinical study reports and investigator brochures.
Managing the preparation of clinical study reports by building consensus with the project teams on report requirements, responsibilities for delivery of data and production timelines, and participating in the preparation and review of summary clinical trial results and other disclosures as required.
Managing the scheduling, preparation and updating of investigator brochure packages in use in CDD-sponsored trials, ensuring review at least annually in line with current regulations.
Liaising with the project team to complete project-specific tasks including review of protocols, Trial Master Files, data (including expert reports), and analytical plans.
What are you looking for?
Proven experience in medical / medical sciences writing. This should include significant experience in regulatory medical writing or a mix of experience in regulatory medical writing plus substantial relevant experience in a related role in clinical trials, pharmacovigilance or medical writing.
Science graduate or equivalent experience of scientific writing.
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trial documents e.g. investigator brochures, clinical study reports and posting of clinical trial summary results.
Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and able to foster strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Project Management skills
Experience within early phase oncology trials is desirable but not essential (*Please do still apply even if you don't have this*)
Experience within AI medical writing tools is beneficial

The role
The Project Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our Council funded Adult Bereavement Service in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. This service aims to provide accessible, accessible, empathetic and effective support for adults affected by bereavement, particularly sudden or drug/alcohol-related deaths. General Overview
FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
As the Therapeutic Team Manager, you will oversee the qualified and non-qualified therapeutic staff working across multiple teams.
We provide group trauma recovery, facilitated by Adult Therapeutic Practitioners, domestic abuse education, Children Therapeutic Practitioners, and specialist Counsellors. These offerings help people who have experienced trauma, like domestic abuse, to recover. We use a survivor-informed, peer-led model for self-advocacy, empowerment, and independence to help people through a person-centered approach.
As Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a psychologically safe and supportive environment for staff working in emotionally demanding roles. You will lead with empathy and integrity, ensuring team members feel heard, valued, and empowered to raise concerns without fear. Through regular supervision, reflective practice, and wellbeing initiatives, you will promote resilience and mental health, enabling staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic abuse.
You will support teams to deliver consistently excellent support to people using our services, ensuring contract compliance, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in a changing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Carefully monitor and evaluate the performance of the therapeutic team, with a focus on quality assurance.
Proactively build relationships with the wider statutory and voluntary partners across FearFree services, with a focus on supporting high risk adult victims of domestic abuse.
Actively network across the operating area to build the charity’s reputation and harness support for the organisation.

About the role
The Lead Worker - Coaching role at Crisis Skylight South Wales is a varied and fulfilling role. You will assist people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless by assessing their needs and offering appropriate interventions (coaching, information, advice and guidance, advocacy and direct support) and use a variety of communication skills to develop, follow and review a personalised plan to end their homelessness sustainably.
You will have access to regular one to one supervision sessions and facilitated reflective practice sessions to support the positive impact of the role; working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external services is also an important aspect of the role to ensure that individuals are able to access the services they need.
About you
- Ability to motivate and encourage individuals to maintain their access to the service by working through the changes they have identified and supporting them to recognise their progress.
- Current knowledge of health and safety issues and safeguarding procedures to ensure a safe environment is provided for individual’s accessing the service, staff, volunteers, supporters and visitors.
- Being able to support team members, including volunteers, by sharing your knowledge and skills and by working constructively together to end the homelessness of the individuals accessing the service.
- Ability to collaborate with partner organisations to maintain service knowledge, referral pathways and manage safeguarding concerns. When necessary, advocate for individuals to ensure that they are able to receive, engage or continue to access services appropriate to their needs.
- Knowledge and experience of coaching which assists individuals experiencing homelessness through a process of strengths based personal change; coupled with the ability to recognise when other interventions like IAG, advocacy or direct assistance may be needed.
- You may have experience in working within a relevant sector such as homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol treatment, criminal justice, domestic abuse, modern day slavery or employability support. You may also hold or develop one or more areas of expertise such as housing access, homelessness / housing legislation, welfare benefits, employment support, health services, drug and alcohol treatment, MAPPA, MARAC or criminal justice services. This may enhance the effectiveness of the services’ ability to support members and engage effectively with partners.

About the role:
These roles are based in London with hybrid working between home and our office in London.
As a Senior IDVA you will:
- effectively manage and develop a high quality, innovative and pro-active domestic abuse service for victims and their children, including those at highest risk.
- need to ensure that the service prioritises the safety, security and dignity of service users and their children.
- lead in crisis situations, providing advice and guidance on safeguarding issues and information sharing.

About the role
As an Engagement and Assessment Worker, you will be part of Crisis Skylight Brent’s Engagement and Assessment Team, providing a high quality, non-judgemental and safe service to individuals who approach our Skylight Centre. Engagement and Assessment Workers are the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from people who are experiencing homelessness for the first time, individuals with complex and multiple needs, visitors, volunteers, and supporters. You will be providing information about Crisis’ services, delivering a high-quality triage and assessment service, and offering Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) on local homelessness and other related services. You will also manage a small caseload.
Crisis uses a case management approach, and the successful candidate will attend case management meetings, reflective practice, and team meetings. You will also work collaboratively with external partners and Crisis Skylight London’s Coaching and Learning Teams.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience of working with homeless or other vulnerable groups and understanding of the importance of respecting confidentiality, showing empathy and sensitivity, and working in a boundary way.
- Experience of assessing presenting needs and working in a Psychologically Informed Environment, and in a way that ensures that members with all levels of need can access the service.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer care and high quality IAG.
